If you want to drip what you vaccumed

This vacuum drips when you carry it . Had it serviced once for the problem didn't help. So if you want a vacuum that drips when you carry it this is your vacuum. I was told you need to keep it clean but it did it after only 2 short uses again.

Thanks for sharing your experience, RC. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with dripping after just a couple of uses. This can sometimes happen if there’s leftover water in the tanks or if the dirty water tank isn’t sealed tightly. We recommend giving the machine a moment to suction excess water before turning it off, then emptying both tanks and checking that all parts are securely in place. My Carpets Look Great!

My carpets had not been cleaned in a few years and I have cats. I was considering replacing them all, but when I cleaned them with the pro heat 2x pet pro carpet cleaner my carpets looked great!

Great!

It was easy to put together and was great at cleaning the small areas I've tried it out in. I've cleaned up hidden juice stains in my son's room with no problem.

worked twice then broke..fixed it & worked once & broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great until it broke & let water run all over. A friend fixed it & worked once & broke a different way & won't let water run through. I give up..lots of money down the drain. Just rent one

Proheat 2X. Is worth its weight and then some !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet system cleaned and refreshed a whole bedroom that the cat had marked it's territory. Stains were lifted and cleaned like it never happened. Now we keep the Cat and the Bissell!!!!!!! LOL

Very good quality cleaner.

This is our second Bissell steam cleaner. Our first lasted 15 years before it finally lost the good fight. With improved technology and lighter materials as well as some design changes, this new cleaner is turning out to be an excellent replacement.

I absolutely love it!

I use the cleaner to clean my carpets and couches because I have a dog. The pee came out of the carpet in one pass! Which is amazing. I am very happy with it.

Could have been better

Machine did a great job cleaning while it worked properly. It started leaking from the foot of the machine and the only way to stop the clean water/solution flow was to remove the tank.

Had my unit for 4 years . Gears went bad . Contacted customer support And found it was guaranteed for 5 years . Getting a new one tomorrow. Thank you Bissell customer support
