Renting my home. Despite low quality of carpet, Results with Bissell we're clean, soft, carpeting and No residue. I followed product cleaning instructions closely. The effort DEFINITELY paid off! Used only twice up to now. In that time I've recovered the cost/price. With 2 dogs and a pet door, it's a great investment.

I purchased this product in hopes to save my furniture from being tossed due to angry cat that pees on my furniture!!! All I have to say is this saved my furniture no more cat urine and no lingering urine smells. I then used it on the carpet in my son's bedroom and wow what a difference!!!! Thank you Bissell

" I am so happy I purchased this. No more lugging a heavy store carpet cleaner back and forth. I cleaned my bedroom carpet and all of my furniture cushions in no time. Everything dried faster than I expected and turned out fresh, clean and bright! Living room carpet is next on the list and expect the same excellent results. Tackled the car and that worked very well! Now I can take care of small spills and stains anytime.

I received the ProHeat 2X® Revolution™ Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner carpet cleaner from PinchME as part of a free trial. And I am so glad I did! Having numerous pets, this carpet cleaner does an outstanding job of keeping up with the messes. Express clean is perfect. The carpet dries in a fairly reasonable time. It's also easy to take apart and clean. The only thing I don't like is that the attachments are stored in a bag and not on the unit itself.

Disappointed considering it's replacing my 12-year-old Pet Pro. It doesn't have a heater to keep the water warm, which is no biggie because when using hot water anyway, it stays warm the duration of your cleaning. What is really frustrating is it doesn't have a water rinse feature. You put the soap into the same water that you clean and rinse so you never suck up all the soap with only water. When carpet dried it was crispy. I had to empty the "soap water" then go over my carpet again to rinse. So first of all you waste soap water if you don't use all of it, then you have to do an additional step of filling up with nothing but water so you can rinse your carpet. I'm comparing these features to my old Bissell pet pro. My old one seems to clean my carpet better by the way What I do love about it is how easy it is to clean the machine. Lots of pieces you can take apart and rinse. I also like how light the machine is. But it is very loud. Overall, I would not recommend.

I've used a variety of carpet cleaners in a variety of price ranges and even had professional cleaners into our home but the Bissel Revolution Pet Pro Pro is by far the best I've found so far. First of all , it is attractive in design but comfortable to use and take from area to area. I really love how it only took a few minutes to assemble and that it was really super easy. A bonus this has that many don't is a clean shot button which allowed me to soak dirtier areas for more effective cleaning without having to manually apply cleaner and water to them. That was a blessing on my arthritic knees. It's also a breeze to fill and dispose of dirty water. The cleaners are decently priced and I love that they sanitize as well and clean. Best of all it has a five year warranty so I know if ever I had issues this company stands behind its product. It does an amazing on my high traffic areas with kids and pets constantly parading over them. Everything looks so clean and new after use. The only thing I might change is the positioning of the cord because I always have to move it to keep from running it over . Outside of that, this is a one of a kind cleaner that is superior to the others I've used!

We have always used Bissell products in our household so we decided to try the ProHeat 2X as we needed a carpet cleaner. We were not the least bit disappointed! This thing not only cleans the carpets thoroughly but it is so easy to use and clean after use! I am so amazed at how well it works and left my carpets without stains.

Wow! I don't normally write reviews but I was soooo impressed with this cleaner I had to share! I've had another Bissels in the past but this is the best cleaner I've ever owned. I had a couple of stains on my carpets from pets and it cleaned them like a champ! It was powerful. great suction and loved the dual bristles!! It also left the carpets fairly dry! Other cleaners I had took so long to dry and seemed sopping wet after. With this, barely wet at all! I would definitely recommend...and already told several friends about it!

Rollers kept stopping, often not suctioning water and I'm unable to find the belt I need! I used it 4 times and now it's just sitting in the garage, as I've ordered over 7 different belts and not one of them is correct, I'm unable to use it, this is just unbelievable!!!

this is our first time using a deep carpet cleaner, and having pets, we were in the market for a better way to thoroughly clean our area rugs and upstairs wall to wall carpets. this product is very easy to use and you can immediately see a huge difference it the carpets. just looking in the dirty water basin, you could see all of the debris, animal hair and dirt which a normal vacuum would not suck up. the rugs dry quickly upon completion as the unit does an excellent job in sucking up the water and detergent which it blasts into the carpets. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who has pets, or a high traffic area which they would like to clean more thoroughly.
