I might as well dump a gallon of water on my carpet. Because it sure won't suck any back up. It just makes the carpet soaked with water. Now the brushes won't go around either and I have only used it a few times.

The only problem I am having is the tool I have purchased for my cleaner. Bissell says it will attach and work, I cannot get the barefloor tool on. I am very disappointed in this.

I am extremely happy with this purchase!! The included directions/instructions are very detailed and easy to understand. I truly was not expecting this carpet cleaner to work miracles....but it did!!!!

This is our second Bissell steam cleaner. Our first lasted 15 years before it finally lost the good fight. With improved technology and lighter materials as well as some design changes, this new cleaner is turning out to be an excellent replacement.

The Proheat 2x Propet cleaned my 8x12' wool rug beautifully with one pass on the Deep Clean setting. The rug had 5 years, 3 puppies, and two aging German Shepherds worth of filth on it. See the photo for yourself! Plus the room smells clean, too!

Love this carpet cleaner. It works amazing and doesn't leave my floors soaking wet for a day afterwards which is a must with three littles running around.

I cleaned all my carpet in my home as if I had called the yellow van guys. Now that I can clean more often, I'm confident the Bissell will do the job.

This carpet cleaner is fantastic. It is easy to assemble, easy to operate, cleans very well and the carpet dries much more quickly than the last carpet cleaner I had. This machine is well worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used approx 2 years so maybe 4 times and the water keeps leaking out of reservoir. Took to get repaired at local center and it can't be fixed. Waste of money.
