This product cleaned even the tough stains caused by my two Chihuahuas. The discoloration. In my off white rugs we're cleaned as if they never existed and with just one swipe over. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an upstairs as well as dropped floors (step down into the next room). I cannot find a way to pick up this machine to move it--no handles, no nooks or crannies to grab onto. Very annoying.

As per my experience using this carpet cleaner, the belts tore every time. While it is easy to replace, it is definitely a show shopper and a reoccurring cost of belt replacement. It seems to be a design issue or a manufacturing defect.

I have 4 dogs and 3 cats, messy pets. my puppy is still in the process of being trained, plenty of accidents. this is so easy to use I just pull it out and clean the mess, so easy and works great.

Trying to find some instructions online to use this as just bought it brand new, full price, and there are no instructions or warranty information or anything with words except those on the product itself and the box.

A small pump's mounting feet broke and leaked water. I am guessing this isn't an isolated problem as the unit was around a year old and not used that often.

We used this machine to clean area rugs, as well as carpets in the living room, and bedrooms and hallway. Having a pet, this really pulls the pet hair from the carpets and rugs.
