This was a really good machine I've had some deep stains and didn't wanna call a carpet cleaner company so I decided to buy this this was super easy to put together and Super easy to operate it has a pool and push where the Water goes and cleans either way. It Has a button you can push that directs on any stain you could find it on and off. And it has a suction hose and head That is very good it was able to get off the top stains in a couple of deep stains but other stains it could not get out I've added a picture of D for dirty and C for clean I good Before & After on my carpet Looks A little warning though it does leave your carpet damp so wear shoes. It has pretty well N it always leaves my carpet smelling great.

First, let me start off by saying I still have my 25-year-old Bissell Big Green Machine. That says a lot about the quality of Bissell products. When I received my Bissell revolution Pet Pro I was a little scared. I thought it would be difficult to assemble, but it wasn't so bad. The instructions were very simple to follow. Upon using the Bissell Revolution for the first time I was happy with the ease-of-use and the way it got rid of "old" stains on my carpets. I did pre-treat some areas first. The majority of the spots and stains came out. After shampooing the carpet, I noticed that it remained only mildly damp. Which is good. While cleaning carpets is my main use I loved using the handheld attachments on my upholstered furniture. After cleaning one side of my couch, I couldn't believe the amount of cat hair that was removed. It was definitely noticeable. The unit was very easy to fill, maneuver, and empty. Cleaning the unit however, was a little more time-consuming. But I guess if you want to keep your unit working properly, it must be done. I've read in the manual that there is an optional hard floor attachment which can be purchased separately. I intend on purchasing this piece to also use on my hardwood floors. I am confident it will work just as well as it did on my carpets. I love that the unit can be used both on carpets and floors. This is very convenient for me. I am very glad I stayed with Bissell to upgrade my 25-year-old big green machine.

I love this carpet machine better than my rug doctor so easy and light I forgot for a moment I was washing my carpet and used it like I was vacuuming the only thing I didn't like the dirty tank fills up with a small amount of water I would have liked if it was a little bigger

Heats water great, leaves the carpet looking like new, after the carpet dries looks the same and stains are still there! Pulls way too many fibers out of the carpet, at least it is easy to clean! Powerful suction to pull the water up from the carpet! Overall mostly hype in their advertising, really wish it was a better product.

I have 2 new Puppies, and during puppy potty training time we have lots of accidents. Especially with 2 puppies!!! So this was well needed and 100% approved. Now we have still have some, but not as many I would still give it 100% with 2 thumbs or 2 puppies paws up!!!

I am so glad I finally purchased this cleaner. As quick and easy to clean my carpeting as vacuuming. I'm very impressed! I have off white carpeting, and a very old cat with a tricky digestive system. We've only lived in the house a year, yet the white spots on my carpet from spot cleaning were everywhere. I cleaned the living room in the morning and it was clean, dry and spot free in the early afternoon. Very pleasant scent from the cleaner, and the carpet looks and feels great. Cleaned the rest of the carpeting the next morning. My new favorite tool!

Love the ease of this machine! I had only been fostering dogs for 12 to 16 months when my older Hoover dual tank lightweight shampooing (wet vac) beast finally bellied up and gave out! in a bind and low on funds, a Friend was moving said she had one I could have, that she had only used it a couple of times and gave me my 1st Bissell in December 2019. It was practically unused, shiny and looked new, an earlier model of the Pro Heat that compared to my Hoover was cumbersome and hard to break down for cleaning (took me almost 5 hours to disassemble, clean and reassemble) then after only 4 uses bellied up and gave out? Providing foster care can be challenging, learning about your new "temporary family members" good, bad or indifferent habits, traits, food tolerances, allergies health issues etc. etc. isn't always pleasant and can more times than not be downright disgusting! a good affordable carpet shampooer that's easy to use and easy to clean (x-tra bonus! not having the soiled contents in the same compartment as cleaning solution that usually ends up on your hands/clothes) is priceless!! THANK YOU for the convenience and ease in this back to the basics no mus no fuss "Carpet/Deep Cleaning Machine" 2 's up!

We four dogs, 3 of which are house broken. Our oldest dog (17yrs) was coming close to passing away. Among the obvious problems, he began losing his bowels. This was happening while the puppy was still being house broken. It became quite a mess. We decided it was time to get a new steam cleaner. We got this green miracle and have loved it ever since. It is strong, great suction, excellent cleaning, and very quite for a steam cleaner. It was the best purchase we made, cleans great both the top of the carpet and whats underneath. I recommend this to anyone looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this cleaner as I has used a competitors' for years and decided to make a change when it aged out after 12 years. I liked all of the features on this model and didn't see any downside. I purchased this cleaner 01.03.22, and have attempted to use it on four occasions. Each time even more disappointing than the previous. It takes me months to get the patience to try again. It does not suck the water into the dirty water tank in spite of feeling the suction coming from the red filter the tank rests on. Yes, the float stack moves freely. I have tried every trick mentioned by Bissell and Youtubers that I can find and this unit still does not suck dirty water into the tank. The dirty water just goes back into my carpet. This was a costly endeavor and I could not be more dissatisfied. I am sorry to have to give this model a bad review but this unit does not function as described.

Love this cleaner. You may have to go over your floor a few times if your floor is as bad as ours or do it a couple times a month for a few months but this does it the job done! Don't be afraid to take your time, the dirt didn't happen over night so don't expect the carpet to be like new the very first time.
