[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product to clean my runner and carpet on my stairs as well as all of my area rugs. I also used it on my couch. It definitely cleaned the dirt from the surface, it did not make the carpet all wet underneath so the drying time was pretty fast! The carpet is a bit stiff now. Hopefully over time, it gets less stiff. The attachment I got for pets to clean the couch, left a lot of water to suck up and did not suck up the water. I ended up using the attachment that came with the machine that I used on my stairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cleaner. Pulled 2 years worth of dirt out my micro-suede couch. Worked wonders on a couple area rugs too. highly recommend this. spend the few extra dollars, rather than comprosiing for a lesser qualty product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely luv this machine My dog was on prednisone and having frequent accidents, this machine way exceed my expectations. The power and effectiveness was overwhelming. The drying time was quick, I luv its light 2 carry and easily useable Thank you bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great. I just bought a new house but the grass has not been laid yet. With a dog and mud it has been horrible. I owned the spot not and it worked but couldn't keep up with all the mud. I was able to clean all the carpet in my house including the stairs in about and hour. It got all the mud up and was easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has gotten so much dirt and old urine (from previous owners) out of the carpet! I love being able to see all the stuff come in the cleaner. And cleaning out the dirty water is super easy! I love how powerful it is and I would 100% buy it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased this ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet CleanShot Carpet Cleaner and we love it. It is very easy to use and cleans the carpet brilliantly. We were amazed at how much dirt showed up in the tank! It was easy to clean the machine after using it. We would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered my ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner directly from Bissell and it arrived very quickly. I am so impressed with how well it has cleaned my carpets. But I am even more pleased with how easy it is to clean the machine itself afterwards. I love that you can easily remove pieces to rinse everything and make sure you clear away any dog hairs etc. I did a bunch of research before deciding which machine to buy and I am really happy I went with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight and easy to use. Well designed and seems very effective but I feel more suction would help. The manual recommends 2 "dry" passes but it seems to take many more to get the solution out of the carpet. This makes me doubt its ability to be effective against deep set-in stains. Overall very happy though. #sweepstakes
