[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always spent good money for a great product! We have this new one from Bissell and it's a complete joke! Cheaply made just unbelievable how awful this carpet cleaner is! It wont suck up the water put on the rug so I had to use 3 towels! It is so flimsy the hose is a complete joke it doesn't stretch and it's the worst kind of plastic on the whole machine it feels like it's gonna fall over and melt on its own.

Amazing machine! I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats that all love to make a mess... from spills to pet accidents. Bissell pro heat 2x revolution pet pro is a must have. My rugs and couch have never looked so clean. I didn't know how dirty my rugs were until I saw how much dirt came out. It is very easy to use. A big plus is how easy it is to clean after use. This is my new go to cleaner. I receive this product in exchange for my honest review from PINCH ME.

Used to clean a trashed carpet I thought I would have to replace. Outstanding results, carpet looks almost new.. Machine is easy to use and just sucks the dirt right up. I think the brushes on this machine really help loosen the dirt. I made sure to vacuum twice before cleaning. Also make sure you give the soap time to loosen the dirt. No issues yet and 5 year warranty which I love.

This is perfect to keep my carpets feel fresh. I use it all-over every few months and as a spot treatment after pet accidents. I also use it in my car and floor mats - the hot water extraction is so much fun! The only annoyance is it can take a minute for the water to hear up.

We used this machine once. PRO:Loved how powerful it is. It has much better suction than previous Bissell Models and Deep Cleans. CON: when we refilled the tank, we could not get the Bissell shampoo mixture to dispense at all. Even the Express Shot failed to dispense. Great if you want to only use once!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize that the beater brushes kept turning while you used the hand tools until I smelled the burning. I'd been trying to clean my couch and had to go over one cushion repeatedly. When I smelled the burning I moved the cleaner but it was stuck to the melted fibers of my carpet. This was a VERY expensive carpet cleaner.

I received this BISSELL ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro from PINCHme in exchange for my honest review. Let me first just say... WOW! What a great product, and I've tried a lot of shampooers in my time. I am always looking for the next best thing when it comes to cleaning supplies, this is it! I try to shampoo twice yearly and it cut the time it takes to both clean and dry easily in half. It got deep in my carpets and made them look brighter than they have in 10 years. It is fantastic for pet stains and tackled old, set in urine stains as well as "dog smell". It's so lightweight that I was easily able to maneuver and carry it from spot to spot and room to room. Just so SO great. I immediately gave my old shampooer to my parents once I tested this baby out. In love!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked nicely the first two uses, but then stopped extracting cleaning solution and dirt from the carpet. Directions, and post-use machine cleaning, were followed exactly. A very poor product not suited for advertised use.

It is very difficult to remove the brushes to clean them. You have to unscrew a cover, remove a belt, them remove brushes. It must be short-hair dog proven by people who do not have the worry about long hu.an and dog hair wrapping around the brush rollers.

The third time I used this it won't stop shooting water everywhere. Now my carpet is soaked and I cannot clean or dry it. I read some VERY lengthy and difficult ways to trouble shoot this which I guess I'll try since it was so expensive but I shouldn't have this much trouble with a product I've only used twice!! And yes I only used the bissell pet pro cleaner with it.
