[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because we loved previous bissell floor cleaners..you spend all your time emptying 3 inches of water out of the return tank....then had trouble putting water down....also the floor is left soaking wet..very unsatisfied..would return it if I could

We originally wanted a rug doctor. Couldn't find one in the stores locally right away. So we googled the best carpet cleaner and this one was in the top 3. Well I couldn't be more happy. They thought of everything when they made this one. Everything is placed perfect for the easiest use. Everything down to dumping the water out and the way you hold everything. Perfect. Only downfall was the button to turn it on. It's in a weird location on the side. I don't know y that bothers me, but it does. Still deserves 5 stars

We have two dogs and I have an entry matt at my office that gets a lot of foot traffic and have been using rental steam cleaners for years. Saw a comparison of steam cleaners on youtube in the $200 to $300 range and the bissell 2X revolution pet pro seemed to do the best job. I AM TRUELY AMAZED AT THE RESULTS!! The entry carpet at my office looks like new and has not looked that good in quite a long time. The carpet in my home also looks great and the ease of use and cleaning the unit is quickly evident. So glad I decided to try this product.

I clean up after 4 dogs and 2 kids and I am very happy with the Bissell's cleaning power and the fact that it leaves my carpets nearly dry! I also contacted customer service with a small issue and it was resolved promptly and without issue. I think the Company, the Product and it's customer service rank VERY HIGH in my book. **I was raised in a "Hoover Home" and never even considered other brands until this purchase and I am so pleased I chose Bissell!

I didn't have a need for a "Pet Carpet Cleaner" as my dogs are older but I do have white carpeting. We have a Rug Doctor Mighty we have been using to clean the carpets but you still had to pretreat AND scrub the stain. After one cleaning with the 1986 the carpet was clean and white where as it took several with the more expensive Rug Doctor. I highly recommend this cleaner!!!

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Cleans very well and doesn't leave the carpet soggy. I used the product samples which came with the machine but had to use another brand (Zep) to finish the job. This provided for the perfect comparison - same carpet, same degree of soiling, same machine, same user and method; the only difference was the cleaning product. Even after cleaning the remaining area with Zep 3 times, it wasn't as clean as using Bissell products once.

This product is really poorly designed. Why can't brush rotation be disabled when using the hose attachment? When cleaning stairs, there aren't a lot of places to keep moving the machine so carpet isn't damaged by rotating brushes. The hose spray function works great when the machine is above the hand-held device. Halfway down the stairs I had to move the machine to the bottom of the stairs for the hose to reach. Spray function stopped working at this point even though I followed the instructions several times for priming the hose. I had to spray the cleaning solution by hand from a bottle for the bottom 7 steps. That was a ton of fun. Lastly, the flat gear belt broke on the 3rd (!) use of this machine. I do see other reviews that show belt breakage is an issue. I expect better for what this machine cost.

pinchme sent me this and I love it. have used it to clean my carpet from the cat and the dog and it works great . spots on the rug this machine picks up beautifully . also because of the attachments I went out to my car to see if it could clean up the stain on my back seat because of the dogs dirty paws from over a year ago, it cleaned it up perfect made sure it was a hot and sunny day when I did this. very light weight not like the old heavy ones that were hard to move around this one moves with ease. love this machine would tell anyone to buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our carpets were in need of a clean. Our old cleaner by a fifteenth brand was leaking so I found this bissell cleaner and put it to use. The 3 in 1 tool is amazing. My old unit didn't have the feature for cleaning the edge of the stairs and I love it so much I wish my vacuum came with this feature! #sweepstakes

I received the Proheat 2x as a free trial from Pinch me and absolutely love it. It's easy to use, removes set in dirt and stains and leaves the carpet smelling fresh. Super easy to clean and is even nice looking. Host attachment is also easy to use and my steps look amazing.
