I am extremely happy with this purchase!! The included directions/instructions are very detailed and easy to understand. I truly was not expecting this carpet cleaner to work miracles....but it did!!!!

Between this product, and my crosswave, i keep my home smelling fresh and clean in spite of an older dog, a puppy, and a cat. No one can even tell I have animals!

I had pet stains on my carpets. My Bissell removed ALL of them. I have already recommended to several people and will continue to do so. I absolutley love my new Bissell

I just purchased this product and it is the loudest cleaner I have ever owned. It has a constant ringing sound with the vacuum sound. Dogs run outside and I can barely bear the high pitched noise.

I use the Bissell ProHeat2 on carpeting and upholstery. It left the entry way looking brand new, winters in New England are truly messy and this was quick and easy. Thank you.
