Suction shuts off after a few passes.

would not buy again

great for the couple of times I got to use it. now it just burns up belts. had multiple bissel products but this will be my last one

This IS a Great Machine

I use this machine on our carpets it is easy to use and change the water, not heavy and it does a GREAT JOB which I really like.

Retured washer as it lacks sucking power

Had to return a stick to competition brand as this machine does not have the power to suck the water from carpet

So far so good

So far it seems to be better than the Hoover that it replaced. It seems to have the power to get out more dirt. We shall see how it holds up.

YOU COULDN'T TAKE IT BACK.

I AM SO AMAZED AT HOW CLEAN IT GOT MY CARPETS. I'VE ALWAYS USED A BISSELL CLEANER, BUT THE PET PRO CARPET CLEANER IS SO GREAT.

Easy for quick messes, easy for the whole room!

It pulls dog hair from deep. I dont mind the one gallon capacity, allows me to keep hot water and not heavy to change out.
