I received this product free from pinchme for my honest review. I have a German Shepherd that we were house training and he had a few accidents and they were set in stains and they came out!!! The products smell so good the attachments work so well. I was amazed. My steps and carpet are truely cleaner then when I had a professional come in and do it 6 months ago. It got it to hard to reach areas. Set up was soooo easy and Clean up was a breezes no screw driver needed just easy release buttons. I already have recommended this product to friends.

It cleaned much better and I always had about equal amounts of water in the dirty tank as in the clean tank...meaning it sucked up what it put out, This one left about twice as much water in my carpet! Also hate that the attachment hose is seperate. It was much easier to store it and dry it when it was attached. They did make this machine easier to clean brissels ...that is nice. But I am probably gonna return this because it is clearly leaving behind alot of muddy water

Renting my home. Despite low quality of carpet, Results with Bissell we're clean, soft, carpeting and No residue. I followed product cleaning instructions closely. The effort DEFINITELY paid off! Used only twice up to now. In that time I've recovered the cost/price. With 2 dogs and a pet door, it's a great investment.

I receieved the BISSELL ProHeat 2X revolution pet pro carpet cleaner as a free sample from PINCHme. I'm amazed at how well it actually cleaned my carpet. It is much lighter and very easy to use. I love that the water tank is at the top opposed to my older model BISSELL which was on the bottom. The included attachments were also easy to assemble and use. The extra long cord at 25 feet is a plus for me. Cleanup was a breeze. Everything was so easy to disassemble as well as reassembling. Getting samples of cleaning solution made it simple to use immediately. Stains disappeared easily as well. I'd recommend this cleaner to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] cleans just ok but the suction is bad only picks up about 1/4 of the out put takes about 24 hours to dry . this is my second machine the first one hardly had any suction . the new one first use solution tank handle broke . way over priced .Gave my old hoover away wish i kept it nothing wrong just thought it would be a up grade .

I purchase the Bissell ProHeat 2 X Revolution pet carpet cleaner and it is hands-down the best cleaner ever!! Very easy to use! Great for carpets, rugs, furniture, car etc! I have 6 pets , indoor and little is around the house and I use it almost every day it never does fail me!! I have been through about 6 carpet cleaners in my life and this is the best one ever!! So glad I chose this One! would recommend to anyone!! Maintence on the machine is super easy, parts pop off to clean the hair, fur out of them and are Easily put back on, easy to dump dirty water and carpets dry quickly! Cant say enough about this Fabulous cleaner!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old Bissell carpet cleaner and although the dirty water tank was small, it sure took a little longer to fill up! This newer ProHeat 2X has a large dirty water tank but it is very deceiving as it only holds half the amount of what the size is!! I just got my Carpet Cleaner last week so I hurried and put it together so I could try it out and I had to empty the stupid dirty water about every 5 minutes!!!!!! SO ANNOYING!! Not sure I would buy this ever again!! It cleaned fairly well, but the tank reservoir needs MUCH IMPROVEMENT.. A lot of money to spend for not well designed machine!

I was skeptical that this machine would clean as well as it does on the infomercial but I was pleasantly surprised! I have 2 elderly cats who have tummy issues and vomit A LOT! My carpet had never been cleaned (other than vacuuming and spot cleaning) since the house was built 5 years ago. I used the anti-bacterial pet formula that came with the machine and I was stunned at how well it cleaned up 5 years of cat vomit and a few other "accident" stains. My carpet looks almost brand new and the smell is gone! The stains all disappeared and It even fluffed up the fibers so it feels soft and fluffy, not crunchy like after the professional cleaning I had done in my last house. I used the clean shot feature to soak 3 mystery spots in a high traffic hallway and, viola! Spots gone! I used the express clean mode on my area rug in the living room where 3 foster dogs had urinated and it looks and smells great! It did not soak through to the laminate floor underneath and dried in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I can't believe it actually cleaned as advertised and I can't say enough good things about this cleaner! And I love Bissell's commitment to helping homeless pets! As a pet parent and occasional foster parent, I can highly recommend this product and the Bissell company to all pet parents out there! Thanks!

I was so fortunate to have received this carpet cleaner in return for my honest review. I have 2 children , 2 dogs, and 5 cats. I am constantly cleaning due to spills, dirty shoes, an occasional accident, fur balls, and more. My previous carpet cleaner honestly just didn't do the job and I would be left with cat hair that looked like tumbleweeds. The joy of long haired cats! This worked great! I used this on a carpet that had previously been cleaned with a rug doctor. There was a spot they couldn't get out. My Bissell took it right out. My son said this machine is a beast. He's right! Dirt doesn't stand a chance. Other reviews say it doesn't suck up the water. I'm not sure what they're talking about. I thought it did a great job. It was so easy to clean! The cover comes off so you can get out all the pet hair. So much better than my old Bissell. I am so happy I bought this machine. I am one happy cleaner!
