I've used Bissel machines for decades. Love them but this machine is by far the best! Great design. Great function. The BEST is how easy it is to clean!!!!! Can't believe how easy it is. I own an extreme cleaning company and have put this machine in my equipment inventory. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works, better than the last Bissell I bought. However, there are two specific design improvements needed. First, the solution tank needs to be more secure. It is a brand new machine and I had to buy a bungee cord to force the tank harder toward the handle to maintain the suction necessary to allow the solution to be dispensed. Second, the waste water should not be allowed to escape if the the unit falls over.... all over my carpet I just cleaned.

I purchased this Bissel because my Hoover Carpet cleaner randomly died , barely had the Hoover for 3 yrs and it just Died on me. Now it was crunch time , My. Landlord needed enter my apartment where my two small dogs and I live. one being a puppy who has accidents. So i bought this bissel and it cleans so much better then my old Hoover ever did! It has good suction ! My old hoover left had my carpet wet for hrs(4+hrs) . This bissel is alot stronger and does pick up most of the water so dry time only takes maybe 1hr . And really cleans . It did get any messes out and i used the deep cleaner by Bissel (i usually dont like to use chemical cleaners i find they leave a weird residue, could be me but whatever) it did good getting any smell out just in time for my landlord to stop by and look at the place. I also really like how it is so simple to take apart and clean. The hoover i had even the dirty water tank had weird little nooks and crannies that there was not a way to get too making cleaning the thing impossible which is pretty gross . For me picking a carpet cleaner not only does the cleaner need to be strong but it needs to be easy to clean so i can keep it in shape longer . Nothing pisses my off more the when i dont get my moneys worth and I definitely didnt with my Hoover. Hoping to with this bissel . Ive had for 6months now so far so good . Works great on mattresses and couch cushions too.

I love this cleaner. I haven't cleaned my carpets since Fall so my Cream carpets were very stained from the Winter. I thought for sure they would need to be replaced this Spring but after one cleaning using they look like new. I cleaned them last week and they are still looking great. I also wanted to say I read reviews about the carpets being so wet and it being an inconvenience that the attachments are not on the machine but I did not have an issue with either. I followed the directions in the manual and my carpets dried just fine and quickly. I also don't mind the attachments not being stored on the machine; I actually prefer that so it's not so much bulk to carry. I used the hose attachment to clean the steps and have no complaints. The smell was also pleasant but then again I just had stains to clean from dirty paws, not dog urine, so I can only speak on my experience - I am very happy with this product!

Having 3 Cocker Spaniels there are times when I need to spot clean. I decided to try the Revolution after researching the reviews and am happy with the results. The only downside is the cleaning of the machine, the dog hair snags in the nozzle & brush roll cover & even with the tool Bissell includes takes a lot of patience.

I came home last night to my dog having a poop accident in my basement, which is fully carpeted. Let’s just say it was EVERYWHERE! Thank god I had the BISSELL Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner stored in my closet. Not only did it clean all 100 spots that were on my Basement Carpet, but it also took care of the foul odor! I highly recommend this carpet cleaner!

I absolutely love this steam cleaner! I typically have a company to clean my carpets, but no more! Save the money and do it yourself! I understand we are all professionals and work long hours like I do, but this is very easy to assemble, even for this single gal, I put it together in no time! Even if you have no pets, this one is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to upgrade from a 10+ year old carpet cleaner. There are some great features but also a couple downfalls. For reference I have 2 children under 3 years old, a dog, a senior cat, and a slob kabob husband - so you can imagine the disaster that is our carpets. Pros: 1. easy to put together 2. easy to clean 3. easy to maneuver 4. the clean water tank is easy to fill and even if you miss the hole there is no spillage because it's set up for the water to filter into it 5. The fill lines make things super simple (note that there are two sides) 6. The dirty water tank has a handle for convenience when dumping the dirty water out 7. The upholstery tool works well just pay attention to if you're on the wet or the dry setting Cons: the only con I have is that the clean and dirty water tank are VERY small! This means you are constantly needing to fill and empty. When using on the max clean setting (have not used the other two settings yet) the dirty water tank fill line does not line up with the clean water tank meaning you're stopping even more frequently because you have to empty / fill at different times. For reference - I did two couches and the two rooms in the photo and had to stop at least 10 times / room to empty and or fill the tanks. Is this frustrating? Yes, but is it enough to make me want to return it or not recommend it? No! But knowing that may impact others decisions if they plan to use it for large areas.

I used to the Brissell Pet Pro carpet cleaner to clean my home. I have off white carpet through all rooms (minus kitchen & bathrooms) out my entire home. Let's just say, Brissell has saved me $1k getting carpet replaced or having "Stanley steemer" charge me $700 to clean 3 rooms,. I have a teenage son who is special needs. Between his home nurses spilling medications, not taking their shoes off before entering my home (which is a rule) and my son service dog (Skippy) unexpected accidents, I thought for sure I was going to need my home carpet replaced. I even got discouraged with having light colored carpet in my home. I was sent the "brissell pro heat 2x pet pro carpet cleaner" as the winner of a contest. Honestly, I don't even remember entering the contest. I tried the brissell pro heat for the first time this weekend. What better way to start mothers day, with a clean house and carpet!! After cleaning my son's bedroom floor (the worse carpet in the house), let's just say brissell has made me one happy momma!!!!!! Not only the carpet cleaner was easy to assemble, it was easy to use and definitely gets the job done!!!!!!!!! Colored Medication stains, that I have tried almost every carpet spot removable solution on the market, came out like a breeze!!! I was a little nervous that some stains were not going to be able to be removed. But once the carpet dried, they were gone! The only thing I can say was a little complicated was doing the steps. I found the cleaner to be a little heavy trying to casing up and down the steps. The attachments are also very helpful and handy. I was able to clean deep down in areas of my steps and my furniture easily, thanks to the attachments. Overall, this is definitely a good buy and money saver (cleaning your own carpet)!!!!!! Gets the job the done well and takes no time to dry!!! I would recommend this to anyone!!!!!!

We have three messy tweens and an older cat which means lots of messes. We usually schedule professional carpet and upholstery cleanings a few times a year, but of course, it gets costly. I have tried a lot of spot and carpet cleaners but none are as powerful as the Bissell ProHeat. It deep cleans stains, no matter how old they are. I love that it's lightweight and simple enough to use any time I have a spill or the cat has an accident. I also love the express option for quick cleaning when company is on their way. The Bissell ProHeat has already saved us several pro cleanings and done away with pet odors for good.
