My dog got sick and started having accidents in house. Tired of renting cleaners that are so heavy to use, costly and don't clean that well. Looked at reviews and decided on this Bissell. Finally a machine that was designed by someone that actually uses it! I like adding detergent into the water. Then I can decide how much and what to use. For the bad stains, I recommend using Bissell pet pro oxy stain destroyer, before cleaning. This stuff is amazing. It has a little scrub brush on the bottle. However I put the liquid in a spray bottle and sprayed the stain and then brushed it. Pretty much removes it. Then the carpet cleaner cleans all the dirt and other spots. I would let the brushes stay on the spots a few seconds longer. A 20 year old carpet looks almost new. I had to stop and clean the dog hair out about every 5 minutes but it's so easy to clean it that I didn't mind. It was starting to overheat after an hour but I had finished the room and needed a break anyway. I used the max setting and it took about 6 hours to dry most of the carpet. I don't think I cussed once!

Purchased this on 3/1/18, received about 7 days later. Did my first cleaning the next day. It cleans well and easy to use. The problem I have is that the belt broke less than 3 weeks of owning this machine. The belt can not be found any where locally and can only be ordered online. I know have to wait until I receive the replacement belts (bought more than one) arrive to finish the room I was doing today. This makes me really really really frustrated.

Had a Bissell before that did a good job but every time we used it we had to have it serviced to unclog the water dispenser so I was leery of buying another one. After reading reviews we decided to take a chance. and we are so glad we did. We bought a ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro a year ago and used it to clean carpets and rugs. It did such a good job we decided to test it by using it to clean an old carpet in the garage. Now the garage carpet doesn't need replacing. A few months later we decided to clean furniture as we live in the desert and dust settles on furniture all the time. The Revolution Pro Pet did a terrific job. Pieces that didn't look dirty became clean. We are very happy with this machine. Fast forward to carpet cleaning this year and "Oh no!" our wonderful carpet cleaner leaks. We call Bissell Customer Care and explain our problem. They are very nice and walk us through a couple of problem solvers that did not work and decided to send us a new Revolution Pet Pro. They honored their 5 year warranty with no hassles and we have happily finished cleaning our carpet, rugs, and furniture for this year. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro is the best carpet cleaner we have ever owned. It has cleaned every thing we have asked it to.

I received this product as a sample from Bissell and it was great. I have pets, and with pets come messes. From inadvertent messes caused by my pets or accidents my pets have, I've needed a cleaner that can take on these types of stains so that you'd never know they were there. This product does that. It was incredibly easy to set up and preparing it for a cleaning session was easy too with the clear lines set for the water and the cleaning solution. As a part of the sample, I received the Pet Stain and Odor + Antibacterial as well as the Professional Pet Urine Eliminator + Oxy. After trying each of these two cleaning solutions out, I was very impressed. My carpet in the hallway, which was a mess and had stains for as far back as I can remember, came up cleaner that I can ever remember it being and the odor that came along with those stains is now gone. As for after I cleaned the areas, removing and disposing of the dirty water was a breeze and cleaning any pet hair that gets stuck in the machine is just as easy because of how simply the pieces come apart and because of the nifty tool that comes with the product to clean out anything that gets stuck. Based on my experience with this product, I give it five stars for the incredible cleaning performance, simplicity of use, and ease of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used a lot of upright clearners over the years. Hands down this is the best one I have ever purchased. My carpet has been cleaned regular and the double brushes really deeps clean. The dirty water was a testament to we needed a new upright. Wish I bought it a year ago. We got a new puppy and I feel my house will be clean now. The carpet look new again. I even bought the rechargable hand held pet one. Cant wait to see how well that works

Bought this machine directly from BISSELL. Arrived in 1 box about 1 week later. Had to put it together which took about 2.5 minutes and was dumb easy. Watched all the videos to mix the soaps/chemicals and care for machine. I did 2 rooms and stairs. This machine works great! It operates so easy that I will be cleaning my rugs on a regular basis. No renting the rug doctor and killing myself to get as much done in a 24 hour period before returning the machine. I also got the stair tool. Wow, it works great. Don't fool yourself stains/spots take time to work them out but the machine is comfortable to use and with a twist of the tip the stair tool gets in the cracks and round curves at the front of each step. My clean up was easy and is ready for the next job. This machine is going to be very easy for the occasional pet accidents too. The only thing I could possibly think of to improve this system is on the stair tool. Make it a little stiffer to rotate to each setting. I love this machine and was a great purchase.

The Bissell ProHeat Pet Pro is a great cleaner! It's easy to put together, the instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. It's easy to fill and empty while using Does a great job! I would highly recommend this product over all Bissell carpet cleaners. Love it!

I just found out that my 10 year old cat is diabetic. Being diabetic if her glucose is high she gets UTI's and pees all over the place. This cleaner is a blessing. Not only does it clean up her pre but it makes the carpet smell good. Not only do I have to worry about pee I have to worry about her puke sometimes and this cleans the carpet so nice you don't even notice where she went. I love how easy it is to use and fast. The best part about this cleaner is how easy it is to clean the machine so it will stay clean an last long. Good job Bissell in making this product! I would recommend this to anyone. I clean carpets for a living and have never experienced a clean like this before in one shot and in half the time. This machine is very easy to use, is light weight and doesn't leave the carpet soaking wet like most machines. I love the pretreater feature especially because I have 5 active kids and a puppy. I also love that there are adjustable cleaning modes, one is for a deep clean and the other is express clean. Drying time for both modes are very quick and even quicker if you use a fan while you're working. I recommend to anyone with carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is NOT user friendly. Not sure if mine just has a defect or what because it I'm really surprised of all the other positive reviews. It has so many problems, you can barely get started. First off, when vacuuming the dirty water never even goes into the dirty water container. That will be completely dry once I am done. So who knows where that water goes. Every time I pull the vacuum back to supposibly suck up the wet water tons of hair clots get stuck and you have to manually pull them out often. Then once you finish, it's hard to get onto the vacuum to really clean it all. Today, I was trying to use the spot tool and the spot where you connect the tool to the vacuum wouldn't connect completely. So when I pulled the tool off to try again, water came spraying out of the spot and I couldn't get it to stop so it got puddles of water all over my hardwood floor. It's currently sitting in my driveway waiting for garbage to pick it up. So im looking for all recommendations on new different vacuum cleaners.
