[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked for about a month or two and then completely shut down. Even after taking it apart and cleaning it, replacing the plug, it just wouldn't start. Save your money.

I own 3 senior dogs so accidents do happen. The Bissell proheat removed old stains that my other cleaner couldn't. My carpets looked and felt brand new. This cleaner is by far the easiest to take apart and clean. I have yet to find any cons.

I had pet stains on my carpets. My Bissell removed ALL of them. I have already recommended to several people and will continue to do so. I absolutley love my new Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet system cleaned and refreshed a whole bedroom that the cat had marked it's territory. Stains were lifted and cleaned like it never happened. Now we keep the Cat and the Bissell!!!!!!! LOL

This is the first bissell I have hated the brushes do spin well but no matter what I try it does not pick up the dirty water the carpet is left very wet. Only the hose works well and you can't do a room on your hand and knees...

This product has been a lifesaver, I have 3 dogs and 4 sons with white carpet. This thing has cleaned up mud, grease from my husband working on things, vomit, pet messes, and just your usual dirtiness from waking and living in a house.

This is a good machine for carpets, does a respectable job. My only complaint is that upholstery hose will not plug into the front of the machine so I can clean furniture, it goes part way in but will not fully seat. one reason I bought it.

Trying to find some instructions online to use this as just bought it brand new, full price, and there are no instructions or warranty information or anything with words except those on the product itself and the box.

I love this product! This Bissell vacuum cleans incredibly well, I use it all over my home. It is a little heavy, however it's cleaning abilities outweigh any cons. Would recommend this product to anyone who loves a clean home.

My dog had multiple diarrhea accidents on the carpet that even professional cleaners couldn't get the stains out and I was going to change the carpet, this saved me a lot of money worth every penny my carpet looks clean and new
