I'm torn on this one, it cleans really well but on the first use the one roller and belt caught on fire and melted. The very first time i use this machine i managed to clean 3 bedrooms, a kitchen rug, 1 hallway, about 4-5 steps and half of my living room when i noticed it got loader and started to vibrate. so i stopped and cleaned the whole machine. when i went to Finnish the living room i started to smell something then looked down to see smoke an a flame coming from the side by the brush roller. Before this I thought ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner | 1986 cleaned really well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our previous (non-Bissell) carpet cleaner died, we borrowed our friends' Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro to finish the job. It was so much better than the old one that I went back and re-did the rest of the house so it was all just as clean! We bought this to clean our new house's carpet and it pulled up nearly all of the stains left by the seller. We have 2 cats and the pet upholstery tool works like a charm for messes on furniture. I love how quick and easy it is to use compared to our old cleaner, and that it has a cleaning tray to clean out the brushes after using so it doesn't collect buildup (and the tool holders on the side are a bonus). I also am excited to use the stair tool, as I have no idea how I would clean them without it! I wish that the dirty tank could hold as much water as the clean tank so I don't have to empty it as much (I plan to do our entire basement next but I know it will take forever to clean since I have to run upstairs to fill and empty the tanks). The only other issue is that the hole for the screw on the back wasn't properly drilled through so we had to make one ourselves in order to assemble. Overall, I LOVE this machine and all it has to offer!

My carpets looked clean however this powerful machine got out so much more hidden dirt. I vacuumed first to get rid of extra dog hair then used this machine. I thought I had cleaned the machine really well and then used the tray for cleaning the rollers. Alas more dirty water. I was really pleased with the suction and how lightweight it was. This was a replacement for an old Hoover with a bladder. This is a far superior product.

Our other cleaner was about 8 years old......so we decided to purchase another Bissell and are glad we did. so much improvement......nice weight and very convenient to have the refill water tank and waste tank so conveniently located.......Sure beats the old bladder type on the older one Love it

I received this model to test through PINCHme. When i received it, it was so easy to put together! I had to use it right away! I cleaned my living room carpet and it didn't drench the rug. It dried quickly which i loved. I liked how easy it was to put on the clean water tank and how easy it was to empty the dirty water tank. I worked well on cleaning up cat puke stains. It also cleaned up an old sofa stain in my husbands car! Another thing i liked about this machine was how easy it was to detach and clean the roller brushes. I had an old machine and never could clean it properly. I would recommend this machine!

I received this BISSELL ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro from PINCHme in exchange for my honest review. When I first received the Bissell ProHeat, I was a little intimidated by the size of the box and how "apart" it seemed to be. It was actually much easier to assemble than I anticipated. Once assembled, I decided to test it out in a smaller area, but one that had old hard to remove stains. The Heatwave technology to remove embedded stains works but I wouldn't say it's fantatsic. I think with a good stain remover or spot treatment, it would work better. I was impressed with the dry time though. The carpet was dried faster than with other carpet cleaners I have used in the past. I used the upholstery tool to clean spots from a mattress and couch and it worked very well. I was happy with those results. The reservoir for dirty water was very simple to lift out, my only gripe was that it didn't hold that much water so there was a lot of stopping to empty it out. Overall I liked this BISSELL ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro and would recommend. It's a good buy for the price and it was very easy to use and assemble. I appreciated that it was lightweight even though I thought based on appearance it wasn't going to be.

I have three bedrooms that has a medium grade carpet that I will be maintaining, plush using for my coach's and chair's. I have not touch the furniture yet, but will update once I do. Just got done using my bissell on all three of my bedrooms. Mostly high traffic areas for the deep clean, I will attach photos. My carpets were not real dirty since we have no children at home. We did have spots that were looking bad. Bottom line all spots are gone. Had to use the spot sprayer, that is different. I do wish the trigger would operate the spot sprayer. Deep cleaned then did quick pass a second time. First pass water was Dark brown . Second pass water was a lot cleaner. Clean up was easy, all and all it did good I will update once I do my furniture and truck.

I will NEVER call a carpet cleaning sercvice again. I have used many Bissel products over the years, but this machine does it all! We have 2 cats and 1 dog and 2 teenage boys. We had our carpets professionally cleaned and they didn't seem clean. Purchased this and just used it on our busiest traffic room and it looks amazing. Also, cleaning the machine is SO easy!

So I received this machine from PinchMe in exchange for an honest review and I was pleasantly surprised by how well this machine works. I have to admit that I thought this was more like a gimmick and would not clean that well but it us a fantastic machine that not only cleans pet stains but all other stains too. It is simple and easy to use with attachments that make the job easier. It maneuvers quickly and easily and the added cleaners that come as a bonus really add to show its great cleaning ability. It is a great machine that certainly is recommended

I have used this item several times since receiving it. In fact, I have shared it with family members who were just as impressed with it as I was! Having two long-hair cats, and a dog, I needed something tough! This worked beautifully. Easy, lightweight, and powerful. I purchased a "couch", for my grandson, at a yard sale, I didn't hesitate to purchase it, stains and all, because I knew I could get it clean. My Bissell did not disappoint. Thank you, Bissell for allowing me to try your product!
