[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's amazing. We have a baby on the way and are moving rooms. Unfortunately the room we were moving into was where we kept our dogs crates. It was gross! Smelled like dog and had little accident stains and buildup. When I was done it smelled amazing and looked like we had brand new carpet.

This machine the Pro heat 2× Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 Saved My nose and my Pockets, I was able to maneuver from each room seamlessly and having to only refill after done it felt like. The machine automatically dries my carpet after cleaning it. The aroma in my house afterwards reminded me of new house...lol, only draw back for me is if you dont properly clean and prep your carpet beforehand you will get alot of pick up dirt from the cleaning. I was given a free sample from pinch me for my review.

Brand new out of the box. Put together according to assembly instructions. This model, proheat 2X Revolution Pet needs redesigned. The roller brushes rotate continuously even while using the upholstery attachment. Needless to say, while I was cleaning my loveseat with the hose and attachment, the carpet cleaner began to get louder as I cleaned. The rollers eventually quit rotating. when I moved the cleaner to investigate, there was tiny black plastic pieces all over my carpet. Upon further investigation, I noticed the belt was badly frayed and the gears on the side of the roller were ground off. Mind you , I didn't even get to clean my carpet yet. The cleaner sat in the upright position and never moved as I cleaned my upholstery. It basically chewed itself up just sitting there. What a pile of JUNK !!!!!!!

I have 5 geriatric pets, lots of hair and occasional accidents. I'm very pleased with the machine. I have only used it twice and it works really well. I look forward to shampooing the rugs now. I hope it continues to work this well for quite some time. I owned a Bissell rug shampooer prior to this one. It lasted almost 10 years.

I have been needing to clean my carpets for quite some time but was skeptical about some of the carpet cleaning companies. I was offered a free Pet Pro 2x Revolution Carpet Cleaner for my honest review. This product is awesome! It removed stains from my cat, red wine and mud that I thought would never come out. It's a little on the heavy side when filled with water but the quick clean mode is very convenient and does a great job. I was surprised how much dust and dirt came out from my carpets as I vacuum regularly. If you're looking for a thorough Carpet Cleaner look no further!

The drive belt broke the second time I used it...They don't sale these belt at local stores so I had to order one and wait for it to come in the finish the job. Very disappointed. It works fine but I just bought it a month ago and the belt already broke...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Lightweight Pet Carpet Cleaner for a few years, and very satisfied with it. But after first responders tracked in mud (it was pouring rain that day) and road grit through my living room and up the stairs, I upgraded to the ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro because it has the hose and attachment for stairs. My house is very tiny - the photos show our entire living space - so almost all of it is heavy traffic area, LOL. Anyway, this is our 22-year old carpet, cared for with the Bissell carpet cleaner.

Had a Hoover that just basically got too dirty after 10 years of service and changed it up to Bissell. Big mistake! Main belt broke after 2 uses and customer service is a nightmare. Want to send us replacement parts instead of replacing. I'd rather just get a refund and go back to Hoover. Avoid this unit and Bissell at all costs. Hoover has much stronger and solid construction.

I had to try it out as soon as I received my ProHeat 2x Pet Cleaner. I was impressed!!! I have a cat and a 14 year old, so between the two of them I was hoping the cleaner was up to the challenge and it was. The couple marks I had on my carpet were taken up with ease and the machine itself was easy to operate. As always I am impressed with the Bissel line and glad to have this to add the my collection.

We recently purchased this cleaner 4/9/19 and we have used it several times for our animals that are old and have some problems with going on the carpets. Probably used it a handful of times until last Friday, 4/19/19, my husband went to use it and the belt for the brushes had snapped and was no longer spinning. Our previous carpet cleaner we've had for over 10 years and does not have a belt. We are considering returning this for a more reliable carpet cleaner.
