Haven't own it long. So far it cleans as good as it's advertised. Our dog doesn't have accidents in the home but sheds more than any dog I have ever had. The shampooer collects 90% of the hair (if not more). We are pleased.

I just purchased this product and it is the loudest cleaner I have ever owned. It has a constant ringing sound with the vacuum sound. Dogs run outside and I can barely bear the high pitched noise.

I might as well dump a gallon of water on my carpet. Because it sure won't suck any back up. It just makes the carpet soaked with water. Now the brushes won't go around either and I have only used it a few times.

I have a Jack Russell/Pug whose hair gets ingrained in everything and whose messes are ground in the carpet. In a few minutes the Bissell Pro Heat 2X Revolution cleaned the carpet and eliminated the smell.

We love this ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. It really does the job on reaching down into the carpet to get all the dog hair and etc. It is efficient and meets all the specifics that is needed.

It does a so so job on the carpets. But the mess it leaves on the hardwood floors or tile after it is supposedly cleaned makes for twice the work. I wish I had my old hoover back. Not worth the money.

We got this cleaner for spot cleaning and found it to be better at getting the carpets clean than our whole house system. It got way more dirt out so we are using it for our main vac now.
