[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It stopped spraying the water after just a handful of uses. Both the clean and dirty water tanks are way too small, you will needs to change/empty them very very frequently. I would not buy again.

We have numerous pets and need a good carpet cleaner. This is the best. Over the years we've tried other brands and have always come back to Bissell. We don't bother looking at other brands any longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gone through 2 in about 7 months. Nearly impossible to clean. Cleaning tool was not provided with either one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a well-used and very capable Hoover Power Scrubber. After researching comparable models/brands, chose to try Bissell. Bad decision.

Really good at general cleaning. It didn't work very well on the pet stains (however, I do have berber carpet which is difficult to remove stains from.)

I have cleaned two 5x7 oriental rugs, one 11x14 oriental rug and two 5x3 rugs, This product cleans well. BUT after just that much use, the belt to the rotor brushes broke. I am NOT happy about that,

I was skeptical on buying this but I needed something, I read the reviews on it and I will say they were right. For small carpet cleaner it does a great job. I was impressed how well it cleaned my carpets! I used it in all rooms.

Doesn't work and needs constant repair. I feel bad insulting a piece of crud by comparing it to this machine. A piece of crud would have done a better job cleaning my home.

Used it on my carpet after my Roomba made a sweep. The dirt , dust , hair/ fur it picked up was unbelieveably impressive. My daughter wants to keep it when she moves out one day

My whole house is carpeted so I need one that's going to work well and easy to handle. This does all, I like it a lot and happy with the proformance. I like all the brushes this one has makes it clean better.
