What a great purchase! We have a dog, 2 cats and a rabbit to clean up after and this carpet cleaner did an amazing job removing their mess, hair, smell, etc. So convenient to have this on hand for quick clean ups anytime. I wish we'd invested in this sooner!

The 3 in 1 tool is amazing. My old unit didn't have the feature for cleaning the edge of the stairs and I love it so much I wish my vacuum came with this feature! #sweepstakes

My Big Green Complete 7700 died. Neither it or parts are available so I had to look at a replacement. I purchased, received this morning, the Revolution X2 Pet Pro Heat upright shampooer. After reading the reviews before my purchase I was skeptical. There was also some skepticism because I have used upright shampooers in the past and have never been happy with them as they are/were not designed to get right up against baseboards, etc. Well, I am pleased with this product. I vacuumed this morning and deliberately 'missed' some areas because I wanted to test for all of the issues I saw raised in the reviews I read. Also was curious to how it worked compared to Bissel's online video. I have a small dog and 2 cats so there is pet hair and dust. It picked up and at one point suction ceased. I could tell because a) the water was not being taken up at the front and b) the sound of the motor changed abruptly. I removed the cover and the roll cover, rinsed it out in the sink, replaced it and the machine worked just fine. The video illustration is very poor. At least one review addressed the fact that the carpet was soaked, there was very little water in the return tank compared to what was dispensed, and it took forever to dry. In the video, one pass is made away from the user and one pass returning - Wa La, clean as new carpet. That one return pass is not sufficient to collect the deposited water and the video should be redone to illustrate and explain that there should be enough passes that there is no more water being taken up from the carpet. I went over an area deliberately 'avoided' by the earlier vacuuming. It did leave at least 6 'globs' of pet hair at which time the suction nozzle clogged - resolved as described above. The key is that UNLESS a thorough vacuuming is done BEFORE shampooing, there will be an issue. Have comments about the operators manual but have run out of 'space.'

I don't normally write reviews but I am so impressed with the Revolution Pet Pro machine I just purchased, I have to share my experience. I have 4 dogs, 2 large fluffy dogs that come inside at night and I have 2 4lb yorkies that are inside dogs. The big dogs shed like crazy and the little dogs like to use my bedroom carpet and area rugs as their preferred potty pads. I'm very impressed on how deep the machine cleans. I vacuumed my area rug twice, with 2 different vacuums then shampooed it using the Revolution Pet Pro. Not only did the area rug look new after cleaning it, the amount of dog hair it pulled up was amazing! This machine truly cleans. The set in urine stains in my bedroom are not completely gone, but the first pass made a huge difference I'm sure a second pre-treat and shampoo will clear it up. I use a black light to pin point the heavy soiled areas. I also own a Bissell Spot Bot and it is amazing and a necessity with the pet potty. The other feature I LOVE, is it is easy to remove the nozzle and brush roll covers to clean. The pop off and on with ease. I would recommend this product and the Spot Bot to anyone with carpet or area rugs. I own 2 expensive name brand vacuums, but If the Bissell vacuums work as good at the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro at picking up dog hair and dirt, that purchase is in my near future.

Many doggies - many accidents over the years, but this has been the best carpet cleaner I have ever used! So easy to use with great directions !- (I downloaded manual online.) Carpets look great! But more importantly, this has been the EASIEST cleaner to clean AFTER the carpets are finished! I was able to clean all parts of the cleaner, especially the floor nozzles quickly and easily. Thank you so much not only for a great pet carpet cleaner, but also making it easy to clean!

I received this product to review and it works wonderfully. I have a dog who occasionally has accidents in the house from seizure disorder and this cleaned up the spots very well. I also have a attachment that clicks in to use on smallest spots. My carpets look so much better now that I have cleaned the whole upstairs with my new Bissell steam cleaner. I love that the bottom where the roller brush is comes apart to clean out. My hair always gets caught in the rollers and this is easy to clean that out with the pieces that come apart

Purchased this product, Bissel PRO HEAT 2x Revolution Pet Pro, instead of renting a Rug Doctor machine or having our carpets professionally cleaned. Our cat had been on the wrong end of a skunk and had walked around the house for only a minute before we caught her but it was to late, the whole house smelled of skunk. I did 5 rooms and a set of stairs and would agree this machine works as well as renting a machine. One complaint I read about was the fact you have to refill the cleaning solution often, but I did not think this a big deal. I had to refill the gallon reservoir 6 times to do my whole house and found it was very easy to do. I kept a bucket nearby to empty the dirty water to save some time. For every gallon of cleaning solution it seemed to extract about a half gallon. I was surprised after the carpets completely dried the next day there was no evidence of the skunk lingering. Worked so well I did the upholstery and carpets in all my vehicles and felt it did a decent job considering there are no rotating brushes on the upholstery nozzle. Cleaning the machine was a very easy to do also. So for the less then the cost of a professional cleaning I was able to eliminate the skunk odor , get all my carpets cleaned, and now I own a carpet cleaner that I can pull out anytime !! Highly recommend to any do- it-yourselfer that wants to save some money in the long run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is quite easy to use and clean. It is not light as the advertising says so it is a chore to carry up and down stairs. The brush don't stop spinning at rest so you have to be careful to not let the electrical flex sit under the brushes otherwise it gets shredded :-(, creating quite a safely issue. The hose is not well thought out. Too short to get more than 5 steps up a staircase, but too long to be easy to manage, meaning you have to lug the machine up the stairs with you while using the stair tool with the other hand. The hose is not easy to release from the machine with an unreasonably difficult button to depress at the same time as pulling on the hose. The handle is made from very hard plastic and it becomes uncomfortable after using the machine for a long time. Also my machine has started dropping it's drive belt every 30 minutes. Really irritating to have to stop, and re-attach the belt onto burning hot motor spindle all of the time. Other than that, I suppose it does the job.

I used this pet proheat carpet cleaner to clean up my dogs mess and my dirty carpet and it was easy to use and fill and clean and it worked very good to get my carpet clean it's easy to push and pulls water out of carpet very well and I like the spray stain feature it works well for stains and I like that it cleans my carpet and makes it look like new very good cleaner

Love the ease of this machine! I had only been fostering dogs for 12 to 16 months when my older Hoover dual tank lightweight shampooing (wet vac) beast finally bellied up and gave out! in a bind and low on funds, a Friend was moving said she had one I could have, that she had only used it a couple of times and gave me my 1st Bissell in December 2019. It was practically unused, shiny and looked new, an earlier model of the Pro Heat that compared to my Hoover was cumbersome and hard to break down for cleaning (took me almost 5 hours to disassemble, clean and reassemble) then after only 4 uses bellied up and gave out? Providing foster care can be challenging, learning about your new "temporary family members" good, bad or indifferent habits, traits, food tolerances, allergies health issues etc. etc. isn't always pleasant and can more times than not be downright disgusting! a good affordable carpet shampooer that's easy to use and easy to clean (x-tra bonus! not having the soiled contents in the same compartment as cleaning solution that usually ends up on your hands/clothes) is priceless!!
