I can not tell you how well this cleaner has worked for me. It was not hard to put together. I could not believe the stuff that came out of my carpet. I thought that my carpets were clean, they were not. I could not believe the dirt that i got up and that was only my hall way. I can not wait to see what the rest of the carpet is going to look like. I am so happy that I have my carpet cleaner and I can not wait to get the rest of my carpet cleaned. If you have pets then you need to get this carpet cleaner.

Easy to remove water and waste water tanks. Hose is long enough to minimize the need to move the machine. Suction is remarkable which I guess accounts for the noise of the machine. So happy with this product!

That is why I purchased this. The first time I used it, I could see how much dirt was pulled out of my carpet. It is very easy to use and the directions to assemble are easy to follow. I've cleaned two rooms with this and the carpet smells and looks refreshed. The self clean function is essential with the hair accumulation and long term cleanliness. I was astonished how much hair the machine collected even after double vacuuming with a pet vacuum before hand and the clean honestly feels/smells better than that of the rental shampooers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaner did a fairly good job on my carpet and was really easy to clean it out afterwards. I do like the clip in hose attachment. Much easier than my old machine. The "spot cleaner" is nothing more than spraying a small patch. Kind of a waste in my opinion. The settings for cleaning only mean the amount of solution is used. It puts a tremendous amount of solution down on the carpet but only vacuums up some of it, leaving the carpet wetter than my last cleaner ( after 27 yrs it had enough). I can't compare this to other brands so perhaps this is the case for all of the ones made now I just hope that this carpet cleaner will last for awhile

This is a great cleaner and unlike any other cleaner I've used in the past, this one is very user friendly. I'm less likely to spill dirty water and make another mess. The hose attachment works great for cleaning my furniture as well!

I am soooo disappointed in my new purchase, in fact to tears! I've used it TWICE and the rollers have burned and melted! I can't afford after the the initial investment to replace these! Please give me some reassurance that at minimal you can provide some explanation as to why this has happened, and what I might do to rectify the problem!

I had my last bissell for 8 years and had to leave it in the move across country. The last bissell only ever needed the hose and some parts fixed on it. So I have high expectations.
