[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used approx 2 years so maybe 4 times and the water keeps leaking out of reservoir. Took to get repaired at local center and it can't be fixed. Waste of money.

Great carpet cleaner. Gets the job done. So far the best I have used .The brushes do a great job getting the dirt out of the carpets. Much better than my other cleaner. Highly recommend.

I use this to clean up pet stains and although I vacuumed this machine picked up a lot of pet hair that my vacuum missed. I am amazed how well this works. So worth the money!

A small pump's mounting feet broke and leaked water. I am guessing this isn't an isolated problem as the unit was around a year old and not used that often.

Replaced my orange machine with the Proheat 2X Revolution. This machine does a much better job cleaning carpets. Is easier to handle and vacuums up water much better. Great machine for pet owners and occasional pet accidents.

This machine worked wonders on my white carpeting. The cover over the roateing bristles come apart for easy cleaning. The attachments are great for cleaning furniture and the upolstery in your vehicle.

I have 4 dogs and 3 cats, messy pets. my puppy is still in the process of being trained, plenty of accidents. this is so easy to use I just pull it out and clean the mess, so easy and works great.
