I love this I put this together and starting cleaning the first day I go this cleaner. It is very light and the suction is great. My carpet dries in such a short time and it did a great job. I am so happy with my new carpet cleaner.

I have been using Bissell Carpet Cleaners for years, but the plastic parts kept breaking. I hope this new model will last a little longer. This is the 4th one I bought in the last 20 years, because I like Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked fine when I cleaned carpet after some minor home repairs left extra dust/dirt. Just tried to do some routine cleaning and now have more than just damp carpet.

Over the years we have used several different commercial carpet cleaners. This Bissell cleans better than any of them, plus it leaves the carpet wifh a nice scent.

I bought this product because of 2 new puppies in the house. This jewel got up stains I thought I was going to have to live with. Easy to use and does a GREAT job!

I love this carpet cleaner, have had it for about three years now. It cleans my carpet with the greatest of ease. I appreciate the detachable wand for hard to reach or deeper cleaning. It doesn't take long to dry! Highly recommended!

Used the first time the puppy had a accident on the carpet It was fast and got the urine stain out and quick. I did a deep carpet clean on one clean water tank plus stairs. I love the stair tool. It worked like champ

I borrowed my niece's shampooer and it just happened to be the Bissell pro heat. I absolutely loved how easy it was to use and clean, and the way it cleaned my carpet. I went and bought my own

My carpets had not been cleaned in a few years and I have cats. I was considering replacing them all, but when I cleaned them with the pro heat 2x pet pro carpet cleaner my carpets looked great!
