The machine works nice except it doesn't pick up the deep water in your carpet where your trying to get the dirt out. Cleans the top great but when my puppy pees I don't just want the top of my carpet to look clean I want the pee water deep in the carpet to get sucked up and the smell to go away. How I know it isn't doing that? I lift the machine up and push the suction part into my carpet and all this water comes out.. hurts my back to do but if you were just to closely role it over the spot it only picks up so much so I have to do this to get the rest ... it's almost like the nose sould have been designed to go closed to the carpet bc then it would work. Or maybe like the Bisile vacuum I have they could have added the setting to have it closer or further from the carpet. Lastly I hate you can't turn off the brushes and just suck up the water or when you have it in its upright mode to take a break the brush is still on... really disappointed considering this cost so much money and my sister has a old school bisel that worked better and was less expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst carpet cleaner EVER! Soap/water dispenser pots out as fast as it is filled, collection container won't stay connected and rollers don't roll. I always bought Hoover and was MEVER disappointed! I only bought it because of all the good things I heard and that it helped the animals! I have only used it twice and I now have to go buy another one. Too expensive to break so easily. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I did some research and decided to replace the old upright this model - it cleans really well and sucks up a lot of the solution from the carpet. It is kind of heavy, but did a beautiful job. Second reason I went for this model; I needed something much easier to clean. This is way easier to clean than my old one. The nozzle comes off in one piece for cleaning. Also the nozzle clean out tool is easier to use with this nozzle - I don't have to keep repositioning the clean out tool and I can reach further to pull out debris. The package I bought has the Rinse and Storage tray. What a treat to just turn on the machine to rinse the brushes. And I had gotten a Hydro Rinse hose cleaning tool before. I attached a hose to the accessory hose door attached the Hydro Rinse accessory to the hose and let the machine clean out the rest of itself. Very little effort and time to clean the carpet cleaner. So, in addition to recommending this ProHeat 2X Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, I recommend the Rinse and Storage tray and the Hydro Rinse to make life easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially did not like the small fresh water tank, as it has to be refilled often. As I was refilling often with hot water that was not over temperature recommended by company somehow my fresh tank became slightly deformed where it slide onto machine. Now I cannot use my machine because I will need a new fresh water tank. This should be a simple fix, hoping not long and I can shampoo my carpets once again. The pros- the machine is light weight and has a nice carrying handle.

The ProHeat2x Carpet Cleaner was easy to assemble. It works good on both carpet and floors, I really like the sprayer that you use for spot clean up it really work good for tuff spots. I received this model to test through PINCHme. When i received it, it was so easy to put together! I had to use it right away! I cleaned my living room carpet and it didn't drench the rug. It dried quickly which i loved. I liked how easy it was to put on the clean water tank and how easy it was to empty the dirty water tank. I worked well on cleaning up cat puke stains. It also cleaned up an old sofa stain in my husbands car! Another thing i liked about this machine was how easy it was to detach and clean the roller brushes. I had an old machine and never could clean it properly. I would recommend this machine!

I have always used a professional carpet cleaner when i was getting a rental property ready to rent. Since I was never really that satisfied with the results, I decided to invest in my own carpet cleaner and it was well worth the investment. I've cleaned two bedrooms so far and they look amazing. The real test will come when I clean the main living room which was the dirtiest but I am expecting good results I'll report back if I have problems.. I especially like the instructional videos that I can access online!

I received this cleaner to test from Pinchme. I have two dogs that shed and unfortunately have accidents on my carpets. I was looking for something that pulled up older stains which this cleaner does. I expected to see more dirty water in the reserve but the water that was in the reserve was filthy. The machine was easy to take apart clean and put back together compared to my three other cleaners that I've owned so I was thrilled with that feature. Filling it and getting it all set up was also a breeze. I would recommend this carpet cleaner to my fellow fuzzball owners.

Worked very well on the area rugs. No good for furniture because rollers do not turn off. Followed directions for cleaning furniture - didn't leave in one place too long, etc. Rollers still overheated, lost their bristles, needed new belts. Cost me $57 to repair a brand new machine.

Great product I got to try from pinched.com. I had tuff pet stains and the attachments and cleaner got it right out. The carpet looked great, dryed quickly, and no more stains. Was easy to use with the manual. I would highly recommend it. Worth every penny.
