Have used this for at least a year - very frustrated now as it is leaking all over while I am trying to use attachments. What a mess. Now I am super disappointed. It didn't used to do this. Can't get through to support to troubleshoot so am out of luck at this point. I loved it in the beginning but if I have to buy a new one every 10 uses, I am going with different company machine.

BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner is super easy to use and is great for cleaning messes. The CleanShot Pretreater targets and attacks spots and stains. I really enjoyed the vacuum in dry mode and remove spots and stains in wet modes. BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner is light so it makes cleaning even easier. BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner a BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. This allows for a quick and easy clean up. I love my BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner.

It stopped working correctly after using it three times. It does not consistently work so you don't know if it will work. Periodically it won't suck up any water. . Very disappointed. I've to had use two machine. The new one to release the water and solution and my old one that stopped dispensing water after many years of use but I currently use to soak up the dirt and water after using my new one. This is way too much work but with dogs we all know the carpets or rugs need to be cleaned from time to time.

Well, if you live in your home... you need this. Life happens weather or not you have children or pets. This is a must have. You don't realize how many times you will use it until you have it. I have 2 children and 2 pets. I have used this from drink spills, food spills and pet stains. This works amazing and is light weight. I love that it leaves the carpet clean and it is not soaking wet. This has been a huge life saver even to my throw rug and my couch!! It is amazing how far home cleaners have come. A few minute clean up can save hundreds in new carpet, couches or having a perfecional come to your house.

I purchased this to replace a larger heavier cleaner. I liked this model as it is lightweight and can easily be cleaned. I used it yesterday for the first time and I did like the results. Yes, you do need to refill the clean water tank often however I knew this when I purchased the item. I did a deep clean for the first use and it did a great job! I should have done a couple extra passes to pull water out as the carpet was still damp this morning but I had some fans running during the day. The machine was easy to fill and empty and I loved that I could cleaner the brush area. I will use this more often as it is so easy to operate.

This vacuum completely removed years of set in pet and dirt stains from my carpet. It is super easy to use and to clean. It did such a great job on the main carpet that I can't wait to use it on the furniture and car. I am also going to order the bare floor tool when it's back in stock. Thank you Bissell!

We bought this to clean the carpet after we had multiple visitors for a couple of weeks. It was priced right and all I can say about the way it cleaned our carpet is WOW! It did a great job and the carpets looked like they did when we bought the house two years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine made my carpets look new. I thought it was clean from the professional cleaning machine we rented, then we bought this one, and it made the rental look like a joke. When this one dies, I'll buy another one just like it. I'm very impressed with this machine.

I was really excited to use this machine because of the upholstery attachments, however, the hose has little to almost no suction. The water sprayed out well but barely had any suction power to suck the water back up. The suction power is do weak I actually thought it was broken at first. I was happy with the carpet cleaner. Had I known better I would have purchased ONLY a carpet cleaner and saved my money purchasing one that came with upholstery attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my last Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner about 10 years. This one doesn't seem as sturdy as the last but it is so much easier to get the pet hair out of the nooks and crannies of the machine. The cleaner t.tray and plastic tool to dig our pet hair are great. So far it is cleaning as well as the last and is easier to operate..
