This killed those stains to the brim. I love the Cleanshot. The hose is long and removable, and the hose and tools are very well built. Way better than our old Bissell carpet cleaner which was the worst carpet cleaner made by Bissell. Although we vacuum regularly with a good Bissell vacuum, nothing beats this.

I made the mistake of loaning it out came back dirty and broken. Had that one for close to 20 yrs and was going to fix it but decided it was time for a new one. We are soo glad we went with the new one all the new features this one has and the ease of cleaning it afterwards. I am looking forward to another 20 yrs of a great product I am not going to loan this one out to anyone. I will tell them buy your own or rent one. A big Thank You Bissell and keep up the great work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works very well. I love the fact that it's much lighter than the older ProHeat 2X and easier to use. The product does clean carpets very well. It doesn't seem to pull as much water from carpets that's distributed as expected... not even three quarters. My biggest complaint is the handle. Whoever designed it has no knowledge of ergonomic design. The handle really hurts your hand after a using the cleaner for a period of time. Bissell should redesign the handle section and send all registered buyers a replacement at no charge.

I Love the simplicity of the design and use is very easy. I even did the stairs with great results. Go ahead and buy it!

I'm really happy with my purchase, that the Revolution 2X is so easy to use, is not loud, and does a great job cleaning carpets without the physical pain that another leading carpet cleaner leaves me after use. I'm impressed with all the dirt that this pulls out and found that doing a few extra passes in vacuum mode will pull out more water to aid in faster dry time. The carpet is left clean, soft and refreshed for sure. The dirty water tank needs to be emptied before the clean water tank is used up, but its not an inconvenience. The attachments are well thought and are adaptable to a variety of surfaces and types of stain. Having this cleaner now is so much easier than renting a heavy cleaning unit from a store, lifting it, hauling it back and forth and having hand, arm and shoulder pain for two days after! I'm very pleased with this purchase and look forward to using it each time. People and pets rejoice!

It does the basics, well enough. But if this is their best, it's not what you are expecting. First, I have no idea why they call it "ProHeat" as it heats nothing. The HEAT is the hot water you put in it. Also, "Heatwave Technology" seems to mean nothing, really. It's just designed to make you think it is an advanced system, but it's really not. And when you use the hose adapter to clean, even the hot water you put it, comes out cold by the time it makes it's way through the machine and onto your couch, carpet, stairs etc. I am not saying it is a bad machine, it's just not the technologically advanced machine they want you to believe it is. You will buy it because you think a PROHEAT and HEAT WAVE machine would heat the water for you or at least control it. It DOESN'T.

Bought this unit less than a year ago and I have had to replace the pump brush belt three times. Belts are hard to find including the Bissell website. Ordered three belts to stock up for the next breakage which is sure to come on 12/17/17 with expedited 3-5 day delivery. It is now 1/7/18 and the belts have not arrived. My guess is that these break so often they can't keep them in stock. Called Bissell today and I was told they are out of stock with no confirmation on when they would ship. Machine cleans great but useless when the belts break so often.

This is literally the WORST PIECE OF GARBAGE CARPET CLEANER I've ever owned. On the first use, I noted that it doesn't clean near the walls, instead leaves a strip about 1.5" that isn't cleaned. This is much larger than I've experienced with other machines. If you mention that to the customer service reps, they'll tell you that you can go back over with the hose and attachments to clean that area. They told me this despite my telling them that I have a chronic medical condition. It's all I can do to move the furniture and shampoo the carpet. I'm physically not able to go back on my hands and knees and clean against the walls with the hose tool. The second time I tried to use the machine, the belt immediately broke. I had to move the furniture back, and wait for a new belt to arrive....which was the wrong one. So I ordered another new belt. In the meantime, I hired a carpet cleaning service. Today, I moved the furniture out again, and made a third attempt to use the machine. NOPE, not happening.....the formula/water will only spray out in a tiny strip in the center....the rest of the carpet is dry. The tank is positioned correctly, The spray bar is fine....the little holes are all clear. But it still won't spray correctly. So now I have to move the furniture back again. I'll be calling a professional carpet cleaning service....and moving the furniture one more time for them The Owner's Manual says not to take the machine back to the store. So, I called the 800 number. They told me to take it back to the store. Um...I didn't expect the machine to be such a piece of garbage, so I didn't keep the box. I doubt the store will help me after this amount of time, without the box. The Customer Service rep offered to replace my machine with the same model. Seriously, it's a piece of garbage!!! Took me longer to clean it than to use it. This baby not only cleans incredibly well, but comes together and apart like a dream so clean up is a breeze. I love this unit.

Very surprised!!!!! After reading reviews for this product, was skeptical due to the belt breaking issue. Bought it and love it. Even got ahead of the game and bought a few belts just in case. Very inexspensive, only 4.95 each. Very glad that I purchased this model, cleans great!!!!!
