[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always balked at buying an expensive carpet cleaner. I have had an inexpensive one for years, that worked so so and was hard to use. After the third flood in my finished basement this month, I couldn't take it and read consumer reports and shelled out the bucks for this bad boy. The stains in my rug from the flood were awful, but this cleaner worked like a charm. I used the Bissell oxy pet shampoo. I totally recommend this product.

It's not cheap but the phrase "You get what you pay for." applies to the cleaner. I have 3 cats who like to knock over water bowls and leave hairballs or vomit all over the house. We've been living in this old house for 3 years and couldn't afford a rug cleaner until now. The water was black when we were finished and the water stains, pet vomit, soda, and mystery stains were gone. It was a relief to see all those stains vanish. The landlord will never find out we have cats by looking at the carpet. It dried out overnight so wet carpet isn't present unreasonably long. I would recommend this cleaner to those who can afford it's steep price.

We received the BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro from Pinchme in exchange for our honest opinion. First off, I love how this is so easy to use, because it's obviously well-made but not heavy and cumbersome! It cleans both cat and dog messes with ease and gives you a "confident clean." In fact, the prior owner of our home had wall to wall carpeting which had unfortunately absorbed some pet odors. (For some reason the odor was worse on rainy days!) We always meant to have the carpeting replaced, but after using the Pet Pro on it, it doesn't seem necessary anymore. Thank you Bissell!

We were lucky to get chosen to trial this carpet cleaner through Pinch Me! It was super easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. We first tried the cleaner using the express clean mode. This was fantastic and I could clean a whole room on one tank of solution. The cleaner had done an excellent job to freshen the carpet and it looked almost brand new. We then tried it in deep clean mode a little while later. This was good on the tougher set in stains but used a lot of solution and didn't cover a large space on one tank. I always recommend spot treating stains prior to carpet cleaning because it helps remove tough stains. No carpet cleaner alone will take out all your stains. Even when you hire a company they ask what the stain was from to pre treat it. The cleaner is very light and easy to maneuver. Cleaning it after was easy. The dirty tank lifts off and all the brushes and suction vents are easily removed for cleaning. When I emptied the water, i noticed the filter under the dirty tank, it has a warning about wiping away debris regularly, but it's not exactly super noticeable unless you lift it. I felt this should be in the instruction manual in the early pages. I did find it in the manual but in the later pages. Overall the cleaner is very good and can't wait to use it more.

I understand that I am to use hot tap water, but I was just told by customer support that this model does not actually heat the water or maintain the heat. ProHeat? Really? Please don't advertise this any longer if the actual heating portion was discontinued from the last model. Please stop misleading customers that purchase your product.

I bought 2 of these thinking the first one was a dud. I must be doing something wrong because sometimes it won't suck up any water. I ran it in my shower to test it. It will intermittently suck up the water. For the price this thing should just work.

I purchased the ProHeatPet in January. I was only able to use it 3 times before needing to replace the roller belt. Within 4 months of use, that belt was replaced 3 times and the roller itself was replaced once. Both the floor unit and the attachments stopped spraying in May, so I replaced the unit. After 6 uses, the "new" cleaner has stopped spraying as well. Apparently, it's time for a new cleaner once again. Very dissatisfied with the lack of quality.

Cleaned all our rugs and I mean cleaned them all. Took out stains that have been ugly sites for years. The rugs and house smell fresh and clean. Right now have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Look forward to some light cleaning of the rugs in 6 months. Recommend this product over paying someone to come and clean for you. The thing is this machine will do a better job.

I used this product to clean the carpet in my living room. I had SO many pet urine stains that I thought I would have to replace the carpet. This product cleaned BEAUTIFULLY!! I did use pretreat on some of the worst stains. The only things i didn't like were that it is heavy and the dirty water receptacle doesn't hold much water.

I was in the market to purchase a new carpet cleaner after my last one stopped working. After some research, I came across this model. Reading the description and all the great reviews I was really excited to try it, I loved all the accessories and attachments it came with and 3 different cleaning settings. Unfortunately it was a major disappointment because it lacks in several areas. First, it has no suction power, went through the whole tank of water but sucked back up not even 1/3 of it. So basically nothing is really getting cleaned. Another issue if you use the attachments for upholstery the roller continues to work, which they state can cause damage to carpet/floor and advised to move it around continuously. Seriously?? Third, it's not easy to clean! The way the dirty water compartment is designed doesn't allow for it to empty freely. Lint/Dust/hair gets stuck between the head and rollers which is very difficult to get between to clean. After one use, I package it right back up and returned to the store. Don't waste your time or money.
