Amazing machine! I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats that all love to make a mess... from spills to pet accidents. Bissell pro heat 2x revolution pet pro is a must have. My rugs and couch have never looked so clean. I didn't know how dirty my rugs were until I saw how much dirt came out. It is very easy to use. A big plus is how easy it is to clean after use. Was very pleased with the results of this carpet cleaner. We have high amount of traffic through our living room and have be thinking of replacing the carpet with hardwood flooring. However after cleaning the carpet it now looks much better than before.

We have had dog stains for a while now, 6 or more months, with the intention of getting a Bissell, but not the funds. We got this as a gift, and used it the very next day. It got all the stains out! And was super easy to use! My St. Bernard loves to play outside, so I think I'll be using the carpet cleaner a lot. Super easy to use and clean, so bring it, dog. (Don't tell her I said that)

I know the Crosswave was not designed to be a wet vac but when my sink over ran today and I did not realize the water was on - i had 3 rooms 3 inches deep in water before I realized (I had passed out due to low sugar levels for a few min) Okay now - the shop vac was making a bigger mess I was so stressed. I grabbed my bissell crosswave pet pro and started on the water on the floors IT CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE MESS IN ALL 3 ROOMS IN something like 40 min I was ESTATIC I will never be without one of these GREAT product

I used this product on my carpets. We hasn't really deep cleaned them in about a year. To look at the carpet after we used the ProHeat you would think our carpets were new again. We have had 1 dog and 2 cats and they like to make a mess at times. You would never know it now.. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Very Lightweight too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box cannot install the screw into the machine. The hole for the screw wasn't even made could look in there with a flashlight. Really don't want to have to return the whole thing and tear it all apart just for simple whole missing.

Our brand new machine leaked by the seams of the clean water tank. As well, it created more stains on the carpets because the dirty water leaked back onto the carpet. The plastic seemed very cheap. Used once because it made a mess of our carpets. We returned it.

It is very difficult to remove the brushes to clean them. You have to unscrew a cover, remove a belt, them remove brushes. It must be short-hair dog proven by people who do not have the worry about long hu.an and dog hair wrapping around the brush rollers.

I purchased this carpet cleaner about 2 years ago based on the Bissell name and after reading the great online product reviews. I was wowed by its performance! However, after about 45 minutes of use in our carpeted hallway, my unit started spewing suds and refused to suck up water. I tried every troubleshooting maneuver in the book and online before calling Customer Service for help. I was informed that my unit was within the 3-year warranty window, and, since I live in a very rural area and was nearly 60 miles from an authorized service center, I would be sent a new unit. In the meantime, I had a dirty, soapy, wet carpet to contend with (read: a mop, buckets of water, lots of towels, a Shop Vac, Tylenol, and some very salty language). Two weeks later, I received my replacement unit via Bissell's "expedited" service. Today I unpacked my shiny new Bissell and put it to work. Again, I was blown away by its stellar performance... until halfway through my living room cleaning project, when my brand new wonder machine lost its ability to suction. I'm awaiting a call from Customer Service re. their "expedited process" for another replacement. I am beyond disappointed at having a second unit failure. I want to believe this is simply a design flaw in an otherwise great product. I'm hoping to one day write a positive review of the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution. Today, I'm just not feeling it. Time to go fire up the Shop Vac and clean up another mess. Sigh.

The double brush roll does a very good job of getting dirt out. Suction is very good. The carpet looks good as new after cleaning. Easy to add clean water and empty dirty water. Very easy to take apart after use and clean the parts until next use. Nothing cleans as well as a Bissell, best on the market
