I've got a large dog who sometimes has accidents on our living room carpet. The shampooer rentals just don't clean it that well. I'm thrilled with the Bissell pet shampooer. My 30+ year old rug looks almost new again!

I bought this to replace my old bissell, but when I used it I noticed I had to mix water and formula in the same container, it's kind of a hassle to rinse! Wish I could return and get one closer to my old bissell cleaner!

I love this machine. Cleans well for a family of 4 . Only question that is not really made clear is if i am supposed to go over all the carpet with just water to remove soap or not...

Having had a furry grandchild housebroken at our home this machine removed all stains. Am more than pleased with results and would recommend to all pet pwners.

Wow I can't believe the cleaning power from this machine. We are very clean people and after using this we were amazed at how clean the carpets came. Also it the beast for cleaning carpeted steps.

I received this as a free trial and I could not have been happier! It cleaned a spot that I could not get clean with my old carpet cleaner! I love the express clean filter as the carpet was dry in 1 hour!!!

Love this machine but the water tank if left in when you're sucking up water warps causing it to leak. But everything else is wonderful! Elderly pet mess is nonexistent when paired with the antibacterial cleaner.

I have two dogs and a Persian cat. This cleaner has saved me so much time and money with easily being able to clean up all the "pet accidents". I even got my sister to get one and she is happy as can be.... definitely recommend!

This is amazing! I thought my carpet was pretty clean, I was wrong! This machine picked up so much, I couldn't believe it! Pretty easy to clean up after too. I just bought the hard floor attachment, I can't wait to see what that picks up!
