We have 2 dogs and were seeking a solution for their occasional messes. The Bissell Pro Heat 2X has performed way beyond our expectations! We highly recommend it.

Haven't had the carpet cleaner very long and have only used it three times since purchase, but it appears to work very well. It's very easy to clean. I would recommend this carpet cleaner.

I had my old Bissell rug scrubber for years and it finally died. I bought a new Bissell ProHeat 2x and like it very much. It is sleeker and lighter weight. It does a great job.

I love this cleaner. My oldest cat Whitey who I just lost was having accidents in the house. The Bissell Proheat was a miracle worker in getting my carpets stain free.

This is a good machine for carpets, does a respectable job. My only complaint is that upholstery hose will not plug into the front of the machine so I can clean furniture, it goes part way in but will not fully seat. one reason I bought it.

Had another one that finally broke. The brushes on this one are nicer, but it leaves the carpets a little more wet. I even went over it a couple times extra to get more out.

I have been using Bissell Carpet Cleaners for years, but the plastic parts kept breaking. I hope this new model will last a little longer. This is the 4th one I bought in the last 20 years, because I like Bissell.

Used the 1986 cleaner on the most walked-on portions of our carpeting. Also purchased the bare floor tool for our brick floors, but have not tried it yet.

I bought this to replace my old bissell, but when I used it I noticed I had to mix water and formula in the same container, it's kind of a hassle to rinse! Wish I could return and get one closer to my old bissell cleaner!
