I received a free Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner from PINCHme. I thought that this was a fantastic product. I have a small dog and not everything agrees with his stomach so was looking for a product that was powerful enough to save my carpet from his accidents. It did this with ease. Not only powerful enough to clean up but there were no smudges or stains left on the carpet itself. In addition it was very easy to assemble, easy to use, and I appreciated the attachments which let me be able to get under my bed in some hard to reach places. I would definitely recommend the ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for those who love pets and still want nice carpets without having to worry.

I got this carpet cleaner to try out and I love it! I have a dog, cat, toddler and husband. All 4 of them make messes often. I love how easy it is to assemble and get right to cleaning. My husband spilt a whole glass of chocolate milk all over our cream colored carpet. I grabbed the machine and cleaned it right up! No stains! It definitely helps with vomit and urine as well! (Gotta love potty training)

I was amazed by how deep it was able to clean my carpets , any pet owner who knows that frustration when you come home to an accident that leaves a tough stain will be extremely satisfied after using this because stains I thought would never come out did !

I have always used a professional carpet cleaner when i was getting a rental property ready to rent. Since I was never really that satisfied with the results, I decided to invest in my own carpet cleaner and it was well worth the investment. I've cleaned two bedrooms so far and they look amazing. The real test will come when I clean the main living room which was the dirtiest but I am expecting good results I'll report back if I have problems.. I especially like the instructional videos that I can access online!

I used this product on my carpets. We hasn't really deep cleaned them in about a year. To look at the carpet after we used the ProHeat you would think our carpets were new again. We have had 1 dog and 2 cats and they like to make a mess at times. You would never know it now.. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Very Lightweight too.

I've owned 2 of the previous version Bissell Proheat 2x 12amp carpet cleaners for more than 10 years and was pleased them until the eventually broke or began not to function properly. Sure some things about the design could be improved like clumsy watertank whose lid was part of the vacuum system, but it worked and made it easy to control the cleaning. The user had control of how much water was put down and the detergent concentration. The user could easily adjust the amount of flow for a dirty spot without stopping or taking a hand off the machine. The water heater actually heated the water enough to see steam, and you could easily switch to the upholstery attachments without even turning off the machine. When it was finally time for a new machine we bought the latest model expecting improvements but unfortunately Bissell put the efforts into improving the wrong things and regressed on features that made the original unit desirable. Of course the new one has nice aesthetics even if the handle looks flimsy, they separated the clean water tank from the dirty water and gave it a screw on cap for filling instead of having to remove the whole top of the tank like on the old one. It is lighter and easier to maneuver than the old model all of which is nice, but the goodness ends there. The cleanshot feature is a hard to use joke. It's a squirt gun that shoots a stream (not a nice spray) on the far right side not even in the middle. It is not activated with a hand control like you might expect but by a very inconveniently placed foot button that looks and operates like it came off a Fisher Price vacuum. There is no separate detergent dispenser the cleaner must be poured in with the water which means that if you only want to fill it part way for a spot cleaning you have to guess on how much detergent to add. This leads to the next two product issues. First there is no longer a rinse setting and you can't vary the soap amount while still putting down enough water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It picks up and removes stains and smells very well with the Bissell products for pet. It freshens and renews the carpet and rugs very well. But it failed to function this morning when I needed it. I use it about once a quarter or so. I have had it for about 2 years. I clean the canisters and check the filter after each use to ensure they are fresh and ready to use when the need arises so I am confident it is not due to build up of lint....which it really picks up the stuff your vacuum didn't get.

I have a brand new carpet and two puppies ,normally that would mean disaster , not with Bissell ProHeat 2x Revolution pro pet Carpet cleaner. I had 5 spots on my new carpet i pulled out the Carpet Cleaner and my carpet looks like the puppies never had and accident. Best part there is no urine smell . my house smells great and looks great . would recommend to everyone who has pets.

I am beyond happy with this product!! I have 3 long haired cats, 1 Great Pyrenees, and 2 Flemish giant rabbits. Needless to say they create a ton of mess! The dog brings in tons of dirt/mud every time he comes inside. He has so much fur on his feet that cleaning them with a towel does not help nearly enough. He also gets stinky between groomings, Then there's the rabbits that will sometimes have accidents out side their litter boxes. Yuck! And lets not forget the cats with their occasional hairballs. Anyway, point being this machine takes care of all of these issues! It is so super easy to use and light enough for me to carry from floor to floor. The tanks are beyond easy to fill and clean. I used to have my husband carry and set up my other machine because I could never tell how to take apart and put back the tanks and attachments. So now I can clean my carpets whenever I need to without his help. I also love that it has the 2 modes, so when I am in a rush and need quick drying, I have that option! I have used this on area rugs, plush wall to wall carpets, as well as Berber carpet. Worked well on all 3. I received a trial for this from PinchMe in exchange for my honest opinions.
