[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a year ago when they first came out with it, it works, we have new carpet just installed just before buying this. It does a good job but I feel it needs better suction, I found if I push down on the front I can get twice as much dirty water back out of my carpet and the carpet is softer. I feel it's just cleaning the surface not deep down. My carpet is medium length.

I have cats that throw up on the carpet frequently. I need to use a carpet cleaner almost every two weeks. Other times I use a smaller green machine spot cleaner. Lately I have gone through several different brands and models of home use carpet cleaners and none work properly or stay working.

While I do keep him in wraps, he's still active and he will occasionally wiggle out of the diapers or move them, leading to frequent messes. I use this cleaner once or twice per week and you would never know I have a dog that pisses the house so much. I have the cleanest carpet!

We have 3 older dogs that have accidents. This machine takes the stress out of cleaning up. It's quick and deep cleans. A definite must for every pet owner. It is also good for just everyday type of carpet cleaning. Does a better job than the store rental and more hygienic. Stores easily in small spaces and easy to disassemble to clean. The proof is in the dirty dark waste water, you know it's a job well done. Just purchased another for our vacation home vs. transporting the one from home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my brand new ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for the first time and the smell put out by the machine was extreme, setting my air purifiers off to red. I'm not sure if this is a defect or normal, but is certainly doesn't bode well for air quality safety. Considering returning.

I received a free product from Pinchme for my family to review. My husband is the primary cleaner in our home and this isn't the first carpet cleaner he's used. His only complaint when comparing to other cleaners is the small reservoir needs to be dumped more often than other products. Otherwise he had no complaints, and trust me, I'd know if he did.

We used the quick clean for our first time. Carpets turned out nice and fresh. Especially noticeable next day when vacuuming. Next time we will go with the deep clean and plan something fun to make the 8 hour wait /drying time a non issue. Very happy with results. Glad we made the purchase.

I use this product for my living room. I have a cream colored carpet and a 4 year old. I saw several videos where this vacuum got red stains out of carpets and thought hey it will help but sadly it has not I still have that red drink stain on my carpets. But it still is a good vacuum and gets up so much pet hair. I could make a blanket out of how much hair I have gotten out of my carpet ( I also have a husky) I use this product twice a week and it leaves my carpet nice and comfy to walk on. I can tell a huge difference. I would buy this vacuum if you are needing a carpet cleaner. However I think if you already have one I would wait for something better. I have a Hoover and the concept is the same.

This machine cleaned areas I thought were beyond help. We had 2 senior dogs, sadly we had to put one down in May, my 12yr. old still living has not made the messes that the two created on our floors, but that's not to say it won't happen. This machine has done an amazing job cleaning our carpets, we have a 2 story home, I've tackled almost every room and this machine continues to amaze me. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone, yes it's heavy, but only when the cleaning water is full. I took off one star due to the frequency in which both tanks need to emptied and/or filled, but I still believe this machine will be in my home for many years to come.

I really love this machine, it's amazing after I would vacuum with my Shark and use this to wash the carpets, how much dog hair would come out. The dual action, quick clean vs deep clean is great, easy clean up what more can you ask for? This machine "RULES"
