I am in love with this cleaner! It made my carpets like new again, the attachment is absolutely amazing and a necessity for cleaning carpet stairs! I'm very sat up satisfied with the product!

I had another one that basically wore out and had no problem, the new one, used a few times, then no circulation of water came out, didn't clean the carpet at all. very disappointed with this one. Its also very heavy for a lady to move around.

So easy to use. I would recommend this for everyone with pets. It took up all the old stains that I have scrubbed over and over. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Love this machine!

This product cleaned even the tough stains caused by my two Chihuahuas. The discoloration. In my off white rugs we're cleaned as if they never existed and with just one swipe over. I love it

I have what is supposed to be considered the best pet vacuum on the market and when I clean the carpet this cleaner pulls up piles of hair missed by the vacuum. It easily takes up spots and dries fast.

I use the machine for carpet shampooing. It cleans very well, and it is easy to use. Pet odor and stains have been removed. A bit of a negative is the time it takes to clean the machine afterwards.

Over the years we have used several different commercial carpet cleaners. This Bissell cleans better than any of them, plus it leaves the carpet wifh a nice scent.

I was very pleased with its performance, Did a great job. Was amazed at how dirty my rugs were. The only negative I have is I am 74 and when the solution was in the machine it was a bit heavy

A small pump's mounting feet broke and leaked water. I am guessing this isn't an isolated problem as the unit was around a year old and not used that often.
