Got this product because our dogs have accidents on occasion and this cleaner removes any stain by going over a few times, we even had a dried stain for weeks that we couldn't get out but this did, also works wonders on upholstery with the hose and attachments!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] cleans just ok but the suction is bad only picks up about 1/4 of the out put takes about 24 hours to dry . this is my second machine the first one hardly had any suction . the new one first use solution tank handle broke . way over priced .Gave my old hoover away wish i kept it nothing wrong just thought it would be a up grade .

I have not yet purchased your bissell pro x pet revolution carpet cleaner but im saving up for it. As a professional executive home cleaner for 26yrs I have used soooo many vacuums and cleaners and I always stick with Bissell. I have used many and I am always frustrated with their performance. Whether its where the cord is placed, how filters work or ease of emptying debris , others just don't hold up to bissell. One client has 7 cats and you'd never know it when I leave since the bissell vacuum I use does such a fabulous job with cat hair removal and that is a difficult task. Just wanted to support such a great product

Was very pleased with the results of this carpet cleaner. We have high amount of traffic through our living room and have be thinking of replacing the carpet with hardwood flooring. However after cleaning the carpet it now looks much better than before.

Took me longer to clean it than to use it. This baby not only cleans incredibly well, but comes together and apart like a dream so clean up is a breeze. I love this unit.

I can't say enough about what a great product this is down to the last detail. Super easy to put together right out of the box. I loved my old one but this one far exceeds my expectations. My rugs look and smell awesome. I found the separate clean and dirty water tanks to be of ample size and a big improvement. The best part is that the whole machine breaks down easily for cleaning without unscrewing anything! What an improvement over the older models. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Bissell for manufacturing a superior product.

I used this to clean all of the carpets in my house, which are 30 months old. I have two Shetland Sheepdogs, one with gastro issues, if you catch my drift. Pretreat as the directions say, and use the machine as directed. I could not be happier with the outcome. No evidence of any of the spots or stains after cleaning. Carpets look new. Machine was a snap to clean, including the brush rollers. This machine will more than pay for itself in a short period of time.

We received the BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro from Pinchme in exchange for our honest opinion. First off, I love how this is so easy to use, because it's obviously well-made but not heavy and cumbersome! It cleans both cat and dog messes with ease and gives you a "confident clean." In fact, the prior owner of our home had wall to wall carpeting which had unfortunately absorbed some pet odors. (For some reason the odor was worse on rainy days!) We always meant to have the carpeting replaced, but after using the Pet Pro on it, it doesn't seem necessary anymore. Thank you Bissell!

This is my THIRD Bissell Steam Cleaner for carpets. When I used it for the first time I read the instructions very carefully even though I wasn't new to steam cleaning my carpet. I kept watching the recovery tank & seeing very little water being sucked up. Checked & rechecked multiple time to make certain it was in place properly...it was. I went over the carpet multiple times attempting to retrieve as much water as possible. Long story short....it took all day & half the night with three box fans on high & it was still slightly damp. Now all I have to do is worry about some mold growing underneath. :-(
