[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I have always used a Bissell carpet cleaner for as long as I remember. I purchased this pro heat pet model the other day and today, half way into cleaning my carpet it started to smoke from the bottom! Scared the heck out of me! And back to the store it went. So disappointed because while it did work it was awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love that you can brake the machine down so it's easy to clean. After having this, I couldn't imagine having one that you couldn't break down and clean. It catches all the pet hair. Also cleans the carpet really good..

So I finally purchased this carpet cleaner on a trial run ... The Bissell proheat 2x revolution was a great buy. Im a rug doctor user so I wasn't sure if I would like it.... This machine is awesome and with a 5yr warranty and all the extra items including free shipping and carpet cleaner ... I was done. This machine actually cleaned my oriental rug better than anything I have EVER tried. It was so light weight and powerful that I was just blown away. It wasn't bulky like some of the other machines so it was very easy to carry up 15 steps... You will NOT regret buying this machine. my carpet smells awesome and it looks amazing. Thanx for this product .

Gets the carpet super clean in a household with frequent foster cats and a resident dog. The instructional videos are great too. The cheapest estimate for cleaning my carpets I got was over $300 and this machine does a better job I'm sure, so it has already paid for itself with just one cleaning.

Used to clean a trashed carpet I thought I would have to replace. Outstanding results, carpet looks almost new.. Machine is easy to use and just sucks the dirt right up. I think the brushes on this machine really help loosen the dirt. I made sure to vacuum twice before cleaning. Also make sure you give the soap time to loosen the dirt. No issues yet and 5 year warranty which I love.

This is a very powerful machine that works like magic on stains. We have pet stains from potty accidents as well as stains all over the carpet by my little one. I had tried professional carpet cleaning in the past but it was expensive and not so perfect. I tried to buy Bissel on the advice of one of my friends and I can't thank her enough. This machine amazingly removed all the stains and my carpet looks like new. The carpet dries sooner than normal with Bissell. The cost is on the higher side but worth looking at the cost of professional cleaning. It is not lightweight but it does an amazing job so I don't mind lifting some extra pounds. It is very easy to use. Highly recommend it.

I used this ProHeat 2X Revolution after my previous Bissel failed after 10 years of service and it is MUCH better. The use of 2 tanks, mutlple brushes and more powerful suction is great. In addtion, the brushes do not get tangled in cat hair - which I have a lot of with 3 cats. Cleanup is easy once you get used to the disassembly steps and the cleaning tool is great. Water removal is improved. It would be helpful to have a front handle in the middle for manipulation around objects and tight places. Otherwise, best pet cleaner yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean carpet. There were problems with every part of the machine. The tank kept saying it was full and stopped drawing water. The second time I used it to extract water from my car carpet (there was a leak). Using the attachments it did the same thing saying it was full and stopped. I have always purchased and loved Bissell products. Sadly, I think I need to research a new brand.

While it took me several attempts to use this machine to get the best results, I now am so happy that I bought it. It has successfully given me peace of mind in maintaining the cleanliness in my home due to occasional messes by my senior dog. The four stars is because it does require cleaning after each use and the clean water tank runs low fairly quickly.

We have washed all the carpets in our home, 75 yards, spiral staircase, and sofa. Still on first 1/2 gallon of detergent. We have a "old dog" who has an accident now and then. The pet/urine/stain remover is absolutely best product we have used. No stains, no smell with just one cleaning. The machine and detergent handled our light beige wool rug effortlessly. We were able to remove stains that even the pro cleaners were unable to remove. Best news for us is this machine plus cost of the cleaning agents is less than one professional cleaning. Exceeded my expectation.
