So I received this machine from PinchMe in exchange for an honest review and I was pleasantly surprised by how well this machine works. I have to admit that I thought this was more like a gimmick and would not clean that well but it us a fantastic machine that not only cleans pet stains but all other stains too. It is simple and easy to use with attachments that make the job easier. It maneuvers quickly and easily and the added cleaners that come as a bonus really add to show its great cleaning ability. It is a great machine that certainly is recommended

This the the 3rd Bissell cleaner that I've owned and it's the Best. The performance is awesome but the best part is the functionality. The water tanks are very easy to operate, which is a Huge plus over the old design. Also, it's very easy to clean because so much of it comes apart. I'm very impressed with this product and would gladly recommend it to everyone.

This is my second ownership of a Bissell carpet cleaner and I'm even more impressed with the functionality of the new unit... I initially purchased this item to clean up after our beloved aging pet who had incontinent issues. Unfortunate for us the accidents often occurred on our expensive designer rugs that were scattered thru-out our home and professional cleaning, every time this happened, became out of the question. Initially, I was extremely nervous to attempt the task myself but the Bissell cleaner proved invaluable. After 5+ years of going strong, and several pets later, the unit eventually lost suctioning power and it was time to replace to a new and improved unit. The biggest plus of the new 1986 unit is the ease of dismantling & clean-up... a breeze. Thank you!!

I have used a Hoover carpet cleaner for years - this go-round, we got the Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner - It is the CHAMPION! I have a lot of dogs and clean my carpets weekly - The first time I used the Bissell Pro Heat 2 X Revolution... I could not believe my eyes! The carpet was so clean - it looked shades lighter! This cleaner is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Clean up is a breeze (everything breaks down very easliy!!!) This is the BEST carpet cleaner I have ever seen!!!!! I am VERY impressed!!!!! Leave it to Bissell!!!!! The carpets not only look great, but also smell very fresh! The deep cleaning mode is the best - Get this carpet cleaner... - you won't be sorry - and I am meticulous about my house cleaning!!!!

While this machine does not live up to Bissell's implied claim that it is as good as a rental deep carpet cleaner, it is a good home carpet cleaner. It will not replace annual professional carpet cleaning but does good job of routine carpet cleaning. This unit is replacing a Hoover Platinum we've had for years. The dual beater bars on the Bissell do a better job of removing stains than the row of rotating brushes on the Hoover. It is also much simpler to use than the Hoover. Both the clean water/cleaner and waste water tanks are easy to get to and remove from the unit, but, the water tank is smaller than I would like. I had to refill it 3 times to clean our 16 x 20 family room which I did not move all the furniture out of. We are a family with 2 dogs and would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner.

This carpet cleaner is awesome!!! I LOVE IT ! I have five dogs that stay in the house and a good carpet cleaner is a must. I've had several different models by different manufacturers, and hands down this is the best of the lot! It's easy to maneuver, easy to clean with the removable cover, easy to fill (I love the tanks being located where they are), it cleans extremely well, love the double row of beaters and it's not as loud as other cleaners. All in all I would recommend this to anyone who has pets or kids! Or both!

I own one dog that is unfortunately home alone all work day. We have trained him to do his business in one area, but sometimes he has accidents. i just got to try it, and it seems like a great machine that does what it promises. I love the features, especially the easy assembly for quick cleaning of the device and a very courteous design; It's obviously well made, but not so heavy that cleaning is a cumbersome task. Just feels right when you use it! The last owner of our home had fully carpeted bedrooms which had, unfortunately, absorbed the odor of their pets. (For some strange reason, it smelled worse on rainy days!) We were saving up to have the carpet pulled up and replaced, but the ProHeat 2X Revolution did such a great job cleaning and deodorizing that it seems almost unnecessary to do that now. Dirty water tank is "full" about 3-4 times a use of clean water, only made it 1/2 way on stairs. So you have to really pay attention or you will end up with standing water. Got a good amount of stuff out of my carpets and rugs. Very easy to use, although I can't figure out why it's called a pro heat when he doesn't heat at all. So that's a little misleading. All in all it's decent, you can get better and you can definitely get worse. Nothing to write home about.

This is a really good machine! I adopted a 13 year old silky terrier with anxiety issues. She had peed on the carpet probably two dozen times before I finally looked for a better way to clean the carpet. After the first use all the stains were gone. Do to the amount of times she soiled the carpet I repeated the process the next day because of the smell of urine; which is do to the carpet not being properly cleaned for so long. I used the deep clean the first time, the next day I "express cleaned" the carpet again and then did a rinse as well. The results are exactly what I'd expect paying this much for a carpet cleaner! Not disappointed. I've had for about a week now so only time will tell on how long it keeps running in high performance but this truly is designed for pet owners. We have a high end vacuum but the Bissell still picked up the extra left behind hair. Super easy to clean with their rinse and storage tray. Plus I love that the dirty tank has an easy pour spout but also you can unscrew the bottom of you need to get a clump of hair out. The tool they give with it to clean the suction cover is amazing as well! Must have for pet owners because you don't want hair obstructing the suction. Also there's a filter to the dirty tank which you can easily wipe to prevent lose of suction do to hair. So far completely satisfied with the product.
