[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great improvement to my older Bissel carpet cleaner. The other one I owned lasted over 10 years but was very bulky and I did not use it as much. I recently purchased this one and I am happy with the ease of cleaning it after use, the lightweight and mostly how powerful it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] See comments above, I will try to use the Carpet Cleaner in a more efficient manner next time. I also look forward to purchasing the "matching" vacuum cleaner and even possibly the Pet Crosswave Cleaner as we move frequently for my job and sometimes are dealing with wall to wall carpet and other time have hard surface floors with area rugs. Regardless of the flooring we always want to leave the places we stay at as free and clean of any signs a cat was there, as possible and so far your products are the only ones that give us that level of clean.

I used this product to clean the carpet in my living room. I had SO many pet urine stains that I thought I would have to replace the carpet. This product cleaned BEAUTIFULLY!! I did use pretreat on some of the worst stains. The only things i didn't like were that it is heavy and the dirty water receptacle doesn't hold much water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a pretty comparable job to rug docktors-but less costly to operate as well as easier to physically maneuver.

As of now have only used it once. But will be using it to keep up the cleaning and maintenance of my carpet. It is lightweight and more powerful than my old Bissell carpet shampooer. One thing I do really like is the EZ Clean. Since, on the 1964 you can remove the Brush shield it is so much easier to completely clean the whole machine. (A time saver).

I have 3 small dogs and someone throws up or has muddy feet at least once a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had dogs all my life. This is my third Bissell carpet system and it is awesome. Love that it is easy to use and to clean.

The cleaner that I used to own was so hard to clean. This one is a breeze

I am aging and not strong. I need products that do as they promise. Yours did not!
