I thought this was going to be just another carpet cleaner, but it definitely is not! Easy to use and what's better was that it was even easier to clean! With 3 dogs in our house this is a purchase I will never regret!

I really like the cleaning power it has. But, I'm constantly emptying the dirty water tank and the clean water is still half full. It is easy to maneuver and fairly lightweight.

We love this ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. It really does the job on reaching down into the carpet to get all the dog hair and etc. It is efficient and meets all the specifics that is needed.

solid build... good weight from motor.. powerful. bought a reman model and starting to use to clean some krazy dirty carpet. havent gotten the hose attachment brush but i suspect it also works like 'oil'... ie, GREAT. :)

I have a new puppy and training has been spotty at best and this machine has worked great at cleaning up the accidents and smells I use the bissell chemicals for pets and works wonderfully

After 18 months it does not work Tried all the trouble shooting suggestions. All I got for my effort was a burning mechanical smell. Closest repair is an hour away. A complete waste of money.

This shampooer is definitely the best I have used yet. I bought a home rug doctor and this one has surpassed the results I ever got before. I'm excited continue using the carpet cleaner on the rest of my house.
