This carpet cleaner worked great while it ran. I was cleaning my living room carpet after trying it out on a few spots. After a second refill and dump of the tanks. The clean water tank no longer fit. The bottom is warped and will not dispense water. Still recommend the product. Just don't use more than one tank at a time.

I was lucky enough to receive this as a product trial from Pinch Me. It was the best steam cleaner I have ever used. My poor pups got a nasty bug and was leaving messes all over for me. With this steam cleaner you would never even know it. It was easy to put together, easy to use and dried pretty fast. I definitely recommend this machine.

Overall I am super happy with the Proheat 2X Revolution. Professionals charge too much and this machine paid for itself after I cleaned one level of my home. It is a hard worker, the dirty water bucket was proof of that! It's an easy machine to use. I made a few passes over the wet areas until little water was being sucked up. My carpets were dry to the touch after a few hours, but we didn't walk on them until the next day and waited 48 hours to put furniture back. My carpet pad does have the moisture barrier on both sides. Stairs were more difficult as deep cleaning relies on your personal strength and endurance. A staircase without a landing may require a balancing act as the hose doesn't reach the 1/2 way point.

this is our first time using a deep carpet cleaner, and having pets, we were in the market for a better way to thoroughly clean our area rugs and upstairs wall to wall carpets. this product is very easy to use and you can immediately see a huge difference it the carpets. just looking in the dirty water basin, you could see all of the debris, animal hair and dirt which a normal vacuum would not suck up. the rugs dry quickly upon completion as the unit does an excellent job in sucking up the water and detergent which it blasts into the carpets. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who has pets, or a high traffic area which they would like to clean more thoroughly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this carpet cleaner only a handful of times. The belt broke several times and after that was fixed, the machine had no suction. I took it in, had it cleaned and it worked one time. It has never worked after that. I'm very disappointed in this product for the price we paid. I love Bissell products but this was a huge disappointment.

This vacuum/carpet cleaning is amazing ! I recently got a puppy for my son and he has detroyed our carpets and we rent ! So I was doing some research and took a shot on this one and it doesn't disappoint ! It clean area rugs with ease and makes them look brand new as if you just bought them that day. The cleaning solution has a nice subtle fresh scent to it, it's not too over powering which is great with a little one running around! It's totally worth the money and does the job you expect it to easily !

I have always purchased Bissell carpet cleaners but they just were not doing the job they were either constantly plugging up or dumping water or just not picking up enough water! I finally decided to try a Hoover carpet clean and my whole attitude changed on cleaning carpets. Usually it would take me 1/2 day to clean hallway and living room and the carpet would be wet for 2 days!!!!With the Hoover it took me 1 hour I did not have to go back over the carpet 3 or 4 times AND the carpet was dry the next morning!!! Plus machine was super easy to clean!!! No more Bissell ever again!!!

Shampooed our bedroom carpet. Did an excellent job. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of many cleaning solutions without Scotchgard! I am familiar with Scotchgard, but it is not pet friendly. We did find the antiseptic solution without it, so used that. No problems here with stains, we have a very well trained cat :) We were considering renting a Rug Doctor, but our local merchant said that they do not sanitize the rental machines as they are returned. That bothered me because I would have no idea what they had been used to clean. (I told the cashier what if someone returned it after using it on a flea infestation - the guy behind me in line chimed in "or bedbugs, or a meth lab"! Wow!

We have had several carpet cleaners over the years but this by far has blown us away! We have had the same carpet for 25 years with several pets along the way and after cleaning with the ProHeat2x Revolution PetPro it looks like new! And it dries quickly as advertised! Can"t say enough great things! It is truly amazing and worth every penny! Much easier to clean the machine after use too! I don't normally give reviews but this is amazing!
