I highly recommend this carpet cleaner! I was a professional cleaner for a couple years and I've never used a cleaning system that works better than this. I let my neighbors barrow it and they are hooked as well, and purchased one! Very happy with my purchase and use it weekly!

Have used this cleaner twice since purchasing last month. Cleaned like a champ, leaving my carpet smelling fresh and with no pet smell. Dried fast in deep clean mode. The dirt pulled from the carpet was amazing. I have already saved by not having to pay for a professional cleaning. Not overly loud. Easy to use. My carpet looked as good as new. Can't wait to be able to clean the rest of the house. Only drawback was the directions were a little confusing especially about disassembly for cleaning machine and the cleaning products. But YouTube videos helped. Great product!

I am pretty neurotic about keeping my floors clean. We installed new carpet when we first moved in 4.5 years ago and I usually vacuum at least 2x/week. I had the machine up and running in no time- it was quite easy to assemble. First, the master bedroom. I vacuumed the entire area thoroughly. I used the express clean mode. I was disgusted at what was in the dirty water tank when I was finished! I then moved into the closet. The machine did spit out little lint clumps in some areas, but it wasn't an issue at all and could have been mitigated by vacuuming first. I took the machine apart and it was very easy to clean. I recommend doing it in a bathroom where you can rinse all of the parts in the tub and let dry. The machine itself had quite a bit of water leak out of it while it was sitting after being used, so you should put it on a beach towel or in the tub so it doesn't make a mess on you floors. I then used the deep clean mode in other rooms and had similarly disgusting results. Part of me wonders if the dye from the carpet makes the dirty water look so... dirty, but I plan to use it on white carpet soon so we will see what happens. The attachments are easy to use and quite effective. I cleaned my recliner, an ottoman, and a mattress with it. I wish the brush roller on the machine itself wouldn't roll when locked into an upright position while using the attachments, because it could potentially damage whatever floor it is on while running. I may try purchasing the bare floor attachment at a later date to see how it cleans my laminate/ vinyl floors. The solution has a nice fragrance to it, but I am concerned it may have some oils in it that make the carpet a little more matted down/ get dirty easier. I'm a purist when it comes to cleaning products and was disappointed that a true "steam cleaner" for carpet does not exist, since the heat can damage the glue that holds the carpet together. Maybe I should try rinsing the carpet more thoroughly after shampooing

I usually like Bissell products, but this one was a mixed bag for me. It sprays well, the brushes turn well, and I can see the pet hair that my vacuum has missed, but after using this machine I am left with very wet carpet. Not so wet that it's spongy, but it takes 2 days for the carpet to dry. Also, it seems that the cleaner leaves behind an odor. Since I am extremely sensitive to odors I find this unpleasant, even if it's supposed to smell "clean". I have to place towels on the carpet to soak up residual moisture in order for it to be dry in 12 hours (and I live in Colorado, where ambient humidity hardly ever reaches 10%), and then lift them after a couple of hours to allow air drying. It seems the suction could definitely be better. Or maybe there is a trick to usage that I have missed? It has been consistent from the first use that this is my experience, and I regularly have to clean out the nozzle (about 3x per full clean tank) in order to maintain the suction that I do get. If there is a way to improve the suction on this machine, I'd sure love to know what it is.

But after cleaning a portion of my hallway, I don't see how I can live with this it due to the tank size alone. It seems to clean well enough and it was not super noisy, but in a small section of our hallway I had to empty the dirty tank three times (on the medium setting. That is a dealbreaker for me. Can't imagine how little I could have done if I had switched it to Max clean lol. Seems like a big machine to be limited to such a small area, you would be better off with a spot cleaner for half the cost. Will return and look for something with larger tank.

I received the ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner carpet cleaner from PinchME as part of a free trial. I've used carpet cleaners in the past that never really got my carpets clean, so I wasn't expecting much. I was really surprised at how clean my carpets got - even the parts with older stains. I have an 18 year old cat so this thing is a godsend for removing hairball stains and other messes.

I have actually already reviewed this but after using it some more, and just now using it to clean up a coffee spill on my cream colored bedroom carpet, I wanted to come back and post some before and after pictures. I am very happy with the results. I received this Bissell ProHeat 2X from Pinch Me for my honest review and it has definitely come in handy! Since getting this ProHeat we have adopted a puppy. Its come in handy for a few puppy messes as well as my own coffee spill this morning. I've attached some before and after photos. I would recommend this product!!

I recently moved and right before I moved my 8 year old Bissell carpet cleaner died. I received this from Pinchme for a honest review. I was thrilled when this arrived at my home! With just moving, dirt was tracked in my house from everyone going in and out and I am a pet owner (4 cats and a dog) and of course, they can make things dirty too. This was AHHHHHmazing! I love it! Was easy to put together and worked like a champ!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's amazing. We have a baby on the way and are moving rooms. Unfortunately the room we were moving into was where we kept our dogs crates. It was gross! Smelled like dog and had little accident stains and buildup. When I was done it smelled amazing and looked like we had brand new carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans well, but the dirty water does not get sucked out much. This means the dirt is on the bottom of the carpet and rises to the top with walking on it and therefore I clean again looks good on top but way too much dirty water remaining in rug. I had an older model that I loved but it finally died on me. I think it was 12 amp if I recall and this is 6 amp which may be the problem.
