[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this machine and used it to clean the carpets of two bedrooms. It did a good job lifting the dirt and dog hairs. Each tank of cleaning solution was good for one bed room the size of 15' X 20'. I did notice the dirty water tank only sucked up about 30% of the solution. If you can push the front nozzles down into the carpet on the drying pull or push move, it will suck up a bit more liquid. Pet hairs and carpet fibers clumps do get trapped in the nozzle piece and the cleaning tool is useful to get them out but with difficulty trying to reach some spots. It is important to open the roller brushes cover and clean them to remove hairs and fibers there. I recommend cleaning the carpets during warn dry weather so you can open the windows to let the carpet dry thoroughly.

I used it for the first time and I am very pleased with the results. It did a great job cleaning up spots and even old kitty urine stains in my carpet. It works well, and the carpets dry fairly quickly (within a few hours). However, I can't get the hose assembly to work. It does not spray out anything, even after I followed the trouble shooting directions to prime the machine (whatever that means). I may have to contact customer service (?) in order to use it on my furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't notice any heating at all of the cleaning solution. It didn't feel any warmer than when I put it in the tank. The float on the collection tank is set way too conservatively. It shut off the cleaner when it was only about 1/3 full. I was constantly having to empty the tank. My carpet looks very clean, but it smells bad and has smelled bad for over a week. I never had this problem with my old Hoover steam cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used on my floors and my couches. The difference before and after was quite substantial. Definitely worth every penny! Hot water maintained its heat. Even on max clean it took little time to dry. Just go over an extra one or two times to soak up extra water.

I love the hose is detachable andit has a tray to store and clean it in! Though it's inconvenient, the brushes at the bottom never quit turning so when you're using the hand piece, you can't leave the machine stationary of it will burn your carpet and the bristles with start coming out of the brush. Over all I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy and quick to assembly. First time I used the machine on dog urine spots I was impressed by the increased suction and roller design efficiency of this carpet cleaner. They made this machine much easier to clean after your finished.

I was amazed at the amount of dog hair it pulled out of the carpet AFTER I vacuumed it thoroughly. The dual beater bars really get down deep into the pile and get up quite a bit of dirt. Easy to use and works much better than the competition! And you can easily disassemble it to clean all of the fur that gets caught in various places

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Bissell carpet cleaner over the last 15 years. Bissell has continued to do great job with the cleaning performance. I continue to be pleased seeing the imbedded hair and dirt being pulled from my carpet as I clean, and I have a very good vacuum. The ability to clean the machine after use has evolved tremendously because if you don't clean your machine properly, it won't clean as well for you later on. The cleaning tray is the best adaptation to this task yet, makes flushing your machine very easy to. I used to prop my machines up on the counter and spray them out over the sink to clean the brushes well enough. Plus, the cleaning tray is great to use to place your machine on while you change out your tanks...any dirty water residue no longer redeposits back onto your clean carpet. I used to always have a thick towel nearby to place the machine on. The tanks do require lots of flushing and refilling while you do a room, but to be fair, if the tanks were any larger the machine would be too heavy to deal with. Dry time was just only about 5-6 hours on the regular cleaning cycle. Running a fan in the room always helps with drying too. This machine pays for itself in just one use. I have three kids, two large dogs, and a cat so to be able to clean whenever the mood hits me is awesome.

I have used the cleaner twice at this point. I am very impressed the product. The design and construction of the cleaner is very good. It is easy to fill, empty, and clean. It did an good job of cleaning the carpet. I was truly amazed at its ability to pick up the cleaning solution.
