I love this. It works so well and the attachments make it easy to clean furniture and mattresses with. Its lightweight so easy to take up and down steps as well. I put my attachments in the bag for the hose but overall love everything about it.

We have numerous pets and need a good carpet cleaner. This is the best. Over the years we've tried other brands and have always come back to Bissell. We don't bother looking at other brands any longer.

I would not have thought to specifically try a pet vacuum if it wasn't for #pinchme, but I'm glad I got to do so. A regular wet vac doesn't do nearly as good a job as this Bissell. Very thorough yet gentle job. Would definitely recommend.

This is for home use. I used both the cleaner and pet tool for the couch. Both worked great! I was VERY impressed with how easy it is to clean. Made my day!!

It does a so so job on the carpets. But the mess it leaves on the hardwood floors or tile after it is supposedly cleaned makes for twice the work. I wish I had my old hoover back. Not worth the money.

I used this to remove dirt from muddy dog paws and the wet dog odor from the carpets and furniture and it worked better then anything I've ever used before

So easy to use. I would recommend this for everyone with pets. It took up all the old stains that I have scrubbed over and over. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Love this machine!

We got this cleaner for spot cleaning and found it to be better at getting the carpets clean than our whole house system. It got way more dirt out so we are using it for our main vac now.

Drive belt to brushes broke after 20 minutes of use. Very disappointed particularly when you believe you bought and paid for a quality product. Bissel-quality belts are available on the market, breakdown and pay a few cents more!!!!

I love this product! This Bissell vacuum cleans incredibly well, I use it all over my home. It is a little heavy, however it's cleaning abilities outweigh any cons. Would recommend this product to anyone who loves a clean home.
