Cleaner is easy to setup and use. Very solid build. I was amazed at the amount of dog hair that was pulled out of the carpet even though I vacuumed prior to cleaning. And was I surprised at the amount of dirt that was pulled out of my carpet. Brushes seem very powerful. I like the double brush. Carpets were dry in about 4 hours after doing a max clean and running a ceiling fan. Cleaner comes apart easily for cleaning afterwards.

I love this product. It deep cleans better than a professional can seem to do. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats. Several seniors, all rescues. Bit cumbersome to use, hassle reoving dirty water and adding clean. My greatest issue has been the belts that slip off several times during use. Fix that and it's a 5 star plus machine.

I received the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner as a free product trial from Pinch Me. I cleaned my kid's carpet using this cleaner. The carpets came out looking great! The scent is fresh and clean smelling. The tank held enough water to clean the smaller of the 2 rooms but the larger room took 2 1/2 tanks of water.

Great carpet cleaner, but cord is too long and gets in the way when cleaning. Cord should be able to retract to help with convenience. Also accessory bag is just something else that needs to be lugged around. Accessories should be made to be placed on the vacuum for storage so you don't lose them. I love the cleaning tool though, works great. Also when I used the formula for bare floor as instructed for tile, my floor stayed sticky, so I had to use a regular mop to remove the floor. Overall though, I think I'm going to like it.

Sending rugs out to clean is very expensive and this machine seemed like a good alternative. I did a great deal of research to compare size/weight/price/effectiveness and settled on this one. I have only used it a few times so far, but it has not been as effective as I had hoped. I have a grey rug with a white wavy pattern and the white had become very dirty over time (kids and dogs). I used the machine on deep clean and it pulled out lots of dirt, based on the color of the used water reservoir, but it didn't get the white pattern nearly as white as I had hoped. The rug looks and feels better than before the cleaning, but the white still looks dirty. I would caution people to have limited expectations. I will try using the separate spray spot remover/pre-cleaner on the white sections before I clean the rug again. Maybe it will help.

I have a Bissell 36Z9 and have been happy with it. I will say its very heavy and hard to more around. After reading Consumer Reports testing I bough this product. They rated my older cleaner at the bottom of the rankings. While this cleaner was very near the top. While this cleaner is much easier to move around its not as good as Consumer Reports says. The spot cleaner is a joke. Its hard to use. My older cleaner has a trigger on the handle. Much better design than this new one. Also the tanks are small. So more stopping to fill and to empty. I also think this one leaves the carpet wetter. I am thinking about taking this one back. But the lighter weight is nice. I have not used the quick was function. That may be a nice feature the other one doesnt have.

I received this carpet machine free from PinchMe in exchange for honest review. I have a dog and had numerous urine stains embedded in a few of my rugs, I tried other machines and stain always reappear after it dried, not with this bissell machine, easy to use, has a special feature where you can spot clean a hard to get out stain, that's what I used along with the pet cleaner, dried in an hour, pleasant scent but most important after it was dried the stains did not reappear! 5 stars! Love the ease of this machine! I had only been fostering dogs for 12 to 16 months when my older Hoover dual tank lightweight shampooing (wet vac) beast finally bellied up and gave out! in a bind and low on funds, a Friend was moving said she had one I could have, that she had only used it a couple of times and gave me my 1st Bissell in December 2019. It was practically unused, shiny and looked new, an earlier model of the Pro Heat that compared to my Hoover was cumbersome and hard to break down for cleaning (took me almost 5 hours to disassemble, clean and reassemble) then after only 4 uses bellied up and gave out? Providing foster care can be challenging, learning about your new "temporary family members" good, bad or indifferent habits, traits, food tolerances, allergies health issues etc. etc. isn't always pleasant and can more times than not be downright disgusting! a good affordable carpet shampooer that's easy to use and easy to clean (x-tra bonus! not having the soiled contents in the same compartment as cleaning solution that usually ends up on your hands/clothes) is priceless!! THANK YOU for the convenience and ease in this back to the basics no mus no fuss "Carpet/Deep Cleaning Machine" 2 's up!

I'm so happy that I replaced my old Bissell with this new Bissell Revolution cleansing machine. It is a very good cleaner and cleans very deep into your carpet. I notice things that it picked up out of my carpet that my other Bissell cleaner did not pick up. After cleaning it is very easy to take the pieces apart and rinse those pieces to keep the unit clean and working properly. I am a loyal Bissell owner of 3 ranging from one week to 15 years old and it still works just as well and efficiently as when I initially purchased them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a deep down professional like cleaning. I use the solutions which also have a very big part in how clean your carpet looks. The cleaners worked very well with the units as well, they were very compatible . After my car had dried I could really see how well it was cleaned. Stains that I had for years disappeared. My carpet look brand-new. Thanks a lot Bissell and keep this good stuff coming

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Cleans very well and doesn't leave the carpet soggy. I used the product samples which came with the machine but had to use another brand (Zep) to finish the job. This provided for the perfect comparison - same carpet, same degree of soiling, same machine, same user and method; the only difference was the cleaning product. Even after cleaning the remaining area with Zep 3 times, it wasn't as clean as using Bissell products once.
