My 15 year old dog couldn't make always it outside . The proheat did a good job cleaning the carpet

Best carpet cleaner EVER!! Esp for those who have pets!! This machine is amazing!!

Great upgrade and the price was a sale! Perfect!

I use a lot, better than most , just need a better urine cleaner

Nothing I disliked at all.

The machine is very easy to use and cleans your rug 100%.

I haven't tried the express clean yet, but I did use the deep clean. It cleaned up some spots that my Hoover can't. It took about 4hrs to dry, but that was my fault. I used to much water. LOL

I'm very happy with my purchase as I have a dog who has accidents several times a week, it's very easy to use and gets my carpet clean. Cleaning the machine is also very easy.

I HAD TO DECIDE BETWEEN THIS BISSELL AND THE BISSELL I WAS REPLACING. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE ONE I HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS SO IT WAS HARD TO CHOSE. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS CLEANER. SO FAR I CAN FIND NO FAULTS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great job on my carpets, looks like a professional job. Carpets dried quickly. My favorite part is how everything comes apart to easily clean after the job.
