I received this free from Pinchme for my honest opinion. This carpet cleaner works great for light and heavy stains. It cleans and freshens the carpet. It is also very easy to use and push around on the carpet. It takes about an hour to dry on the light setting and I let it dry about 8 hrs on the regular setting before I walked on the carpet. This is worth every penny.

I finally replaced by 10 year old Bissell carpet cleaner with this one. I am so impressed with the cleaning ability, ease of setting up the tank and emptying the dirty water. With THREE large dogs of my own and over 25 Foster dogs each year, my carpets get dirty. But this new carpet cleaner is so easy to use. Taking it out for small clean ups are a snap. Bissell, thank you! You did an amazing job, so I can focus on the dogs not worrying about the clean up. Fast and Easy would describe this amazing cleaner.

This steam cleaner is amazing. It took less than 4 minutes to assemble and I used it immediately. The cord is extra long and the machine is very lightweight. A win:win. I am involved in a dog rescue and my fosters have accidents. I am a fan for life.

Taking the carpet cleaner out of the box looks a bit overwhelming however it is extremely easy and quick to put together. It has two settings, express clean and deep clean. Personally, I've never used to express clean, only the deep clean and I cleaned ALL the carpets in the house. This is BY FAR the BEST investment we've made as a family! With just getting over potty training my 2 year old son, my carpet was a disaster and this made my carpet 99.9% better! Still have one more to potty train and then you still have toddlers and teenagers that are always spilling something. This machine DID BETTER than the "heavy duty" machine you can rent at the grocery store and buying this machine is the equivalent of renting a machine 5x and I promise you, if you have young ones, youll use it WAY more than that!!

Love this machine!! Does a great job cleaning my rugs and easy to use!!
