I love this product!

I love the ease of using this cleaner. Love the 3 options of power. It really gets the dirt up. I'm very happy with the results. And cleanup of the machine itself is qui ck.

Best Carpet Cleaner

Wow I can't believe the cleaning power from this machine. We are very clean people and after using this we were amazed at how clean the carpets came. Also it the beast for cleaning carpeted steps.

Beyond amazing

I have multiple dogs. One of them has a sensitive tummy. I came home to find dark loose stool all over my cream color carpet. It took out EVERYTHING !! I will never buy anything but this machine ever again.

Great product

If you want to drip what you vaccumed

This vacuum drips when you carry it . Had it serviced once for the problem didn't help. So if you want a vacuum that drips when you carry it this is your vacuum. I was told you need to keep it clean but it did it after only 2 short uses again.

Thanks for sharing your experience, RC. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with dripping after just a couple of uses. This can sometimes happen if there’s leftover water in the tanks or if the dirty water tank isn’t sealed tightly. We recommend giving the machine a moment to suction excess water before turning it off, then emptying both tanks and checking that all parts are securely in place. LOVE this product!

I used this product to clean a deep pile carpet. I live on the water and have pets and the carpet was in very bad shape. Using this machine left my carpet looking like new and the carpet cleaner left a fresh, pleasant scent.

amazing product

I have 2 large dogs, and clean up is always a struggle. Between all the dirt they drag in and the hair they leave everywhere, it takes for ever. They also have the occasional accident., and with this Machine clean up is a breeze.

Not so much

I wish I had known before I bought this that it has no carpet adjustment. I should have paid better attention. The brushes don't turn because I have a deeper pile carpet and you can't adjust the cleaning height.

Love, love, love!

Have 4 dogs and have had stains that would not come out. Replaced old cleaner with Bissell s pet revolution. One clean and carpet looks better that it has in years. So lightweight!

broken belt soon after purchase

I have cleaned two 5x7 oriental rugs, one 11x14 oriental rug and two 5x3 rugs, This product cleans well. BUT after just that much use, the belt to the rotor brushes broke. I am NOT happy about that,
