Love, Love, Love it!!!

This cleaner is GREAT!!! I have an older parent that has accidents. This is great for taking it up and getting rid of the smell. Go glad that I have it.

I just bought this product and it is the loudest cleaner

I just purchased this product and it is the loudest cleaner I have ever owned. It has a constant ringing sound with the vacuum sound. Dogs run outside and I can barely bear the high pitched noise.

Hunk of junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst carpet cleaner I've ever used. It sucks up very little of the water and leaves your carpet soaked for days.

First Bissel ever purchased.....

Amazing!

This is amazing! I thought my carpet was pretty clean, I was wrong! This machine picked up so much, I couldn't believe it! Pretty easy to clean up after too. I just bought the hard floor attachment, I can't wait to see what that picks up!

Would buy this machine again.

Replaced my orange machine with the Proheat 2X Revolution. This machine does a much better job cleaning carpets. Is easier to handle and vacuums up water much better. Great machine for pet owners and occasional pet accidents.

Handheld does not work

Although I have never been a fan of Bissell I bought this last December. It works well enough on the carpet but the handheld clip broke the second time I used it and the sprayer quit working the third or fourth time I used it.

It realy works

I received revolution pet pro from pinch me and it removed the odor out of the rugs in my home and it got out a stain that I never expected it to remove.what a great machine.so easy to use thank you.

Does not heat water and suction is bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why they call this a pro heat is beyond me! The water is as hot as you fill it with! It's a VERY heavy machine to lift . The suction is poor at best!

Oh my.
