This is the first bissell I have hated the brushes do spin well but no matter what I try it does not pick up the dirty water the carpet is left very wet. Only the hose works well and you can't do a room on your hand and knees...

I had my old Bissell rug scrubber for years and it finally died. I bought a new Bissell ProHeat 2x and like it very much. It is sleeker and lighter weight. It does a great job.

I was very impressed with this product. It cleaned my carpets to look like new. The only issue I had with it was it's weight. It was a bit clumsy moving around. That's why I took off one star. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I was so lucky to receive this as a free trial. I have been wanting to try this this for a long time. It works very fast and does a great job. I have told all of my friends and family how wonderful this is. I would highly this.

It was easy to put together and was great at cleaning the small areas I've tried it out in. I've cleaned up hidden juice stains in my son's room with no problem.

Love this machine. With three large dogs and sandy soil it is a must. I use it to clean area rugs and bare floors. The bare floor attachment is a must
