[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product! It cleans so well everything feels fresh and clean. My favorite part is I live in the NW and we have lots of mosquitoes and midges here that love a damp environment but hold the phone! where most machines leave a damp rug a day or days this one did such a great job it was dry by the time I came back from shopping! I could open the door and let the summer air in without any fear. Yep would buy again.

I operate a dog day care facility from my home. Sanitation is important to me. This is the 4th Bissell carpet shampooer I have owner over the years. All have been excellent and last far beyond their years. I haven't used this new machine yet but I have faith in its capacity to fulfill my needs. Thank you Bissell for providing such excellent quality merchandise. A1 5 *****

At the end of the day, a mop will only spread dirt all over, and the surface gets sticky even after two mop passes. Now, with my new machine and the hard floor attachment the floor is really clean, and you can see the difference. Now we can start our shift every morning with a pristine floor, and when we close we know it takes the same amount of time with the machine than the mop to have 1000% better results. I'm a very happy owner of a ProHeat 2X revolution Pro machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to rent the "big green machine." This one is lighter, but also does a FANTASTIC job...just smaller tank capacity...need to empty more often, I also bought a hard floor cleaning attachment. It also does an EXCELLENT job on tile floors...sure beats "hands, knees and buckets." This was the best birthday present I ever bought myself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this carpet cleaner to try and keep up with our dogs mishaps ... first time using the machine I was very pleased how well it cleaned up a recent spot. We had some other much older spots that we tried cleaning by hand best we could.. so I tried the machine on those areas .. and much to my surprise it cleaned them too. I've used other machines that were more work than they were worth .. this one is very easy to use and to clean once finished. Only thing that I have found that I would like to see changed is.. it would be nice if I could turn off the main brushes when using the hand held attachments.

The first one I bought more than 10 years ago and did not need maintenance until now. Every time I buy an item, delivery is done at relatives' home in Canada. I really like Bissel's equipment because of its durability and quality of service. Everyone here who sees my machine is dazzled by the quality of service. I am very satisfied with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large dog who loves to lay in the dirt outside. When he comes inside, although I can't see it, I know that the dirt has followed him in. I bought the pro pet cleaner for my daughter (who has 3 dogs) and borrowed it to clean my rugs. I thought it was fantastic! It cleaned as well as the store rental machine and was lighter and easier to operate. I had to have one for myself. Love it!
