Stopped spraying water the same day I bought it. I also dislike that it doesn't suck up the lint that the rollers remove from the carpet. It just balls up and then will randomly drop them on the carpet. It's really annoying and it's more work as you need to pick them up yourself. Another issue I had was that it seemed to spray dirty water. Prior to it not working anymore. When I would release water it would spray dark water which I didn't like and would take a while to remove, especially on a light color carpet. I just hope that returning it at the store isn't a hassle.

I received the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner as a free product trial from Pinch Me. I cleaned my kid's carpet using this cleaner. The carpets came out looking great! The scent is fresh and clean smelling. The tank held enough water to clean the smaller of the 2 rooms but the larger room took 2 1/2 tanks of water.

I bought this for 2 things.. 1. Clean my furniture. 2. Clean my floors. So I Used it on my chair first to see if it will take the water stains out -it sure did (Express clean) Then i used it on my carpet my dog who is 13 had bladder problems and you can start to see where i cleaned and smelled like urine. So i tried using the deep clean on my floors. Works well and carpet definitely looks cleaner. Mind you i lived in the house for a year and i don't know when the last time or ever it was shampooed. The amount of dirt that came up was unbelievable. I also bought the warranty plan as well.

Bought this thing a year ago. First time i used it, i only needed the hose. Hose wouldnt work. The company graciously sent me a new one. Second time i used it, i only had to suck up spilled water on the rug, so naturally it worked fine. TODAY is the day i am no longer a bissell customer! Go to clean a seat on my car, the hose wont spray! Then go to shampoo a bedroom, mind you this is the first time putting formula in this machine!!!! Using the formula that CAME WITH THE MACHINE, took forever for it to get sucked up, it spread the formula all over the floor leaving big cleaner streaks and the dirty water basin fills up before even half the cleaner water was gone! Thoroughly disghusted with bissell and of course when i for real use the dang machine the warranty is up so i cant even return it to get one worth the money i spent on this piece of junk!!!!!

I was very disappointed that the beater bar will continue to run when using the hose part. I have never seen this on any other steam cleaner, even other Bissell products. Also the hose attachment was very cheaply made. At the price of this product, I sure expected a lot more.

Had 2 top of the line Hoover for years, I saw Bissell on Bemyguestwithdenise on youtube and got one and I LOVE IT! She had a lesser model than this and I was so amazed that I went and got one for myself I found that it cleaned my stinky area where my dog lays all the time! It was easy to use and I am now a solid Bissell user for the years to come.

It's bulky for no reason it dumps a lot of water on the floor and the heating element seems useless. When you try to suck up the water I can go over the same spot 20 times and it's always water coming up I absolutely hate this thing

We have pur carpets cleaned every spring. This year I decided to buy our own due to an aging dog that is having accidents. This cleaner did an amazing job. It even got stains that that the professional cleaner could not get out!! True story!! I do wish it had a bigger cleaning tank but it worked just fine! It did an outstanding job on the stairs with the deep cleaning attachment!

Previously owned a heavier carpet cleaner that was difficult to move. This is a lightweight cleaner with heavyweight cleaning ability. Assembled in minutes and cleaned carpet is a short time with great results. You will have to empty and refill clean and dirty water chambers several times, but the canisters are easy to remove and replace. Very pleased with this product. Greatly superior to my former model. I even did an extra room because it was easy and quick to use.

Bought it to extract cat urine and vomit from carpet. It did just that!!! I rented a Rug Doctor a month before I bought the Bissell. The Bissell got the smell and dirt the Doctor left behind. The Rug Doctor was a bit tougher on hard spots. But the Bissell did way better on extracting smells. My house smells fresh again!!
