Price: Great price Assembly and set up: Very easy and fast, a six-year-old kid can do it if they can read. Just stick the handle into its socket of the main unit and lock in with one screw. Construction: Appears to be solid, well built. Storage tank installation and removal are very easy. They just fall and snap into place so easily with one hand. The fill and dump ports are nicely positioned for easy fill and emptying. Weight: It's not that bad for it bulk and well-built construction. It's fine moving but can be a struggle carrying up and down stairs for the elderly or those very weak in strength for whatever reasons. Even worse with fluid tanks are full. Cord length: Nice and long, plenty of wiggle room before having to find a closer receptacle as you move around large rooms. Bad: Dirty recovery tank: It's just too small, period. Be nice for it to be redesigned to hold twice as much. It's okay for a one-time pet or other spill cleanup job, but if doing completely carpeted rooms it can get very frustrating quickly having to empty the tank every few minutes. Cleaning fluid tank and dirty recovery tanks appear to be of similar volume. The dirty recover tank will only take on about 1/4th of its volume before it wants you to empty it. Basically, you hear the pitch of the motor change which is and indicate it's time to empty it. For me it seemed like I would empty the dirty recovery tank about three times before I emptied the liquid cleaning product tank. Overall performance in cleaning my carpets: I felt this machine did a great job. It exceeded my expectation. My carpets were horrible, and they came clean, and I am so happy with my purchase. This cleaner gets 5 stars, it's a great cleaner, I feel I made the right choice picking this out of all the other competitive manufacturers.

My floors are reborn (shaggie and all) and lol I guess my dogs can stay now .. If you need a carpet cleaner, this is it. Don't hesitate like I did.. this is a real review.. thank me later. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 dogs 3 cats that come in/out all the time through the doggy door, so needless to say my carpet gets very dirty. The pro heat 2x worked great cleaned carpets better than any other machines I have had in the past, super easy to push, and so easy to clean once finished! My previous one was very hard to get clean you pretty much had to take apart with screw driver to get to brushes to clean. This one you just lift off 2 different things and your done! The only con is the dirty water tank is not big enough but with all the other pros I can live with that.

Most amazing carpet cleaner I've ever owned. I received this as a green sample from PINCHme. I have a home full of boys, dogs and friends- we have carpet on the bedrooms, some with stains from long ago. This vacuum came along and cleaned up everything- the house looks and smells professionally cleaned! Thanks Bissell!

My carpets were very dirty. Before I began I thought I would have to go over some areas more than once. I started in the hallway just to see how good this machine would clean. I only went over the carpet once and the carpet came out almost like new. Then I started cleaning the den carpet and it came out almost like new. I did however go back over the areas several times in order to vacuum up as much of the solution as I could so it would dry faster. I didn't do this in the hallway and it took awhile before the carpet dried completely.

The perfect tool for anyone who have pets in their home. Accidents do happen and this machine does an excellent for removing the stains and the odors. Just make sure you use the Bissell cleaning products with your machine for the best in removing stains and odors.

We had the Bissell ProHeat 2X 8920. Used the machine for general cleaning, pet stains, and kids stains. We loved this machine and it never failed us. For more intense stains I would pre- treat with an enzyme cleaner and between the two we could tackle it all. My FAVORITE feature was the "Fresh water rinse" since it had the "Tank in Tank" option. This new model does not! You fill your tank, dump your cleaner in and when you are done you have to go dump your solution tank to refill it with clean water, to then rinse out your carpet so it isn't left feeling stiff. Also, this new model came with very cheap feeling attachments. They do not attach to the cleaner, you have to tote the bag around if you intend to use any of them. Lastly, they put these horrible stickers on both the water tanks that do not come off. You have to scrub them off, scratching up your brand new tanks not matter how soft a cloth you use to get the remaining sticker and residue off. All in all I wish I had not purchased this. Going to donate it or give it to some one in general and buy something new.

I can't express enough how good this product is I couldn't live with out it now it's better then the professional that come In an clean!! It has so much sucking power I truly can't explain you half to try it an see for yourself I promise you won't be disappointed!!! Buy one LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! I'd give it a 1000 star

While I do keep him in wraps, he's still active and he will occasionally wiggle out of the diapers or move them, leading to frequent messes. I use this cleaner once or twice per week and you would never know I have a dog that pisses the house so much. I have the cleanest carpet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] every time i have to use the machine it takes me all day. the water does not come out of the machine. i literally have to take it apart to clean the fine dirt out of the nozzles. So i thought i would make sure i run clean water through the machine to make sure there was no dirt before putting it away. So today i wanted to use it and guess what i have to take it apart to unclog the water distributor. what a waste of my day just for a small rug.
