[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. Easy to use, works better than rental in my opinion. I don't have pets but the stain spot feature is great for high traffic areas too. You do have to empty the water frequently and add solution water mixture but I don't mind as I'm not on a rental timer. I like to do 2 rinses after the shampoo as my feet feel soapy still. It collects little clumps if what looks like fur balls from the carpet, I would suggest to empty the water through a strainer and the clumps get picked up and if they go down the drain it will clog. Happy cleaning.

I love having a good deep cleaner. This works wonderfully. We washed the carpets and the couches and it worked like a charm. We don't have pets and apparently they don't make Kid Pro Carpet Cleaners, but my wife and I figured its close enough. It definitely removed all food stains and mystery stains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and used it to clean both a white shag area rug in the living room and a carpeted stairwell landing area. I have a senior cat with arthritis who doesn't always make it into the litter box and is also quite messy with his food, so I was especially interested in a carpet cleaner that could work with enzymatic cleaning and urine. I also wanted one that would be able to work on these different surfaces and was light enough to move up and down the stairs. The ProHeat 2X Pet Pro didn't let me down. The living room white area rug became white again and the landing area is being maintained. With that said, no cleaner is perfect, and their is definitely some technique involved in making the most out of your cleaning sessions. A note to novice users, I initially used the deep clean setting and the extra cleaning fluid recommended, and I felt like I needed to spend more time rinsing and drying the carpet afterward. In retrospect, I would have used less cleaner and on future runs, I will try to use less water. I needed to flip the area rug over to be sure to dry out the backside and not damage my wood floor in the living room. I initially didn't wait long enough to put my coffee table back on and the bottom legs left some rust marks that I needed to spot treat. I'm not sure how wet it may still be on the landing, but I figure better wet by cleaning than wet by cat urine. In any event, I recommend doing extra dry passes with the machine. Another surprise what that the pet cleaner with Scotchgard has made subsequent bathroom stops by my cat less visible, and I've had to look more closely to clean up messes promptly. In short, I have learned some lessons in the first runs of using the machine, and am still grateful to have it for deep cleaning after pet messes. #sweepstakes

This machine does a fabulous job cleaning our white carpets. Even heavy traffic areas came cleaner than ever before. And the accessory tool (crevice tool mainly) was able to clean the edge where years of dust had accumulated at the carpet/baseboard edge. We have thick Berber carpets and even professional carpet service never got those edges clean. I have only one "complaint" about this wonderful machine. I knew in advance (having scanned the manual) that when using the attachments one cannot have the machine standing non moving over the carpet unless one somehow tilts it back enough to raise the brushes off the carpet. That's because the brushes continue to rotate when the machine is powered ON, even while using the attachments! I consider this a design flaw! It's not easy to keep the brushes from touching the carpet. You can't tilt the machine back too much because that interferes with proper operation of the float in the collection tank. There's no easy way to support the machine while using the attachment and while ensuring it won't tip backwards while the front is lifted sufficiently. They either should disable the brush rotation when using the attachments or they should provide a convenient safe secure way to elevate the brushes off the carpet. I ended up with a kluge approach that I'm still trying to improve upon. Fortunately, this edge cleaning isn't required often.

Our floors tend to stay clean, so we thought. We decided to give it a try. All the dirt and dust that penetrates in the carpet that's is not noticeable to the eye, the vacuum this a wonderful thing. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.

It is amazing and even picked up all the cat hair that my pet vacuum was not able to as I have a berber tight woven carpet. Dried quickly and left the carpet soft. It is easy-to-use and not hard to push forward or pull back. I have arthritis in my back and arms and didn't have to worry about pain afterwards. I give it a definite thumbs up I had other carpet cleaners which didn't even compare. Its positively worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a little bit of confusion when I was assembling the ProHeat 2X. (I do not assemble items myself as a rule.) Instructions started out unclear. The handle has to go in first, then they became easy to put together. I started using the ProHeat 2X right away. I used the deep clean feature. Was so happy the carpet came clean in one use and it did not take long to dry. I then tried the upholstery feature. It also cleaned the chair easily however I could not get the suction tight enough to avoid having a chair I could not use for 24 hours. The chair looks awesome. This machine has past my expectations and I would recommend it for every pet household.

I find it easy to use and am amazed at how much dirt it pulls out of my carpets. I also used the attachments on my carpeted stairway and on 2 upholstered recliners. The machine looks a little complicated at first but is actually quite simple once you go through the process as explained in the instruction book. I love being able to clean my carpets a little every day rather then having someone come in and do the whole house at once. It's much less disruptive. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works very well! I cleaned my couch and carpets and now they're like new again! The suction is not prety strong, so it takes a wile until everyting gets dried, but a really recomend this carpet cleaner.
