I put it together very easily and used the solutions that came with it. It performed well and was lightweight and easy to use overall. It also cleaned my floors well too.

Haven't had the carpet cleaner very long and have only used it three times since purchase, but it appears to work very well. It's very easy to clean. I would recommend this carpet cleaner.

I had another one that basically wore out and had no problem, the new one, used a few times, then no circulation of water came out, didn't clean the carpet at all. very disappointed with this one. Its also very heavy for a lady to move around.

I used to have the Bissell Big Green Cleaning Machine which lasted many many years. I find the upright cleaner is easier to use and to clean. The only thing I have to remember is the fact the upright has a smaller holding tank then what I'm used to.

Attachment for upholstery put down solution but didn't vacuum it up. I was left with a soggy mess!! Otherwise the cleaning capability was better than other Bissell cleaners I've gotten in the past. Just don't use the attachment.

I have 4 cats and a dog. This has saved my carpets and rugs. I have to use this on a regular basis cause I have one cat that don't like to poop in the litter box. I highly recommend this if you have multiple animal's.

I have rented carpet cleaning machines before and the results were not good. Professional carpet cleaners also not so good. My Bissell machine did a great job. The best thing is no rush to get the machine back to the rental store.

I used this product for my pet and regular carpet cleaning need and it works great I was really impressed it's my favorite to use now its light weight and cleans with powerful cleaning design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It stopped spraying the water after just a handful of uses. Both the clean and dirty water tanks are way too small, you will needs to change/empty them very very frequently. I would not buy again.
