I was so pleased to find this machine not only pulls up pet hair and cleans great, but doesn't soak the rugs leaving them laying wet on the floors. Highly recommend this product.

Cleaning the carpet cleaner was dreadful. Nothing came apart unless I unscrewed everything and took things apart. We have lots of cats and hairballs from time to time. I clean up what I can then pretreat and use my ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and carpet looks good as new. No stains or smells whatsoever!! I have 4 rescue Weimaraners, and a couple of years ago I purchased the earlier version of this cleaner. I really loved it, with one exception - It was hard to clean the intake and brushes. Weims have very short hair and seem to shed all year around. When I saw you have pretty much solved the problem of cleaning the intake area, along with a number of small improvements, I knew it was time to pass the previous model along and acquire the updated version. Obviously, you all are pet owners, because your innovations always seem to be in a positive direction. Many, many thanks. Greyghost.

The clean water container and the dirty water container are very easy to fill and dump! a big improvement over the last carpet cleaner we owned. It is also much lighter and easier to move than our last carpet cleaner. We are very happy with it! We have 3 cats and it did a great job cleaning our carpet. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the cleaner the day I got it and cleaned all the carpeting in my townhouse. Having the water heated seemed to have helped with pulling the dirt off the carpet. I do feel like the suction could me stronger. The carpet was left a little wetter than I would of liked. Overall, the carpet cleaner was great and left my carpet smelling fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cleaned all my bedrooms (wall to wall carpet with med-low pile), a large entry mat and an area rug. I found it easy to change the settings on the machine to handle different situations and it was easy to empty, refill and clean the machine at the end. When cleaning there was a lot of carpet fibres that the machine seems to have pulled from my carpets which was a bit alarming but also shows how powerful the brushes are. The cleaning solutions are a bit pricey but overall I am happy with the value, convenience and performance over a rental machine.

This carpet cleaner is excellent! While the clean water container is only 1 gallon, the machine is light and easy to operate. Small spills, pet accidents, and rug cleaning is easy and the cleaning of the tanks is very easily accomplished! Very, very pleased with my purchase and the company that makes the product!

My bedroom carpet was in dire need mainly because of my black and somewhat oily lab. I followed instructions carefully and was amazed at how well the builder grade carpeting looked - and it was dry in no time. Worked beautifully on my living room area rug as well which is light gray. I cannot be more pleased
