I bought the Pet Pro Heat 2X after reading the reviews and I am thoroughly impressed with the product. I am glad to be able to submit a positive review (for a change) and compliment the design team on the integration of the mechanical and ergonomic features. We have nine cats and my wife has allergies, so I use the machine monthly - should probably use it more frequently. Even though we vacuum frequently, the Pet Pro extracts an amazing amount of embedded hair. The design features allow me to clean the tanks and brush roller assembly very efficiently. This makes the entire process of cleaning extremely efficient. I have owned other carpet cleaning machines - even a couple that were rated very highly - but I can state without reservation the Pet Pro is the absolute best machine I've ever used. Thank you for building a product that lives up to its claims and is also affordably priced.

By far the best shampooing unit I have owned. Cleans well as can be cleaned itself very easily. I'm curious to see if it stands the test of a few years, where some of my other Bissell products stopped functioning correctly. Such as sucking up the dirty water.

We used this machine once. PRO:Loved how powerful it is. It has much better suction than previous Bissell Models and Deep Cleans. CON: when we refilled the tank, we could not get the Bissell shampoo mixture to dispense at all. Even the Express Shot failed to dispense. Great if you want to only use once!

I have rug in my kitchen.. yeah I know was not my choice and was there when we moved in.. but I am stuck with it for now. Needless to say it gets horribly filthy with three dogs and three cats and my husband and I going in and out the back door/mudroom. I have gone through several rug cleaners over 5 years and they always worked great at first but slowly began to not clean and then just die. This one cleans 100% every time and makes the rug in the kitchen brand new every single time as well as the rugs upstairs!! The attachments are easy to use to clean small areas and furniture. It is just perfect.

Amazing machine! I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats that all love to make a mess... from spills to pet accidents. Bissell pro heat 2x revolution pet pro is a must have. My rugs and couch have never looked so clean. I didn't know how dirty my rugs were until I saw how much dirt came out. It is very easy to use. A big plus is how easy it is to clean after use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness- if you have pets, you must invest in this! It does use quite a bit of water, BUT I'm telling you it is worth it. My house looks (and smells) so clean after using! Looking forward to deep cleaning the house we are moving in to soon!

Carpet cleaned. very impressed. Got all the ash stains from in front of the pellet stove up. Only down fall the dirty water tank only hold so much then you have to empty it. You still have about a 1/4 of a tank of cleaning solution left. And electric cord could be about 6-10 feet longer. But very happy with the carpet cleaning.

we had a stain in our office that had been professionally cleaned four times and looked good at first but within a week the stain came back through. Not so afer using this machine. I love it and will purchase another for a different location
