[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have returned this carpet cleaner after the first clean but I was lazy. The dirty water tank fills up before the cleaning water tank is empty. This means you need to stop mid clean, twice if the clean tank is full to empty the dirty tank. To make matters worse any clean water still in the line now gravity feeds doen when you go to empty the dirty tank wasting water and soap. It is a huge design flaw.

I used to have a Hoover and it always left behind clumps of dirt/dust clots when I would use it. The Bissell does not. It cleans very well. I have three children and very old carpets, so I can't say that it got all of the set in stains out, but I can say that I am happy with the results I got. They look 10x better. They are softer and feel so much cleaner to walk on. I didn't expect perfect results because some stains are near impossible to get out...i.e. reds...but it got out so much more than I expected. It is so easy to change out when it's time to empty the tank and refill. It's also very easy to clean. The hose attachment is easy to use as well. I love the spot shot feature. It helps get into those set in stains. To me it was worth the purchase over hiring a carpet cleaner for the same price. Because I most likely would have gotten the same results for the same price. I highly recommend this Bissell even if you don't have pets. It cleans great.

We received the BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro from Pinchme in exchange for our honest opinion. First off, I love how this is so easy to use, because it's obviously well-made but not heavy and cumbersome! It cleans both cat and dog messes with ease and gives you a "confident clean." In fact, the prior owner of our home had wall to wall carpeting which had unfortunately absorbed some pet odors. (For some reason the odor was worse on rainy days!) We always meant to have the carpeting replaced, but after using the Pet Pro on it, it doesn't seem necessary anymore. Thank you Bissell!

I have had this for 4 years but have only used it a doyen times and when I pull the trigger to release cleaner fluid it continues to release the fluid even after I release the trigger. I have to remive the bin from the machine to stop it from releasing the cleaner fluid. One day when I stopped the machine to dump the dirty water I came back to find that the fluid had ran out of the cleaner bin and soaked my carpet. Even if I would have used this more than a doyen time itvdoesnt seem that it would be not working after 4 years of use. Until that time I had no complaints about the machine. Very disappointed that it is not working anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially did not like the small fresh water tank, as it has to be refilled often. As I was refilling often with hot water that was not over temperature recommended by company somehow my fresh tank became slightly deformed where it slide onto machine. Now I cannot use my machine because I will need a new fresh water tank. This should be a simple fix, hoping not long and I can shampoo my carpets once again. The pros- the machine is light weight and has a nice carrying handle.

Absolutely love the pet cleaner. I received it as a free item from Pinch Me. So happy they picked me to sample it. By far the best I tried thus far. Deeply cleaned my carpets and furniture. Easy to clean afterwards. I love all the different attachments. They all help get the job done. The only con I have is how heavy it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brushes work great and it dumps a lot of water, the problem is that the suction does not work well at all and it will not suck up most of the water. It makes the room worse than before since it then allows any odors like pet urine to soak diaper in the carpeting therefore making it harder to get out. I would not buy this cleaner again and now I have a new cleaner sitting around and am still using the old one I bought it to replace to do the cleaning and a 10 year old one that barely works does a better job.

I needed to clean my fathers carpets since he has several cats. Researched thoroughly before buying which would handle the job best. I was skeptic, but much to my surprising this machine went above and beyond, cleaning spots that I would have never imaged to be removable. I would recommend this product for Pet and non-pet owners. I am just unbelievable impressed with this product.

Purchased this on 3/1/18, received about 7 days later. Did my first cleaning the next day. It cleans well and easy to use. The problem I have is that the belt broke less than 3 weeks of owning this machine. The belt can not be found any where locally and can only be ordered online. I know have to wait until I receive the replacement belts (bought more than one) arrive to finish the room I was doing today. This makes me really really really frustrated.

I have used this 2 times. The second time was last week. It will not suck up the water. I cannot see anything blocking it. I cannot take it apart!!! I bought it two years ago. I cannot find my receipt. I want to smash it on the driveway. SO annoyed. My Hoover worked for many many years.
