This the most amazing bissell product I have ever used. It's easy to use, fast, and true to its claims. I have two large dogs and this product has done an outstanding job at pulling out all of the muck left by them.

I've got a large dog who sometimes has accidents on our living room carpet. The shampooer rentals just don't clean it that well. I'm thrilled with the Bissell pet shampooer. My 30+ year old rug looks almost new again!

Have cleaned my carpet in my living room, which gets a lot of foot traffic. I am 74 years young and can manuver this cleaner very easy. It does a great job and is so easy to fill and clean.

we had a stain in our office that had been professionally cleaned four times and looked good at first but within a week the stain came back through. Not so afer using this machine. I love it and will purchase another for a different location

Although I have never been a fan of Bissell I bought this last December. It works well enough on the carpet but the handheld clip broke the second time I used it and the sprayer quit working the third or fourth time I used it.

This is the first bissell I have hated the brushes do spin well but no matter what I try it does not pick up the dirty water the carpet is left very wet. Only the hose works well and you can't do a room on your hand and knees...

I thought the machine was easy to use, cleanup was easy. I have been using rug shampooers for 32 yrs, this is the first one I thought was good. Has a linger warranty, so I hope it last a couple years.

I have 2 dogs in the house and this machine cleans my carpet great. Also like the tool attachments for cleaning the cars. Works great, rug dries quickly, leaves carpets looking great!
