I recieved this from Pinch Me! I got to test this Steam Cleaner. First off its easy to assemble. I recieved 2 shampoos one of them being "Urine Gone" .it has a special attachment designed to vacuum up that hard to get pet hair from carpet and upholstery. It worked so well. Together with the urine shampoo it was to good to be true. The stains were Gone! You add hot water but it has heatee built in that gets the water really hot to get down unside the carpet and release the Dirt Grime and Bacteria. I couldnt bealive the stuff comming from my carpet.. I vacuum everyday. Im a clean person. But WOW! I was shocked! The Bissell proheat2xRevolutionpetprocarpetcleaner tanks are easy on and off. Not extremly heavy when filling or dumping .Requires the tinest amount of solution. Great suction for vacumming and sucking that nasty bacteria from carpets and upholstery. .Great attachment to clean upholstery ..It worked great in my truck. My carpet and seats looked brand new! My carpets dried pretty quick and was not soaking wet when done.Also the cover to.the bristles comes right off. I was thrilled to learn this. This is great so your not lugging bacteria from one room to another..It was easy to push and go under tables .It moved so good around corners.. I want to say this. My husband works in construction. His pants and jackets get so filthy.I was so impressed with the results i was having i just could not resist! YES!! I did. I steam cleaned his jeans! OMG! I could not bealive what i was seeing. I did not record or do before n after photos...But i will update this review with pictures of how well it cleaned his jeans. .This machine is exactly what it claims to be plus more. It brought my faith in honesty back by these big companies. This is a must have for l mommy n daddys of pets.. Excellent on furniture.cleaning your car. we use this carpet shampooer to shampoo our home monthly. it seems to clean pretty well. but there also always seems to be something leaking. if its not the clean water tank, its the dirty. but we don't leave the tank dirty so I can only assume the brown puddle found later is from water that was throughout the machine since we empty the dirty tank prior to putting it away.

Have used this for at least a year - very frustrated now as it is leaking all over while I am trying to use attachments. What a mess. Now I am super disappointed. It didn't used to do this. Can't get through to support to troubleshoot so am out of luck at this point. I loved it in the beginning but if I have to buy a new one every 10 uses, I am going with different company machine.

I was really excited to use this machine because of the upholstery attachments, however, the hose has little to almost no suction. The water sprayed out well but barely had any suction power to suck the water back up. The suction power is do weak I actually thought it was broken at first. I was happy with the carpet cleaner. Had I known better I would have purchased ONLY a carpet cleaner and saved my money purchasing one that came with upholstery attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is the best cleaning machine I have ever owned, but the catch basin only fills about 1/5th full before it closes. It's like having the biggest screen TV with no volume... I would fire the engineer that designed the catch basin and give the job to the engineer that designed the base. Depressing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product to occasionally clean up spills and just general carpet cleaning. While I think it does a great job actually cleaning and pulling up stains, it leaves a ton of water in the carpet. I'm super disappointed in the suction. For 10 years I had a Hoover that pulled up a ton of water and cleaned well. This had pretty good reviews when I had to run out to buy it, but it is very disappointing and I would not purchase it again. This is just over a year old and I will probably look to buy something different very soon.

My carpet is old, worn and had several spots where I had "spot cleaned" cat messes (hair balls, food spit-up). It looked really bad. This machine did wonders when you consider what it had to work with. I'm very happy with the cleaner. Since I cleaned the whole carpet one of my cats has hocked up hairballs 3 times. Today I used the stain trapper attachment, that I ordered separately, to clean those areas and they look pretty good. The machine is kind of heavy and noisy, but I expected that. The best feature is that you can take the bottom section completely apart and clean every thing right down to the rollers.

Love this cleaner. You may have to go over your floor a few times if your floor is as bad as ours or do it a couple times a month for a few months but this does it the job done! Don't be afraid to take your time, the dirt didn't happen over night so don't expect the carpet to be like new the very first time.

After using Rug Doctor for 15ish years, the plastic piece on the front that everyone rams into walls, broke. (This was my machine that's just over a year old) No big deal, I called them to order a replacement.. Low and behold, you have to replace the whole machine they said. Well, I did my research for a whole new machine and ended up with this one! Bissell really thought of everything when they designed this one. It is light weight, the placement of every button, tool, tanks, etc is perfect. I'm very OCD if you couldn't tell already so I was rejoicing and I haven't even turned it on yet if that tells you anything... Anyways, I turned it on finally and the shear power was amazing. It made cleaning up after my 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a high energy 8 year old boy, look like a walk in the park! The best thing is, is I can replace the front plastic piece when I surely ram it into a wall as well! I am now a Bissell customer for life!
