Only had this carpet cleaner a few months and it quit putting out any water. So I smashed it in my driveway and will be going back to and buying a new Hoover.

I am a EVS Supervisor at a retirement community- this machine is a God send! I would be a great person to send a new product to for how well or bad it works, I shampoo carpets and furniture daily

The suction seems to be a great, the design Making it easier to get under the furnishings The belt is of poor quality in two or three uses is all you're going to probably get, at $10 apiece I need more life from them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine. So easy to clean you can lift the brushes right out. Before I was breaking toothbrush's trying to clean my old machine Just cleaned my very dirty white tile floor Amazing

Best cleaner I have ever owned and I have owned quite a few! Works great on stains, deep cleaning, and very easy to clean out! Very happy with this product.

solid build... good weight from motor.. powerful. bought a reman model and starting to use to clean some krazy dirty carpet. havent gotten the hose attachment brush but i suspect it also works like 'oil'... ie, GREAT. :)

Great carpet cleaner. Gets the job done. So far the best I have used .The brushes do a great job getting the dirt out of the carpets. Much better than my other cleaner. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hey Bissell, I wrote the review about my 22 year old carpet, but when you posted it, it says I submitted it as part of a sweepstakes. That's not true. I didn't even know there's a sweepstakes.

Although I have never been a fan of Bissell I bought this last December. It works well enough on the carpet but the handheld clip broke the second time I used it and the sprayer quit working the third or fourth time I used it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a well-used and very capable Hoover Power Scrubber. After researching comparable models/brands, chose to try Bissell. Bad decision.
