I had to try it out as soon as I received my ProHeat 2x Pet Cleaner. I was impressed!!! I have a cat and a 14 year old, so between the two of them I was hoping the cleaner was up to the challenge and it was. The couple marks I had on my carpet were taken up with ease and the machine itself was easy to operate. As always I am impressed with the Bissel line and glad to have this to add the my collection.

So before I start I want to mention I goto the 1 star reviews first and found something interesting the people complaining imo weren't using the machine right. Watch the videos and they tell you back and forth holding the trigger and back and forth no trigger.... well I did exactly that and the results were nothing short of amazing. We have a small dog and light colored carpet in our apartment. Oh and a 6 yr old boy... so our carpet is taking a beating... this machine is well worth the monies!

I received this product to review and it works wonderfully. I have a dog who occasionally has accidents in the house from seizure disorder and this cleaned up the spots very well. I also have a attachment that clicks in to use on smallest spots. My carpets look so much better now that I have cleaned the whole upstairs with my new Bissell steam cleaner. I love that the bottom where the roller brush is comes apart to clean out. My hair always gets caught in the rollers and this is easy to clean that out with the pieces that come apart

I was amazed by how deep it was able to clean my carpets , any pet owner who knows that frustration when you come home to an accident that leaves a tough stain will be extremely satisfied after using this because stains I thought would never come out did !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used a lot of upright clearners over the years. Hands down this is the best one I have ever purchased. My carpet has been cleaned regular and the double brushes really deeps clean. The dirty water was a testament to we needed a new upright. Wish I bought it a year ago. We got a new puppy and I feel my house will be clean now. The carpet look new again. I even bought the rechargable hand held pet one. Cant wait to see how well that works

This is my second Bissell carpet cleaner, the first unit I had for more then a few years and did an ok job with my carpets through out my home. I Decided to purchase a new machine due to having a pretty big dog running around my home now. I must say this new machine hands down beats out my older machine and the newer rental machines, wow.. The suction on this machine is incredible, you can see the dirt lifting out of your carpets. High traffic areas, stains come out with little extra effort.. The dog hair doesn't clog the machine at all and is easily removed from all parts of the machine with the included tool.. After use clean out is a breeze... Bissell did a very nice job on this machine, something I would maybe improve on would be the two tanks they could be a little bigger as with bigger rooms you have to refill and empty both tanks repeatedly but all and all I'm giving a solid 4 starts on this one.. Great job Bissell !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous generation of this cleaqner and it worked great, but this one works even better. There is one major flaw. The machine does not have a dial for Deep Clean/Clean/Light Clean/Rinse. It only has one tank into which you mix the water and formula, thus when you want to rinse, you nee to completely use up the mixed tank and then put in just plain water to rinse. This is fine for a whole room, but for occassional spot cleaning, it is not optimal. I ended up buying another tank for just water and then using the other one for water with formula. Is this Bissell's way of getting us to spend more money?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 dogs 3 cats that come in/out all the time through the doggy door, so needless to say my carpet gets very dirty. The pro heat 2x worked great cleaned carpets better than any other machines I have had in the past, super easy to push, and so easy to clean once finished! My previous one was very hard to get clean you pretty much had to take apart with screw driver to get to brushes to clean. This one you just lift off 2 different things and your done! The only con is the dirty water tank is not big enough but with all the other pros I can live with that.

Love this thing! We've had it for a year now and it's still going strong. It's perfect for stains on the carpet, but also good for cleaning your carpets in general. I cleaned our hallway carpet that had years of dirt tracked on it and it cleaned it all up, no problem, and make the carpets look like new! Would highly recommend.

I owned a Hoover prior to this carpet cleaner and I thought my puppy was just peeing some kind of stainy pee I'd never unsee. Then this cleaner arrived and my life was unstained. I literally used this shampooer once and the stains were lifted. The lightweight design and heated water made cleaning simple. 30 min drying time is the best part. No more soggy carpets for hours! The easy to you hose that does dry and wet vacuuming made life simple again. Thank you for finally making a cleaner I dont have to struggle, fight and cry to use.
