This product has been a lifesaver, I have 3 dogs and 4 sons with white carpet. This thing has cleaned up mud, grease from my husband working on things, vomit, pet messes, and just your usual dirtiness from waking and living in a house.

We got this cleaner for spot cleaning and found it to be better at getting the carpets clean than our whole house system. It got way more dirt out so we are using it for our main vac now.

Easy to assemble right from the box. I had some stains on my carpet I could never get out with my Rug Doctor, but those stains came out with ease with my Bissell Revolution. I will be using it often, its lightweight and easy to use.

Carpets in my home were stained from pets owned by previous homeowner. Bissell upright did an amazing job in removing those aged stains, along with spots in high travel areas. Don't know how I went so long without this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best consumer home carpet cleaner on the market. Customer Service is 10 star. Service repair is contingent on local providers and varies from bad to great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried cleaning just everyday normal traffic area and the machine was a joke. Don't waste your money!

Initial set up was very easy, and it cleaned the toughest stains on my carpet effortlessly. It is light and maneuvers really well. The cleaning solution I bought has Febreeze and the smell is very pleasing.

I've had a Bissel carpet shampooer for several years and decided to upgrade. So much easier to use and clean. The only thing I would change would be the handle. My hand got sore.
