I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW DIRTY MY CARPET WAS UNTIL I USED THE BISSELL!! SO EASY TO USE AND WORKS GREAT AT GETTING THE HAIR (2 GERMAN SHEPHERDS AND A CAT) OUT OF THE CARPET ALONG WITH THE OTHER YUKKY STUFF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So great! The amount of dirt that I got up?!?!?! Holy cow! The after care is tedious with all the rinsing and dumping but the manual and machine are very user friendly.

So easy to use. I would recommend this for everyone with pets. It took up all the old stains that I have scrubbed over and over. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Love this machine!

Great carpet cleaner. Gets the job done. So far the best I have used .The brushes do a great job getting the dirt out of the carpets. Much better than my other cleaner. Highly recommend.

I just bought this machine and I am impressed with everything about it so far. Easy to use, powerful and performs far above any other machine I've owned. I only wish I had found it sooner.

This product is great for pet stains and odors I.T does it's job at cleaning and has a great fragrance in the cleaner. All the bristles for deep cleaning

Attachment for upholstery put down solution but didn't vacuum it up. I was left with a soggy mess!! Otherwise the cleaning capability was better than other Bissell cleaners I've gotten in the past. Just don't use the attachment.

I used this product for my pet and regular carpet cleaning need and it works great I was really impressed it's my favorite to use now its light weight and cleans with powerful cleaning design

this carpet cleaner is so easy to assemble. Light weight and cleans exceptionally well. easy to fill with water and i like the design of the container to capture the dirty water. It empties easily without making a mess or splashing.

It is a fantastic product and exceeded my expectations. Very easy to assemble and use. When done cleaning it is a breeze. If only the tanks were a little bigger
