[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness where do I start in singing the praises of this carpet cleaner?! I LOVE that I can clean yhe machine itself thoroughly after every use. The suction is amazing!! It clean out even old stains!!

Placing the order, as well as shipping, was quick and easy. The performance of the machine was beyond our expectations almost making me think it came pre-loaded with dirt since it go so much out from a carper we had no idea was so dirty. Even the fur it removed was amazing, we couldn't see any in the carper, nor could our cleaner pick up any but this cleaner brought up gobs of it.

Easy to use! Deep cleans! Used to get old urine smell out of carpet so we didn't have to buy new carpet. I just wish the tank where the dirty water goes was bigger. It fills up quick on deep clean setting. Overall we are very happy with it! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner after my pug peed on my brand new furniture. I tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out. Even got a new bottom cushion shipped and replacement stuffing for the top cushion. I've cleaned the top cushion twice and the smell is gone! This machine saved my couch! It was so easy to use I decided to do the rest of my sectional! I also did the carpet under the furniture. The machine itself and the pet attachment work excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the carpet cleaner. It works well on cleaning g up pet stains. The only drawback is that the tanks need to be filled or emptied often. However, its easy enough to do. I say this in comparison to a competitors product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually used my daughter's machine and I was so impressed by the job it did that I bought one for myself. It did such a great job and left the room so fresh smelling. My only disappointment was it didn't seem to pull off as much water as I would have liked (despite several passes to try to do so) and it took many hours for the carpet to dry. The machine is easy to use, easy to clean and not too heavy.

This replaces my old Bissell ProHeat, which finally gave up the ghost after many years of cleaning the messes of multiple cats. I am in love with my new ProHeat. For starters, it's lighter and very maneuverable, which at my age is a plus. I love the new arrangement of the canisters, which makes them easier to clean and reattach. The attachments are updated. I love the upholstery attachment the most. This machine has impressive suction, too. I have been buying Bissell for a long time, and have always found their machines are reliable and efficient. My cats just wear them out! If you have pets and are in the market for a carpet cleaner, this one is an excellent choice.

The same cannot be said for the gross gunk that was removed. Everything, I mean EV-ERY-THING, is easy: assembly, tools use, filling and emptying the tanks, and cleaning the machine after use.
