A wonderful product. Lightweight and easy to use at a good price. I was impressed at how much dog fur was extracted even after I had quite thoroughly vacuumed before I started cleaning. Even in the rooms I thought weren't too dirty the cleaner pulled out a ton of dirt. My carpets look and smell great.

Purchased so my wife would have a lightweight unit to take up stairs. Didn't expect it to be so poorly constructed. Rollers have gears on the ends. They strip out almost immediately. This causes the belts to bind and eventually break. Would not recommend this to anyone.

We have had several carpet cleaners over the years but this by far has blown us away! We have had the same carpet for 25 years with several pets along the way and after cleaning with the ProHeat2x Revolution PetPro it looks like new! And it dries quickly as advertised! Can"t say enough great things! It is truly amazing and worth every penny! Much easier to clean the machine after use too! I don't normally give reviews but this is amazing!

Shampooed our bedroom carpet. Did an excellent job. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of many cleaning solutions without Scotchgard! I am familiar with Scotchgard, but it is not pet friendly. We did find the antiseptic solution without it, so used that. No problems here with stains, we have a very well trained cat :) We were considering renting a Rug Doctor, but our local merchant said that they do not sanitize the rental machines as they are returned. That bothered me because I would have no idea what they had been used to clean. (I told the cashier what if someone returned it after using it on a flea infestation - the guy behind me in line chimed in "or bedbugs, or a meth lab"! Wow!

I bought this model because it had the hose attachment with two tools. Unfortunately, they will not spray cleaning solution. After following the troubleshooting guide, after several minutes of waiting for the line to prime, they will dribble streams of water. They will NOT spray solution. This makes upholstery and stair cleaning impossible. What a massive design flaw!

Our other cleaner was about 8 years old......so we decided to purchase another Bissell and are glad we did. so much improvement......nice weight and very convenient to have the refill water tank and waste tank so conveniently located.......Sure beats the old bladder type on the older one Love it

This machine is amazing! I have 4 big dogs, 3 messy kids, and a husband. I have beige carpet throughout my house and in the spring when everything is all muddy, it looks brown! This machine powers through all the mud and stains like a beast! I use it weekly in the house and can not say anything bad about it!

Cleans as good as rental units or better. Only had a few problems and those were my own fault. One was not ensuring the one side was locked in after I took the brush out to clean, which left me wondering why it wasn't working right and then I noticed after turning it off. Other issue was using the attachment with the clear cut before reading the manual. I ended up taking it off and then using the other attachment. Will have to read the manual, what guy needs a manual?, ;-)

This is so far the best product out there to clean if you have pets. I have a cat and a dog and they have accidents sometimes. Remove any type of stain and smell. I use this product to clean my carpet, mattress, living room furniture and chairs. I am very happy with the results.

I've used it twice, and the dirt water tank will not hold but a small amount of water before the float shuts off suction. Dirt water must be dumped 2-3 time on one tank of clean water. Bought it brand new so this is not a clogging issue, I can see that the float has risen enough to stop suction it's also below the marked full line. The old Bissell Proheat pet I used to have worked so much better before it quit. I'm very remorseful about purchasing this carpet cleaner and believe it would function just as well, the attachment not being onboard is also a huge negative factor about this machine.
