I received this product as a sample from Bissell and it was great. I have pets, and with pets come messes. From inadvertent messes caused by my pets or accidents my pets have, I've needed a cleaner that can take on these types of stains so that you'd never know they were there. This product does that. It was incredibly easy to set up and preparing it for a cleaning session was easy too with the clear lines set for the water and the cleaning solution. As a part of the sample, I received the Pet Stain and Odor + Antibacterial as well as the Professional Pet Urine Eliminator + Oxy. After trying each of these two cleaning solutions out, I was very impressed. My carpet in the hallway, which was a mess and had stains for as far back as I can remember, came up cleaner that I can ever remember it being and the odor that came along with those stains is now gone. As for after I cleaned the areas, removing and disposing of the dirty water was a breeze and cleaning any pet hair that gets stuck in the machine is just as easy because of how simply the pieces come apart and because of the nifty tool that comes with the product to clean out anything that gets stuck. Based on my experience with this product, I give it five stars for the incredible cleaning performance, simplicity of use, and ease of use.

I am a pet parent to 3 dogs and 2 cats. In addition, I am a foster parent for the my local Humane Society. I am constantly cleaning my carpets. Before my Bissell ProHeat 2X, I was a loyal Kirby user. The Bissell does a better job and is so much easier to use and maintain!

Having owned an older carpet cleaner, I am so impressed with the quality and ease of use of my new Bissell. We hired a professional carpet cleaner the last time we cleaned our carpets and I was so disappointed with the quality of their work, as well as concerns that their equipment was not thoroughly cleaned before bringing it into our home. My new Bissell ProHeat 2X is amazing, cost less than what we paid the so-called professional, and is so much easier to use than my older model. Cleaning it is a breeze. I just love it and will never hire a porfessional carpet cleaner again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the vacuum a month ago as I have two puppies that have occasional accidents and bring mud onto the cream carpet. The vacuum worked great for the first few times I used it (highly recommend running just water after solution). The only annoyance I had was the fact that water would drip out of the front while off and returning it to the closet. I just ordered the stand to allow me to clean the brushes more efficiently and to not require the vacuum to sit on a towel after use. Unfortunately today, I was using my vacuum and noticed a consistent leak from the top (clean water) portion of the vacuum. If this vacuum was heavily used and more than a few years old I wouldn't be mad that I have to open it up to fix a small leak; however, the vacuum is just over 45 days old and barely used. The reliability doesn't match the price and quality I expect from a respectable company like Bissell. Also, don't recycle your box as you need it for returns

So glad I was chosen to sample this product through Pinch Me! I used this in my house that is occupied by 2 kiddos, a dog, myself, and a husband. This adequately removes pet hair, stains and odors. I was even able to tackle the stairs! Added bonus is that the drying time is so fast! I love this product and highly recommend it!

I have a Bissell 36Z9 and have been happy with it. I will say its very heavy and hard to more around. After reading Consumer Reports testing I bough this product. They rated my older cleaner at the bottom of the rankings. While this cleaner was very near the top. While this cleaner is much easier to move around its not as good as Consumer Reports says. The spot cleaner is a joke. Its hard to use. My older cleaner has a trigger on the handle. Much better design than this new one. Also the tanks are small. So more stopping to fill and to empty. I also think this one leaves the carpet wetter. I am thinking about taking this one back. But the lighter weight is nice. I have not used the quick was function. That may be a nice feature the other one doesnt have.

I had received this carpet cleaner as a sample from PinchMe. And boy couldn't it have come at a better time! Right when the weather starts getting humid, my carpets start to smell a little musty, I used this Bissell to clean my area rug in my family room and not only was my rug brighter and cleaner but the room smelled fresher - and still does a month later! We no longer are going to worry about stains left behind by our kids bc the machine is so easy to use, they can now clean too! I have a cat and we plan to use this on another rug she loves to spit up her hairballs on bc we already saw the difference!

This carpet cleaner is lightweight and easy to use. It is easy to fill and empty the water containers. I like that there is not a separate detergent container. However, I think I will use less detergent the next time. It seemed too soapy following the instructions. I also like that it is easy to clean the machine itself. The only negative is that it didn't suck enough water out of the carpet. I went slowly and repeatedly over areas and it still seemed like it should have been pulling more water out. However, the water it pulled up was very dirty so it did do a pretty good job of cleaning!

Well, the on / off button works and unfortunately that's about it. Nothing sprays out of cleaner which is probably a good thing since every time I pull back on machine it literally pulls apart. Have tried everything but duct tape to hold it together (won't be going there). I move machine forward, spray button doesn't release cleaner, pull back on machine and am left holding the handle w/ tank attached in my hand. Rest of machine hasn't moved. Thought this would be a great machine. So mad at myself for having gotten rid of old machine.

I have cats that throw up on the carpet frequently. I need to use a carpet cleaner almost every two weeks. Other times I use a smaller green machine spot cleaner. Lately I have gone through several different brands and models of home use carpet cleaners and none work properly or stay working.
