[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shampoo bout4 times a year the plastic wheels wearing and starting to come off. Good shampoo er. Lousy wheel cheap crap. Lasted bout 4 hrs now falling a part No more!!!! Shame on you.

I am a EVS Supervisor at a retirement community- this machine is a God send! I would be a great person to send a new product to for how well or bad it works, I shampoo carpets and furniture daily

Had another one that finally broke. The brushes on this one are nicer, but it leaves the carpets a little more wet. I even went over it a couple times extra to get more out.

Between this product, and my crosswave, i keep my home smelling fresh and clean in spite of an older dog, a puppy, and a cat. No one can even tell I have animals!

I love this vacuum! I have pet stains that always come out with this! Plus I had a huge dark spot by my front door from tracking in dirt and mud and this vacuum got it out with one use!!

Having had a furry grandchild housebroken at our home this machine removed all stains. Am more than pleased with results and would recommend to all pet pwners.

I foster dogs from the Humane society.. If there is a mishap ....no worry...even if I have missed one for I hate to say months...no worry, boy does the machine and Bissells pet shampoo solution do the trick..with ONE PASS!

solid build... good weight from motor.. powerful. bought a reman model and starting to use to clean some krazy dirty carpet. havent gotten the hose attachment brush but i suspect it also works like 'oil'... ie, GREAT. :)
