After 18 months it does not work Tried all the trouble shooting suggestions. All I got for my effort was a burning mechanical smell. Closest repair is an hour away. A complete waste of money.

Only had this carpet cleaner a few months and it quit putting out any water. So I smashed it in my driveway and will be going back to and buying a new Hoover.

Trying to find some instructions online to use this as just bought it brand new, full price, and there are no instructions or warranty information or anything with words except those on the product itself and the box.

Attachment for upholstery put down solution but didn't vacuum it up. I was left with a soggy mess!! Otherwise the cleaning capability was better than other Bissell cleaners I've gotten in the past. Just don't use the attachment.

I was very excited when I received this vacuum because as a dog owner, I'm always vacuuming. It does a great job! It cleans my carpets nicely. I found it to be easy to use and powerful.

I have 2 dogs in the house and this machine cleans my carpet great. Also like the tool attachments for cleaning the cars. Works great, rug dries quickly, leaves carpets looking great!

I also own a SPOT BOT, which is great, but the ProHeat X2 Revolution Pet Pro is just as easy to use for small clean up jobs. Just set it to the "EXPRESS CLEAN MODE" for quick clean-up.

This machine is amazing. Works hard to get the deep down stains. Very easy to use, and light weight. Cleaned every rug in my house, they look brand new again.

I just want to say we like this new Bissell We like this new Bissell ProHeat t 2X very much. It cleans very well and picks up the water in the carpet very well when your done cleaning. Also Its nice to see something do as it advertised to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used approx 2 years so maybe 4 times and the water keeps leaking out of reservoir. Took to get repaired at local center and it can't be fixed. Waste of money.
