had sore credit fro NFM and saw some of the negative reviews about the machine not wroking after a couple uses. NFM said it was prolly a bad model that has been corrected. i have a small 1 bedroom apartment and use my Revolution every weekend since i bought at the beginning of october and it is still going strong. becuase i have an older female who doesnt always make it to the training pad i used to spend $500 to zerorez to clean my place. this does a better job. somewhat easy to clean. the biggest con i have is cleaning the water reservoirs. the need a way to take the whole top of each resevoir off so you can 1) wash the inside of it, especially the dirty water and 2) so it can dry. takes dang near 5 days for the reservoirs to dry through the littl opening it has. and the dirty water reservoir needs a better seal that little rubber thing will prolly only last 6 months before it gives out. if you have a bigger house this will be time consuming. i have only 2 small rooms and i have to refill the clean water after each room. otherwise this machine is great.

I received this product free from pinchme for my honest review. I have a German Shepherd that we were house training and he had a few accidents and they were set in stains and they came out!!! The products smell so good the attachments work so well. I was amazed. My steps and carpet are truely cleaner then when I had a professional come in and do it 6 months ago. It got it to hard to reach areas. Set up was soooo easy and Clean up was a breezes no screw driver needed just easy release buttons. I already have recommended this product to friends.

WOW-WOW-WOW! We purchased the ProHeat to clean our carpets after reading all the specs and reviews. Honestly, though, I had my doubts as to just how thoroughly it could get out some seriously set-in pet stains (urine!!) We went to work after watching your video and were completely blown away at the efficacy of the machine. We were on the verge of just tearing up the carpet and replacing it. After the cleaning (super easy and actually rather fun -- LOL!) -- it literally looks like a brand new carpet (I'm talking a pale beige colour too -- so the stains were hideous and I had pretty much just given up on getting them out). Anyway -- it's been astonishing to us how beautiful the carpets were under all that grunge and we are keeping them (and saving money to boot!!) Thank you, Bissell, for an outstanding product. I'm literally telling my friends about it -- no kidding. Love you guys and REALLY love that you are contributing to saving animals -- that means a great deal to me and my husband and our 8 rescue cats -- each with their own story to tell -- sometimes heartbreaking -- but now they are in their forever home with us and being spoiled rotten. Pet-safe formulas are extremely important to us and after researching y'all, we were quite pleased to discover that your formulas are indeed pet-safe. Anyway -- I could go on but just end by saying you have 2 (make that 10) very happy customers -- me, my husband, and our 8 kitties. Thank you, Bissell!

The product worked fine. I wish the suction was more powerful. Found that we had to clear out the brushes often and fill the clean water tank more than I would expect (we went through a lot of cleaner). Rugs took a long time to dry (possibly because we did a deep clean and it was pretty humid). The machine did seem to do a very good job with scrubbing. The machine is pretty easy to use it does take quite a bit of time to try to get as much liquid out of the carpet as possible.

Big love hate with this product. As far as cleaning carpets and stains it's amazing. I've used it for dog pee poop and puke. However it leaves the carpet wet and does not handle pet hair well. One thing to note is that the sprayer holes that wet the brushes get clogged. You can use a sewing needle to unclog them but it took me forever to figure out that that's why it wasn't working. After cleaning the brush cover and unclogging those sprayer holes it worked great again, just doesn't suck all the water back up like my old carpet cleaner.

I have white carpet. This machine did an excellent job of cleaning a 24 hour old dog vomit stain that I had cleaned up as best I could before purchasing the machine. It even worked on an older stain that had been professionally steam cleaned. And with the peroxide formula cleaner I felt the spot was well sanitized. The cleaner is easy to use and easy to take apart for clean up afterward. It will saturate carpet if you aren't careful, but if you keep going slowly over the wet area it does a great job of extracting. What was in the waste container looked to be roughly the same amount of cleaner put in. The carpet felt completely dry after approximately 2 hours with the ceiling fan on medium and the air conditioning running normally. You can only clean small areas at a time, but it works fast, and it is far better than trying to clean on hands and knees or paying a professional $100 to come to the house.

I put off having having my carpets cleaned I was embarrassed to call a professional so for a price close to what I pay a cleaning service I purchased the Bissell and did it myself. I was surprised and pleased at how clean it got the carpets and how easy it was.

Easy to use and how more power than thought. Good size for water tanks. Would like a little more deep cleaning pressure as carpet was a true test over tough spots, but went over a couple times and cleaned very well. Floors dried in a couple hours and looked very good.

This is absolutely fantastic if you have pets! I was so impressed with how deep it cleans. Actually I was disgusted with all the crud and mud it sucked up! Lol! I have 2 indoor pets, a cat and dog, with long hair and it really picked up the loose hair. And I had just vacuumed!

Sending rugs out to clean is very expensive and this machine seemed like a good alternative. I did a great deal of research to compare size/weight/price/effectiveness and settled on this one. I have only used it a few times so far, but it has not been as effective as I had hoped. I have a grey rug with a white wavy pattern and the white had become very dirty over time (kids and dogs). I used the machine on deep clean and it pulled out lots of dirt, based on the color of the used water reservoir, but it didn't get the white pattern nearly as white as I had hoped. The rug looks and feels better than before the cleaning, but the white still looks dirty. I would caution people to have limited expectations. I will try using the separate spray spot remover/pre-cleaner on the white sections before I clean the rug again. Maybe it will help.
