It works great, the only problem I have with it is that you cannot turn the brushes off when using the handheld tool. I had an older model that had that function. Now I have to figure out how to use the hand tool without ruining my carpet.

Great for pets and easy way for cleaning. You can use this to vacuum everytime you need. You don't have to have a vacuum cleaner if you have this! I love it!

I had a hoover steam vac, and thought it was good, I had it about 10 years, then I bought a Bissell Pro Heat 2x and it picked my dog hairs what the hoover left back, it's well made. Thank you for such a fine product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an upstairs as well as dropped floors (step down into the next room). I cannot find a way to pick up this machine to move it--no handles, no nooks or crannies to grab onto. Very annoying.

At first I was not sure about my new cleaner because it is so much lighter than my older model. But it surprised me how well it cleans. And being a lot lighter, it is much easier to use.

Initial set up was very easy, and it cleaned the toughest stains on my carpet effortlessly. It is light and maneuvers really well. The cleaning solution I bought has Febreeze and the smell is very pleasing.

I bought this thinking it was vacuum. Realized when I got home its not, but pleasantly surprised. Does fantastic job. As good as rug doctor but much smaller unit abd easier to use. Of course can just store in closet
