[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Hoover carpet cleaner died this morning (less than 2 years old by the way) so I decided to go with the Bissell as a replacement and I'm happy I did. It outperformed the Hoover and it wasn't even close. We were debating on replacing our carpeting but the Bissell gave it new life and our house smells so fresh now. Awesome product!

I will NEVER call a carpet cleaning sercvice again. I have used many Bissel products over the years, but this machine does it all! We have 2 cats and 1 dog and 2 teenage boys. We had our carpets professionally cleaned and they didn't seem clean. Purchased this and just used it on our busiest traffic room and it looks amazing. Also, cleaning the machine is SO easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean stair runners, oriental area rugs and my finished basement wall to wall. It is everything I expected it to be. The amount of dirt it removed is just shocking. The unit is easy to use and to clean.

I have bought several carpet cleaners and I have to say this is by far the best one I have ever purchased! It is very very very easy to clean and it's not huge and heavy... I will never buy another carpet cleaner except this one! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves to clean!

So glad to have purchased this. The vet gave my dog some pills that make him go to the bathroom a lot, so I have found puddles in the morning on the carpet and hard floor. Although my dog is potty trained, this is of no fault of his own it is a side affect of the medicine. I am glad to just wheel out the cleaner and in a few minutes the mess is all gone. He has a couple of weeks to go with the medicine so I expect this to happen untill it is gone. But its no problem, no worries. I like the attatchments as well as being able to take the front pieces off to clean. I am very impressed and happy with it. It is a lot easier than renting one as the rental ones are so heavy to load/unload/carry up the stairs, etc. and the front is too big on the rental for edges. I highly recommend this machine especially if you have pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 pets so lots of hair all around. This cleaner works great on floors because there is hair all over no matter how much I vacuum. However the hose attachment and tools only functioned for a short time. In hindsight I would have bought just a floor cleaner and then another portable hand one (which I ended up doing anyway).

I received this product to test from PINCHme, I was very excited to try it as I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. My older cat sometimes has accidents in the house. . The Bissell Pro heat carpet cleaner was all that I expected. It is lightweight, has a long hose, and powerful suction. It has a pretreater function which targets spots and stains that works well. I used it on the carpets and also the furniture. I was amazed at how clean everything looked when I was done. Simple to use and clean.

I clean up after 4 dogs and 2 kids and I am very happy with the Bissell's cleaning power and the fact that it leaves my carpets nearly dry! I also contacted customer service with a small issue and it was resolved promptly and without issue. I think the Company, the Product and it's customer service rank VERY HIGH in my book. **I was raised in a "Hoover Home" and never even considered other brands until this purchase and I am so pleased I chose Bissell!

I don't normally write reviews but I am so impressed with the Revolution Pet Pro machine I just purchased, I have to share my experience. I have 4 dogs, 2 large fluffy dogs that come inside at night and I have 2 4lb yorkies that are inside dogs. The big dogs shed like crazy and the little dogs like to use my bedroom carpet and area rugs as their preferred potty pads. I'm very impressed on how deep the machine cleans. I vacuumed my area rug twice, with 2 different vacuums then shampooed it using the Revolution Pet Pro. Not only did the area rug look new after cleaning it, the amount of dog hair it pulled up was amazing! This machine truly cleans. The set in urine stains in my bedroom are not completely gone, but the first pass made a huge difference I'm sure a second pre-treat and shampoo will clear it up. I use a black light to pin point the heavy soiled areas. I also own a Bissell Spot Bot and it is amazing and a necessity with the pet potty. The other feature I LOVE, is it is easy to remove the nozzle and brush roll covers to clean. The pop off and on with ease. I would recommend this product and the Spot Bot to anyone with carpet or area rugs. I own 2 expensive name brand vacuums, but If the Bissell vacuums work as good at the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro at picking up dog hair and dirt, that purchase is in my near future.

Suction is great! Our carpets dried very fast even using the deep clean function. Biggest problem is 1/2 hour into cleaning carpet the right rear wheel popped off. It is only held in place by a snap ring. Very poor design. You cannot access the right rear wheel housing to put the snap ring back on. You can hear the snap ring rattling around the housing. Rather than send it to Bissell to wait for who knows how long, we returned it. Why send it in for a repair when it lasted a whopping one half hour. Exchanged it for another one because it did clean so well. We shall see. Wish they had an online service manual on how to disassemble housing to fix it.
