The fill bottle started leaking and apparently this is a common problem, because you can't get a replacement part. I'm not sure if I have to purchase another cleaner it will be a Bissell. Very disappointed

It is useless , except for leaving a carpet wet and dirtier than it was before. Even after much vacuuming and a dog who is groomed and doesn't really shed, my beige carpet looks dirtier than when I started to shampoo it. I am another disappointed Bissell customer. Switching to another brand.. This one, used only a few times, since its purchase in January ,is going to the trash bin.

I bought it a few months ago, and after approx. 7 uses I can say that is Garbage. Leaves a LOT of water on the carpet with the Deep and Max mode (take almost a day to dry) and in express mode directly doesn't clean at all but at least dry faster. I have to fulfill the tank every 5' if I'm using Deep or Max mode, so takes forever to clean a room. Didn't remove any old stain and even inmediately after my dog peed, didn't remove the stain or pee either. Doesn't do the job and doesn't worth the money. DON'T BUY IT.

I received this carpet machine free from PinchMe in exchange for honest review. I have a dog and had numerous urine stains embedded in a few of my rugs, I tried other machines and stain always reappear after it dried, not with this bissell machine, easy to use, has a special feature where you can spot clean a hard to get out stain, that's what I used along with the pet cleaner, dried in an hour, pleasant scent but most important after it was dried the stains did not reappear! 5 stars! We are a dog family and have owned two Bissell Proheats and have rented Rug Doctor. This machine got up stains that had been there for years! It's very easy to clean and lightweight, which makes it easy to carry up and down stairs. An EXCELLENT MACHINE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always spent good money for a great product! We have this new one from Bissell and it's a complete joke! Cheaply made just unbelievable how awful this carpet cleaner is! It wont suck up the water put on the rug so I had to use 3 towels! It is so flimsy the hose is a complete joke it doesn't stretch and it's the worst kind of plastic on the whole machine it feels like it's gonna fall over and melt on its own.

I received the BISSELL® ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner from Pinchme in exchange for my honest review. After using it for the last month, I can truly say that it works wonders with pet stains. I have four cats, and they throw up and have accidents on the carpet. Before the Bissell, we would spend hours trying to scrub the carpet clean and then vacuum over it later. Now we can tackle the stains all at once. The CleanShot Pretreater targets and attacks the pesky spots, and the pet urine eliminator and oxy formula are like superheroes working to save our carpet! The wet and dry modes are great variations, and the overall product is very easy to put together and use. It took my husband about 10 minutes to assemble it, and it is light enough for me to use with ease. I am very grateful to have this innovative new product. Thanks Bissell! My kitties are happy and I am too!

I love this carpet cleaner! I have two medium sized dogs and our living room has wall to wall carpeting. I had a professional carpet cleaner come out and they did not get out the stains or dog smell. This BISSELL worked much better than the professional. The carpet smells great even a week after using it. The machine is very easy to use and definitely pulls a lot of dirt from the carpet. You can tell by the color of the used water. I used the antibacterial formula which smells great and really cleans! When filled with water the machine can be a little heavy, but is easy to push when using it. It is also very easy to clean after use.

Was a little cautious considering the amount of dirt/oil/pet messes accumulated in carpet but this device gets through it all. Very easy to navigate while turned on in back and forth motions, plenty of cord length, effective cleaning solutions, different cleaning modes of operation, about as noisy as a vacuum cleaner. Finding a balance between dry and wet runs is key I believe, as some stains in carpet were harder to remove but came out when I gliding device more slowly in motions. When the device makes a noise and you notice it is not suctioning anymore, check the dirty water tank level, and I guarantee it is full and needs to be emptied and/or rinsed out quickly before replacing. Each pull of that dirty water tank was full of water that was literally black and greyish. Happy I made this purchase and can see the device already paying for itself. Highly recommended : )

I absolutely love this cleaner!! I received this item for an unbiased product review. I have been through so many carpet cleaners and this one is by far the best! It is so easy to use and most of all to clean up after. I love how the clear top cover over the brushes comes off for easy cleaning of the cover and the brushes. The pet cleaning tool is excellent. You can use it either dry or wet. It really picks up all pet fur off of furniture. I could not believe how much pet hair it took off the furniture and rugs! What was nice was that it comes with two trial size bottles of cleaner, a urine eliminator and an Oxy formula. In my opinion, this is one of the best carpet cleaners on the market. Well worth the money!
