Over the years we have used several different commercial carpet cleaners. This Bissell cleans better than any of them, plus it leaves the carpet wifh a nice scent.

It does a so so job on the carpets. But the mess it leaves on the hardwood floors or tile after it is supposedly cleaned makes for twice the work. I wish I had my old hoover back. Not worth the money.

I used this to remove dirt from muddy dog paws and the wet dog odor from the carpets and furniture and it worked better then anything I've ever used before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why they call this a pro heat is beyond me! The water is as hot as you fill it with! It's a VERY heavy machine to lift . The suction is poor at best!

We have a dog and a cat and have to constantly clean up messes after them.This machine makes that job quick and easy. The setup is very simple and the cleanup takes only minutes.

This cleaner works great! I have a 90lb pit bull who loves the mud. We also have blue carpet. You see ever step he has taken! This cleaner got up mud stains that were set in! Awesome machine and so easy to use!

We like the way it cleans the carpet, but we are exasperated that we have to break the whole machine down (remove screws, etc) to clean it of the pet hair inside. The worst part is getting the hair out of the front nozzle assembly.
