I used this product on my heavy trafficked carpet . My two boys are messy and this helped with the spills and dirt that they track in. It also helps with the accidents that my yorkie makes. Great product that I was able to get and test compliments of pinch me.

I purchase the Bissell ProHeat 2 X Revolution pet carpet cleaner and it is hands-down the best cleaner ever!! Very easy to use! Great for carpets, rugs, furniture, car etc! I have 6 pets , indoor and little is around the house and I use it almost every day it never does fail me!! I have been through about 6 carpet cleaners in my life and this is the best one ever!! So glad I chose this One! would recommend to anyone!! Maintence on the machine is super easy, parts pop off to clean the hair, fur out of them and are Easily put back on, easy to dump dirty water and carpets dry quickly! Cant say enough about this Fabulous cleaner!!

I love this cleaner. I haven't cleaned my carpets since Fall so my Cream carpets were very stained from the Winter. I thought for sure they would need to be replaced this Spring but after one cleaning using they look like new. I cleaned them last week and they are still looking great. I also wanted to say I read reviews about the carpets being so wet and it being an inconvenience that the attachments are not on the machine but I did not have an issue with either. I followed the directions in the manual and my carpets dried just fine and quickly. I also don't mind the attachments not being stored on the machine; I actually prefer that so it's not so much bulk to carry. I used the hose attachment to clean the steps and have no complaints. The smell was also pleasant but then again I just had stains to clean from dirty paws, not dog urine, so I can only speak on my experience - I am very happy with this product!

We four dogs, 3 of which are house broken. Our oldest dog (17yrs) was coming close to passing away. Among the obvious problems, he began losing his bowels. This was happening while the puppy was still being house broken. It became quite a mess. We decided it was time to get a new steam cleaner. We got this green miracle and have loved it ever since. It is strong, great suction, excellent cleaning, and very quite for a steam cleaner. It was the best purchase we made, cleans great both the top of the carpet and whats underneath. I recommend this to anyone looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a washable rug, but not even multiple washes in the washing machine can get rid of the dirt and grime that builds up on my dog's favorite place to lay. I about cried because I thought my expensive rug was ruined. Then I went and got this Bissell and it SAVED MY RUG. Worth every penny! We used the whole bottle of disinfectant that came with the purchase and it took a few times, but the rug looks like I just bought it.

First use, I am very happy with the machine. Second use in the second month of ownership, the brushes won't turn. I contacted Bissell, and I discover the belt is broken. Ok, I understand, it happens I guess. But belts and brushes aren't covered under warranty?!?! If it were within the 30 days, I'd return it for a refund. A product should last for more than 2 months before needing service. Standing behind your product is so important. I'll repair it myself, but it's the last time I will purchase a Bissell.

I came home last night to my dog having a poop accident in my basement, which is fully carpeted. Let’s just say it was EVERYWHERE! Thank god I had the BISSELL Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner stored in my closet. Not only did it clean all 100 spots that were on my Basement Carpet, but it also took care of the foul odor! I highly recommend this carpet cleaner!

We just bought this a couple of months ago & used it for the third time today. The belt for the brushes already broke. We have a short haired dog but bought it for use during puppy training. We have quite a ways to go with the training. I didn't expect a top of the line product to break down so easy. Very disappointed.

I'm really happy with my purchase, that the Revolution 2X is so easy to use, is not loud, and does a great job cleaning carpets without the physical pain that another leading carpet cleaner leaves me after use. I'm impressed with all the dirt that this pulls out and found that doing a few extra passes in vacuum mode will pull out more water to aid in faster dry time. The carpet is left clean, soft and refreshed for sure. The dirty water tank needs to be emptied before the clean water tank is used up, but its not an inconvenience. The attachments are well thought and are adaptable to a variety of surfaces and types of stain. Having this cleaner now is so much easier than renting a heavy cleaning unit from a store, lifting it, hauling it back and forth and having hand, arm and shoulder pain for two days after! I'm very pleased with this purchase and look forward to using it each time. People and pets rejoice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used different carpet cleaners and usually don't have a problem but this machine the pet pro 2 I have used about 6 times and I'd say 4 out of the 6 I had problems. First time was great. Then of it wasn't issues with the water flow it has been problems with sucking up the dirty water. This last time I ended up using a friend's wet vac. So disappointing.
