[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this machine and set up are so user friendly. The machine is very large so you don't have to keep stopping to refill it. It comes with this little tool that makes clean up 100 times better. The accessories come in an adorable little mesh bag.

We bought the Bissell Pro Heat Pet unit and it never worked properly. We purchased a Service Plan with the unit but could never use the plan since the unit is only 4 months old. After using the troubleshooting videos to help with our problem (the machine would not dispense water then would not dispense soap), we called Bissell to only get referred to a Service Center that is clear across town, the first couple of Service Centers phones were disconnected. We are very disappointed in this carpet cleaner and will probably get rid of the machine and purchase another brand with a higher quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my pet pro as my kid was being potty trained and we got him his first pet. I was reluctant on spending the money but thank goodness I did. It has seen our carpet through pet messes and kid messes. It was such a good investment

Rollers stripped almost immediately on first use. Call Bissell. Had parts shipped out. Lasted about 1 more cleaning. Put in shop & waited 3 months for parts to arrive that never came in. Picked up shampooer. It sits in a closet waiting for parts that will never arrive. Waste of money and hours of my time trying to get it repaired. Not even good for a paperweight. I want my money back so I can go purchase a quality product that actually works and will hold up under normal household use.

Well, the on / off button works and unfortunately that's about it. Nothing sprays out of cleaner which is probably a good thing since every time I pull back on machine it literally pulls apart. Have tried everything but duct tape to hold it together (won't be going there). I move machine forward, spray button doesn't release cleaner, pull back on machine and am left holding the handle w/ tank attached in my hand. Rest of machine hasn't moved. Thought this would be a great machine. So mad at myself for having gotten rid of old machine.

I have to say that his machine is the best. I had a stain in my carpet that has been the hardest thing to clean, but this machine completely made the process of removing the stain effortless and easy to do. In addition, I am a person who never uses the attachment of my vacuums, but I decided to try with this cleaner to remove pet hair from my sofa, and it works great. I have tried multiple ways of removing the cat fur before- sticky sheets, gloves etc, but I totally saw the machine remove lots of fur, easily and without much effort.

Most amazing carpet cleaner I've ever owned. I received this as a green sample from PINCHme. I have a home full of boys, dogs and friends- we have carpet on the bedrooms, some with stains from long ago. This vacuum came along and cleaned up everything- the house looks and smells professionally cleaned! Thanks Bissell!

Having a pet inside the house was a problem until we purchased the ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner | 1986. Now when the cat has an "accident" we can eliminate the smell/problem quickly. The carpet in our house is over 30 years old and our Bissell makes it look like new. Love this machine; wish we had purchased it earlier!

I bought this because a friend had in use while I was visiting. We'd had a guest dog that left lots of stains behind. It got every si gel stain out. My only complaint is the belt broke on first use and it has taken two weeks to get a new one. I never had to replace a belt on any other carpet cleaner.

I had my Pet Pro for almost a year and was afraid to use it. I was very foolish because it couldn't have been easier. We have a dog and likes to lay on the carpet (of course). He left some oily spots on the carpet and thought I would never get them out. Well today I decided to bite the bullet and try my carpet cleaner. My carpet looks like a pro did it and looks great. I would urge anyone considering this carpet cleaner to not hesitate.
