A small pump's mounting feet broke and leaked water. I am guessing this isn't an isolated problem as the unit was around a year old and not used that often.

I loved this cleaner for the first 4 months now no matter what I try to replace the tank leaks. We cannot store the tank on the cleaner unless it's empty. =(

Attachment for upholstery put down solution but didn't vacuum it up. I was left with a soggy mess!! Otherwise the cleaning capability was better than other Bissell cleaners I've gotten in the past. Just don't use the attachment.

I clean my rugs frequently. I like the cross action rollers. I also like the option to deep clean or light clean by adjusting the spray. It is very easy to use.

I was very excited when I received this vacuum because as a dog owner, I'm always vacuuming. It does a great job! It cleans my carpets nicely. I found it to be easy to use and powerful.

I like how this works on the carpet but hate how it works on furniture because it leaks all over the floor from the underside of the machine when the furniture attachment is connected and in use. I feel like I will have to return this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an upstairs as well as dropped floors (step down into the next room). I cannot find a way to pick up this machine to move it--no handles, no nooks or crannies to grab onto. Very annoying.

I've owned a lot of carpet cleaners in the past but this one is the best. Best carpet cleaner if you have dogs!! Works great and the products that go with it work great.

I'm very happy with my purchase as I have a dog who has accidents several times a week, it's very easy to use and gets my carpet clean. Cleaning the machine is also very easy.
